This was our 8th time to Villa Renaissance and third time staying in this unit. Unfortunately we experienced many of same issues as previous stays which included door keypad not working on arrival, both safes not working, very limited hot water in evenings (not even 5 minutes) and AC not cooling back bedrooms. Check in process was terrible…our two parties had to wait 30 minutes to be taken to our room, due to greeting agent not being on property for our arrival (even though flight info was shared prior to our arrival as requested). She was also unfriendly and unwelcoming, just like last year. New event center next door was very loud on our first night which didn’t lead to a restful first night. There was a power outage on second night, which led to AC not working and our smoke alarm going off all night - again affecting sleep. My husband went to front desk and was told there was nothing they could do but “we could call engineering.” There were limited beach tables available (not enough for each pair of chairs) and no more beach anarondack chairs that we used to enjoy sitting in close to water. We loved seeing some familiar faces (Novi and Shedlon) but never even saw or met the new manager. With increasing rates in 2024 without any obvious updates to property and rooms, I’m afraid this might be our last time staying at Villa Renaissance.

The villa is in a great central location with many restaurants, shopping and grocery within walking distance. The view of Grace Bay was wonderful, and we loved having breakfast on the porch. Having daily room service was also a great amenity. One negative was the loud music that comes from a nearby bar/restaurant until very late at night. It actually woke us up several times during our stay. Of course this is no fault of the property, but just something to be aware of.

The location of the property is great - right in the middle of the village. Lots of options for the restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is as pictured - convenient, clean, great view from the balcony, right on the beach. Highly recommend!!! Couple of things could be improved to make it even better - bottled water should be available, beach service with the towels - they are avail at the front, it would be better if they are by the beach and laid out by the attendant. These are small things that do not spoil the vacation, just could improve the experience. Also, notice that the bed in master bedroom is very high. Some people may find it convenient, some may not. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back

We had an amazing stay at VR. This condo is exactly as listed. It is extremely clean and provides stunning views of beautiful Grace Bay beach. It perfectly located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

Villa Renaissance and this unit in particular are fantastic!! You can believe the pictures and the reviews. VR is beautiful and peaceful yet right in the center of Grace Bay activities and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We did not rent a car and did not need one. Taxis are very easy to arrange with the front desk and are clean and the drivers are very professional. Unit 304 is perfectly decorated in a fresh, upscale, yet comfortable style. It had everything we needed for our week (including an amazingly effective AC unit!). But most memorable is the fantastic panorama of the blue waters of Grace Bay with views of both sunrise and sunset as added bonuses! The beach is impeccable, water warm and delightful and the pool equally so. We found all the staff to be wonderfully friendly, responsive, and helpful. On the could-be-improved side of things, both the resort and the unit could use some maintenance upkeep and the unit a bit more dusting. But nothing major and we were told the resort is closing next month to address maintenance. So, do not hesitate a minute -- book this unit at Villa Renaissance! It is a true gem and perhaps the best accommodations on Grace Bay! We loved it.

What a beautiful location and unit! The property manager and staff were helpful and made the stay stress free. Always a chair available at the pool or beach! There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely return!

The worst thing happened during our first morning there - half of the living area ceiling collapsed into a heap of drywall. Luckily none of us were in the unit at the time and there were no injuries. There was not another unit available for the duration of our stay so we had to move for the night and then back again. The property manager handled the situation as best he could. However, after all of the time we spent figuring out next steps over the course of our stay I estimate that we lost almost a full day of our trip due to the situation. The ceiling was repaired quickly and we ended up back in the original unit for the remainder of our stay but it was not well cleaned from the drywall fall and repair. We also found small insects in our bath towels on the last day. Unfortunately, I will not ever stay at Villa Renaissance again.

We had a wonderful stay here, The property is perfectly situated along Grace Bay beach with plenty of food and shopping nearby, all walkable. There's really nothing else you need. The condo is cleaned daily, with plenty of space and a wonderful view of the water. Beach access convenient and always had chairs and umbrellas available for us. Couldn't recommend this place more.

This condo is as pictured with stunning views of the bay. Quiet location, high quality furnishings and lots of space to relax. I will be back.

