The place was just as pictured and expected, and Colin & Rosi were splendid hosts! We really enjoyed their VRBO and it really made our vacation wonderful. I rate them as 5 Star facility and hosts.

Great place on the countryside. Perfect for relaxation by a fantastic pool. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and Winery’s. Colin and Rosi are so nice and friendly.

My husband and I just spent three days in Santa Ynez and stayed at Colin and Rossi’s property. The property is peaceful, quiet and located within walking distance of Santa Ynez town. Colin and Rossi couldn’t have been more welcoming and genuine. They were so kind and friendly. We enjoyed two afternoons at the pool. The water was very clean and refreshing and two nights in the spa under the stars was heavenly. We had the pool and spa to ourselves and enjoyed a very private stay. Lovely place to get away from it all.

This was a top tier stay for me and my wife. Colin and Rosi were amazing they gave a tour of the property and a brief history about themselves. They also let the groomsmen (10 total) in the wedding party I was apart of a come over and get ready at their space. They offered to help every time they could. I don't think I have ever stayed with better host. I just want to thank them both for everything!

We’ve stayed in the Santa Ynez Valley several times. Cooper’s Creek is in a great location and the hosts, Colin and Rosi, are lovely and welcoming. Perfect accommodations for a couple looking for a getaway in the Valley. Close to many good restaurants and tasting rooms in SY, Los Olivos and Solving. We’ll be back! Ann and Bob

Colin and Rosi were excellent hosts! The guest house was perfect for our New Years stay and were able to bring our 2 pups. The house was centrally located to wineries and Solvang. We will definitely be going back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool and spa!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in this very cozy, comfortable and clean apartment. There were thoughtful touches like reading lamps at the bedside, a towel warmer, coffee and other essentials. A nice patio outside is available with a table for eating and lounge chairs for enjoying the sun. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for charging electronics (a challenge in other rentsls). The owners are lovely, welcoming people-we enjoyed chatting with them and would stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful place. This was our first stay in the Santa Ynez Valley and it was most enjoyable. The actual physical plant is attractive, clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We were a group of three. It will accommodate four. It is a cottage that is built on to a large house on five acres of beautiful hilltop. We met our hosts Colin and Rosi soon after arriving. They are very friendly and interesting to converse with. They were very kind to our two dogs, which was a comfort in itself. The cottage is equipped with everything that a traveler would need. Colin and Rosi have obviously given guest needs a lot of thought. Solvang is a short drive from here. While touristy, it is fun to explore . Special credit to Paula's Bakery, which has good food and service. Get there early or expect a wait. If you have to wait, do it. Also, for the motor-heads out there, there is a Vintage Motorcycle Museum , which is amazing. Over all, I would go back to this part of California, and especially to this property. Thanks to our hosts Colin and Rosi for making us so comfortable .

Colin and Rosi were an absolute joy as hosts for our stay in Santa Ynez!! Two of the loveliest people who have all the best spot around. No need to do too much research- this property has so many tips, pamphlets, maps etc! The views were absolutely to die for. The private pool and hot tub are also so lovely as it overlooks the mountains with a 360 degree view. Highly recommend!!!! Such a great distance from so so much!! ❤️❤️ Our only disappointment was not being able to say goodbye!

Cooper's Creek is a charming get away in the quaint town of Santa Ynez surrounded by beautiful mountains, vineyards, and farmland. The guest home is cozy, comfortable and complete. The place was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Colin and Rosie were welcoming hosts. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the beautiful peaceful walk to downtown Santa Ynez. Great location for exploring the Solvang region.

The hosts (Colin and Rosi) made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The guest house is very roomy and well-appointed with a full sized refrigerator; 3 TVs; and a swimming pool (with a jacuzzi). The house was very quiet, clean, and peaceful. The king-sized bed in the first bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. The property is near local restaurants and many wineries. Additionally, Lake Cachuma recreation area is only a 10 minute drive away. We look forward to our next visit.

We came to the area to visit family. Our first time n this home and the house was exactly as pictured and described. The hosts, Colin and Rosie, were delightful and engaging making our experience all the better. We will be returning when we are able.

This proper was spacious and beautiful. and perfect for a weekend family getaway with our two children. The property is surrounded by farms, but it is a 20-minute walk to fantastic restaurants in Santa Ynez and a short drive to Solvang or Los Olivos. Colin and Rosi were fantastic hosts and we enjoyed meeting them. I hope we have the chance to return.

The hosts were very friendly and prompt with communications. The property is very well located. I loved that at once it felt somewhat rural, but was 5 to 15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit. The pool & spa were lovely with lots of pool toys available, which my 9 year old son particularly enjoyed!

Wonderful guest house appointed just like home. Quiet bucolic setting, close to several great wineries and restaurants to visit. Also nice to float in the pool and spa in that setting. We'd love to return. Thanks to Colin and Rosi, fantastic hosts!

This two bedroom rental is spacious and airy, full of nice light and feels very private . The pool and the spa offer a wonderful respite from the hot summer sun. It was immaculate and well appointed ! The hosts, Colin and Rosie are wonderful. We’re very glad to have found this spot and will definitely return again and again.

This was our first time in the Santa Ynez region and we were thrilled to stay in such a comfortable, relaxed, darling house. Rosi and Colin were very accommodating. The pool was a perfect oasis for us and our lively boys. We absolutely love the area and hope to return! Thank you!

Hosts were lovely, the accommodations are as described, the pool is absolutely fantastic. We wanted a simple vacation -- a house with a pool so we could relax and the kids could splash around all day. This was perfect.

Cooper’s Creek was everything we hoped it would be! It was peaceful and we spent everyday in the pool. The pool is ingested but this didn’t stop our two daughters and I had a great time in the hot tub. It was great to be able to bring our dog and we found the beds really comfortable. Just a note to those with fluffy dogs- bring a brush! There are lots of burs on the property. We also loved seeing the wildlife in the area. Colin and Rosi were so friendly, it felt like visiting old friends. We hope we can come back!

It was our second time here and we are already planning a return trip. The setting could not be more beautiful (especially with the spring green all around!) and such a welcome change from the city. Truly a breath of fresh air!
