Thank you for a cozy and wonderful stay. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was so much nicer and stocked then the pictures led you to believe. The owners also decorated for the holidays which was just the right touch for our family gathering of 10 people. The Cabin has every utensil and pan that you would need. The location is about perfect for all the Pigeon Forge activities. Thank you again and Happy Holidays

We got the whole family together for a getaway and this house was perfect! The house was exactly as promised. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and plenty of amenities. The location was scenic and convenient. We hope to be able to visit again soon!

Our family had a great time staying in the cabin. It’s in a great location near the strip but once you get to the cabin it’s calm and peaceful. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond.

We made this into a couple's trip, and we had an absolute blast. There was a small ant issue, but the Owner took care of that issue immediately. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We had an overall great time and I thank the owners for allowing us to rent out their cabin.

Property owners are great to deal with. Parking is tight, as they mention. But no problem with 3 full size trucks and two cars.

This house was a good place for a large family gathering. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The owners put a lot of effort into making it a comfortable environment for their guests

This cabin was exactly what our family needed with 5 bedrooms with King size beds and 1 with a queen bed, along with 5 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and great room, and a game room with a pool table. The cabin was very clean and stocked well! And it is located very close to Dollywood. Our family enjoyed it so much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our large family rented the house for the weekend to go to Dollywood and see the holiday lights. The location could not have been better! So close to everything. We had some large storms from a passing hurricane and had caused some power issues. The owners quickly responded with a fix. You definitely want to book this house!

An amazing cabin with all the extras.

Well stocked with everything. Nice location relative to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood activities. REALLY steep roads but all our cars could make it up in low gear. A real pleasure!

Our experience with the steep hills was horrible when it was raining. It was fine when clear weather. You have to know how to drive incline hills. I really enjoyed the cabin and family dos too.

Siblings came from Florida, Michigan, Alabama, Iowa, and Indiana. Great to get together to visit our only aunt who is 91. Also met some cousins at a park for a picnic. The house worked well so everyone had a room for privacy and alone time when desired. We loved the porch.

The Bear Cubs Cabin exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable, large bedrooms with clean, fun decor! Plenty of bathrooms. Great sized kitchen and dining area for our large group of 16 - 10 adults and 6 children! Two fun living areas and 3 huge decks! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchenware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware, knives, it had it all! (My son even joked there may be more plates than Target!). Also, plenty of linens, bath towels, blankets, sheets, pillows……everything you need! Air conditioning worked great! We had an issue with the hot tub and the owners were very responsive and prompt to having it worked on. Unfortunately it was not available for a few days, but we had plenty of other things to keep us entertained. The location was perfect, close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but also felt we were tucked away in nature! Every night @9:45 we could walked across the street and watch the fireworks and drones from Dollywood! That was very cool! This cabin is baby and small children friendly, the downside is there is no outside flat/kid friendly green space area, and not very walkable due to the steep hills! Overall this was a good value and I would give this cabin an excellent rating . Our 2022 family vacation was a great success!

Master bedroom on top floor, freezing all the time. While main level never got before 75 degrees. Refrigerator on main level did not get very cold at all (and we was going most of the day so fridge was closed) But very nice, beautiful home.

12 of us stayed here while touring the university of TN and spending time in gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Great location and so close to the main strip in pigeon forge. Property was well maintained and had an over abundance of available towels, kitchen supplies, plates, and extra blankets. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table immensely- the TV was rarely on which was lovely. It was easy to spread out in this house- all 8 kids stayed happy and so did the adults. :)

First, the location was PERFECT, just a 3 minute drive from the strip! The house has six bedrooms, 5 king beds 1 Queen bed. The house had way more than enough space for 5 couples! The house was fully stocked with enough dishes and utensils to feed a family of 50+!! The house was fully stocked with paper towels and toilet tissues! Each room had 4 sets towels and wash-clothes. We really enjoyed our stay and this cabin will definitely be our first choice for our next visit!

Everything was clean and very spacious

Our stay was nice. We enjoyed the space the cabin had to offer. Everyone had their own space for downtime but the space for family time was also spacious. The area was quiet and beautiful.

We chose this property to have a couples retreat in the mountains. This place is gorgeous and super spacious!! Wish there was a second hot tub but the one we had was perfect for 6 ppl. It’s location is minutes from everything which is awesome. I have to warn there is a steep incline into the neighborhood but we did not have any issues at all. I can’t say how much we loved this house and the atmosphere. Thank you 😊

The host was very nice and personable. The inside of cabin was decorated very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. We all enjoyed our time there. The hot tub was a big hit for my family. Would I do this again-definately!!!!
