We just finished our week vacation in Hilton Head and this was the first time staying right on the beach and let me tell you it was just an amazing experience. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager couldn't have been nicer, and they made sure our stay was just perfect. This house has it all, you are literally steps away from the beach, the most amazing view of the ocean and sunrise, fire pit on your own personal section of the beach, an area to lay out in the sun, a pool that was almost as warm as the hot tub (for an additional charge so be sure to request that if you are going in chilly months), game room, large kitchen, great deck space, 4 minute bike ride to coligny circle, I could go on and on with how this house was just fabulous. If you're considering this place, go ahead and book it, you won't be disappointed! Marc and Paul, I'm sure we'll see you again in the years to come!

House was perfect for us!!! Everything was ready for immediate enjoyment and relaxation and both our goldens loved the back yard and pool area. Private access to the beach was extremely cool. Pool was heated to the perfect temperature to handle the one or 2 cooler days at the beach. We will definitely be back to 91 Dune - thanks Paul and Marc!!!!

We had a great time visiting the week before Christmas. The kids enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and bikes. Easy walk to Coligny. The views are amazing from the house and deck. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the big storm that came through. We prefer to cook rather than eat out and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the supply of dish and dishwasher soap. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but Paul checked in many times to make sure all was ok. We would stay again.

This property couldn't be in a better location... the beach was spectacular and the pool was perfect. The bedroom layout worked out very well for our group of 10 adults and having the bikes on property made for some fun excursions around town. It was a memorable trip!

This is a great property that is so close to the beach! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the views were amazing. Paul is the property manager and Marc is the owner and they both took great care of us. The location is great plus they have beach chairs, bike, pool toys and plenty of beach towels. Would highly recommend renting this property. Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I dreamed of our entire family, nine of us, celebrating our 50th anniversary together for a week, under one roof. Our expectations were high. Paul, our property manager and Marc, our host, made it all possible. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and walk-in showers were so well stocked you need only bring your toothbrush. Living areas were well appointed and comfortable. The large kitchen had more utensils, dishes and appliances than our own home. All appliances worked, pots and lids matched with plenty of storage space. Like the rest of the house, everything was spotless. Even the outdoor grill was clean with extra propane bottles. The heated swimming pool was a big hit for everyone, especially in January. We all agreed that the house had more thoughtful amenities than all the other vacation properties we have rented. Just add groceries, that's it. Location is everything. Gorges beach. Beautiful sunrises. Poolside to sandy beach within 50 feet of each other. Shopping, activities and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Bonfires on the beech every night with firewood already stocked. Paul was very attentive to my every question and made the business of renting quick and easy. Marc is the consummate host. He has gone out of his way to make his house your home for a week! He truly enjoys pleasing his guests. There are other beautiful houses in Hilton Head, but this owner and manager are what makes this one stand out. Best family vacation ever. Bill and Torie

The property manager and owner go above and beyond. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is beautiful. Have already booked next year's vacation at the property!!

Paul the property manager met us at the house shortly after we checked in and gave us an overview. The house was clean and Paul was awesome to deal with; however, the house could use some updates. The downstairs jack and Jill bathroom sink and shower were clogged and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and most of the hairdryers were broke but in summary the house was great and both Paul and Mark (owner) were very attentive to anything we needed. The house could use some nicer cookware and the lid for the crockpot was missing. We improvised and were able to use a lid from one of the skillets. There were no sheet pans for making fries and such. The upstairs bedroom carpet was stained and looked a little warn. The house could use some newer furniture (upstairs dressers drawers were broke) and new pillows for the living room couches. The upstairs bedrooms could use either some additional hooks or a shower clothes line to hang wet bathing suits. The sliding doors leading out to the patio are old and made a loud whistle type noise anytime they were opened. Overall I would stay at the property again.

This property went above and beyond my expectations. The location is perfect, the house is stocked with everything you need and the owner and property manager are there immediately to address any concerns. We will be back!

We have rented beach homes up and down the Atlantic seaboard and can say that are experience here was the best to date. Everything you can think of needing at the beach was provided which has not been the case at other rentals. The kitchen is fully outfitted with every possible appliance you might need and all the essentials. Both the owner and the house manager were very helpful throughout our stay and addressed any request that we had.

I traveled with my husband, three kids, and my parents for spring break. The house was more than big enough for the 7 of us...we could have easily fit another 4-5 more with the extra beds we didn't use. The pictures do not do justice to the incredible view you will have while staying here however, that is what you would expect from a house directly on the beach. What you do not expect is all the extras provided by Marc and Paul - everything detailed in the listing and more. I expected the token roll of paper towels and small soaps/shampoos to get you through the first day or two but instead I got a rental house that felt like home with all they provided. Marc and Paul thought of everything that to help make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to HHI!