Pics on VRBO didn’t even do it justice. What a wonderful place. Quaint and quiet with amenities just outside your front doors. Property even has a bar and food service if you don’t want to go walking. Just an incredible place and would be silly to pass up any consideration. Host and property management so accommodating and a pleasure. The condo was spectacular. Wish we stayed longer.

This property is absolutely amazing! The listing is exactly as it appears, it’s super clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is the best on Grace Bay, with shops and restaurants just across the street. We highly recommend this property and are already planning our next trip to Turks & Caicos.

We stay at Villa Renaissance 2-3 times a year and love the property. Dijah is always so pleasant and helpful, assisting us with all our dining and taxi bookings. Though our entry keypad had issues during our stay, it was resolved quickly. The beach is amazing! There was a turbulence in the Atlantic during our stay so there were issues with seaweed, but the staff did a wonderful job raking and burying it daily. Great restaurants within walking distance. Will return for sure!

Had a really amazing time. The property was beautiful and well kept. Smaller, so a lot quieter than some of the larger resorts. Even heading down to the beach mid-morning, we had no trouble getting loungers. Really nice, large pool. Room was more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Pool bar was associated with a close by restaurant so you could order food by the pool or at the beach, and everything we had was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular view and location! Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Well equipped and comfy and literally steps from the beach and pool. Added advantage of light housekeeping included daily. We will definitely be back!

Loved this place! There's a lot of beach front and pool for only 36 units, so you never feel crowded and always have an umbrella - even July 4 when it was fully booked. Plus it isn't really developed directly west so you could really isolate yourself if you wanted. Yet you're right in the heart of the strip! Walk to all the shops and dining! At this price point, it was fabulous to get all that space (that extra half bath was convenient!), kitchen (even had a toaster oven) and washer/dryer... PLUS have daily cleaning service (even dishes!) and a bar with food (open till 6pm). We were all over this island (highly recommend snorkeling here) and didn't see anywhere we'd rather stay. This is the best beach on the island and the most convenient location.

This is the best resort on Grace Bay beach and this unit (I have stayed in may different units) is one of the most beautifully decorated and well appointed units at the resort. I truly felt like I was staying in a friends house vs. a vacation rental. It was amazing from start to finish! We will be back at the holidays and cannot wait!

I’ve traveled to Turks and Caicos yearly, and this is one of the best places I’ve ever been. Friendly, calm, convenience, the pictures don’t do it justice. Wifi could be upgraded but it is manageable.

We love villa renaissance and we especially loved this unit and this week. The owner obviously cares about how everything looks and feels and has a good eye for beautiful yet confidante furnishings. We'll be back for sure!

We loved Villa Renaissance, it was our first trip to TCI and the property is wonderful. The villa itself was spacious, clean with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of little extras such as shopping bags, a shopping trolley and a local cell phone to make the stay easier. The pool is great, although a little deep for small kids, access to beach was simple. The water is so clear and calm with perfect clean white sand. Overall would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Absolutely Beautiful condo in a centralized location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and even the furthest parts of the island were only a 20 minute drive at most. The condo and property was pristine. The lighting throughout the condo was a little dark - I ended up having to do my makeup in the half bath instead of my attached bathroom as it was so dim. Our fridge had some issues as well - water didn't work, fridge side would freeze our food and the wifi was pretty hit and miss. But seriously - the beauty and size of the condo was second to none. I can't complain about a fridge and lighting when you're staying in absolute paradise! <3

We were reassigned from the original unit we contracted for to a different one by VBRO several months after the original booking. The new unit, #205, was on a lower floor. The amenities were fine, but minimally stocked relative to other units. For example , while there were many wine glasses, there was only 1 coffee mug. There was a set of dishes for 4 ( this was a 2 BR unit), 2 plastic cups, etc. There were no books, games, etc. We happened to have rented a second unit for other family members which was richly supplied beyond basic needs. The resort is beautiful, and the staff were warm and helpful. The VBRO property manager was very responsive prior to our arrival, but minimally so once we were there. Bottom line: we’d go back in a heartbeat but suggest that the owners of this particular unit step it up a bit so it has more of a well-stocked, luxury feel.