Very comfortable house ! Great pool and private path to awesome beach! Really good place for a family vacation.

The house was very comfortable and stocked with most everything you would need. The decks and pool area felt very private yet had a wonderful view just steps to the beach. The low country boil recipe was fantastic and the Piggly Wiggly down the street was convenient. Paul and Marc were very good about checking in to see if we needed anything. Only thing I would have loved was the living room windows being operable to let some fresh air in from time to time. Overall an excellent experience!

I have been renting properties for years and I have never run into more genuine people than Marc the owner of the property and Paul the manager of the property. The house was awesome, clean, stocked with anything and everything you could imagine. This was by far the best time we have had at a rental property. Having access to such knowledge and things to do and places to go have dinner was invaluable. We booked one of Marc’s property for next year ti celebrate my big 6-0! My only hope is they both these guys and their spouses will join us in the celebration!!

Location was amazing. Morning sunrises were to die for. Love being able to walk to Coligny Plaza. This location for all our families needs. Marc was an amazing host and we will for sure be back again.

We really enjoyed our fall break vacation. The weather was perfect, the beach was just steps from our backyard, and the house was equipped with everything we needed —and then some! Thank you Marc and Dave. We hope to return soon!

The location of the house is perfect. Beach front on a gorgeous beach and it is less than a mile to good restaurant options, grocery store, and liquor store. It's also a short bike ride (bikes included with the rental) via excellent paved bike path. The included amenities are excellent. They really add up (spices, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, grill and pot with burner to do a low country boil, bikes, a cooler with rollers, Ice.). The pool is relly nice and there is a brand new hot tub. Marc is quite good with the lead up communication. We spoke while enroute on saturday and he explained that he was currently at a hot tub store getting a new hot tub due to a lightning strike. As a result, we didn't have the hot tube from saturday until wednesday. However, it sure seems like an impressive effort to get the new hot tub, purchased, delivered, and installed (had to run a new electrical line) by wednesday. We certainly made use of the hot tub from there and it is quite nice. When we ran into a problem we brought it to Marc's attention and he handled it very well. He even offered a refund for the inconvenience, which we declined because the place is already a good deal.

House amenities are amazing and very comfortable. Marc who is the owner Is very responsive and makes things right. Overall a wonderful experience. We will be back!!!

Great house. The closest I have ever stayed to the beach. And Ihave stayed in many houses both in Hilton Head and OBX. A short walk to Coligney…great location So many amenities… beach chairs, tent, games, books, beach toys, pool toys, bikes! Along with kitchen and laundry supplies, coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner…everything needed that you usually have to shop for. Ample seating inside and out. Great layout Owners immediately responded to a few issues.

We have experienced many rentals/locations over the years on our annual family vacation to HHI. Most recently at 91 Dune Lane, we found the best true beachfront we've ever had! We especially appreciated interacting with the owner, Marc was very hands-on. Wtihout hesitation, we plan to return in the future!

Excellent location. Spacious home with outstanding views of the ocean from the home and the two patios. Beautiful, sandy and flat beach for walking and playing in the surf with young kids. Manager and owner both stopped by to ensure we were enjoying the home. Our children and grandchildren are still talking about our wonderful stay.

The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. Lots of towels, good kitchen supplies, plenty of games and books, bikes, grill, etc. I can't think of anything that was needed. We had a terrific time. Marc and Dave were great to deal with. Good checkin and checkout process and they made sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was like a dream realized. Firstly, the house, accommodations, and location were perfect. Marc was wonderfully accommodating, and friendly. We had a blast making & eating the recommended Low Country Boil recipe that he suggested. Dave was incredibly helpful with things we needed guidance with around the house—like how to get the WiFi working, and later surprised us with delicious ribs from Bullies BBQ. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, and have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Our stay at 91 Dune Lane couldn’t have been better! Both the owner and the property manager we’re extremely responsive. The house was accurately listed and very comfortable. The view simply can’t be beat! We had 6 adults and 1 child staying there with plenty of room. Would definitely return!

This was our second stay in this beautiful, dog-friendly home. The house is gorgeous, very clean, and in a great location (walking distance to shops, restaurants, and ice cream, but the beach felt very private and empty). The owner is very attentive and the home is stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Excellent stay! I highly recommend it!
