We had an amazing 2 weeks at Opal 203. The space was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had room to do what they needed and didn't feel on top of one another. We loved that we could wake up to the ocean sunrise on the patio and the beach was just across the street. Never had to worry about a sand filled car. Everything we needed was there. Any problem we had was fixed or addressed very promptly. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

This place is gorgeous. Well equipped and nice placed on the island. Swimming pool is nice with two hot tubs on the ends. Private gated parking for the vehicle. Elevator and luggage cart are available. Plan on staying there again.

Comfortable, great location close to the public beach access. Provided all the kitchen supplies needed to make dinner in the evenings.

Great property, super close to beach and very nice. Only down fall is listing said there was a grill, but there’s not. At least we didn’t see one on property. Be prepared to bring your basic condiments but these are not deal breakers. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoying! Would rent again!

The condo was excellent, as described. Great location, short walk to the beach. Family oriented. Only improvement could be checkin. Most properties allow for checkin though door code rather than having to go to an office and key a key. Just an update that could benefit renters. Other than that, all was a great experience.

Opal was a fantastic setting for my family's long weekend to SPI! We had stayed in one of the high rises before and the quality of the unit and amenities was no less impressive. The location was fantastic and check in/out was as easy as can be. Can't wait to come back!

This is a perfect location for a small group. Directly across from the beach, and there is a great pool! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for a week's stay.

The place was perfect, Owner lives at the property. Very polite, ALWAYS smiling!! If we go back to SPI, we will stay at the Opal!

My family and I really enjoyed the facilities. There was the perfect amount of space for our family. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and were able to truely relax. The surrounding area was fun, had tons of places to eat and the beach was not crowed.

My family of 4 had a great time at this condo! There is a ton of space, and everyone had their own bed to sleep comfortably at night. We had a couple minor issues that maintenance fixed very quickly. The view is wonderful! Even though the condo is not actually on the beach, there's an unobstructed view from the living room and master bedroom of the gorgeous beach awaiting you. We easily packed our items in a wagon and headed out each morning to spend the day right on the beach. Public access with rinse stations are right there, but there is also a rinse hose inside the parking garage to rinse your feet or items before heading back up to your condo. We walked down to Wanna Wanna a couple times for food and drinks also, and that was a quick 15 minute walk. Would recommend this place to families who like space, a great view, and relaxing vacation!

Great but water pressure was terrible! The sinks in all bathrooms, faucet needs to come out a little farther. You can’t get any water with facet being not long enough and water pressure so slow, and pressure in showers was terrible.

First timers as winter Texans and loved it! The condo was great and super clean. Having en suite bathrooms was amazing! We had a couple issues and SPI was super helpful and timely. They go to the extreme in customer service!

This was our 3rd time staying on the Island and it was our best! We loved the location and the amount of space was outstanding. We saved a tone of money cooking our own food and being so close to the beach we saved lots of time too. Safe, comfortable and Way above the hotel feel. This was more like home.

The condos location was good. It had boogie boards and chairs to use. The view was awesome. The condo offers one assigned covered parking and on the side of the building for additional cars. The kitchen was fully equipped. Unfortunately, the appliances were not working to par. The blender did not work, the refrigerator was leaking and the most disappointing part was that there were roaches in the kitchen. We were able to narrow down the dish washer was where they were coming from. We had to wash dishes and utensils/cups every meal. In addition, the electrical grill outside did not have dripping pan and the standing legs were unstable, made it very difficult to cook and especially clean. If they are able to fix these problems the condo otherwise was comfortable for a party of eight.

This was a great condo! Super close to the beach, right across from the beach access. The pool was small but we were there in the middle of the week and didn't have to share it with anyone. The condo is really nice and was very spacious for the 7 of us. We loved having 3 bathrooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. We love Padre and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beach access is directly across the street and it’s a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

This property provided excellent access to beach. The apartment was very clean and meet all of our needs. Great place to stay while in SPI and am looking forward to staying here again next summer.

The condo was super clean and perfect for our family of six. Staff was helpful & friendly. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and dinner. You are conveniently located close enough to restaurants and shops. Being right across the street from the beach access made it easy to walk over to the beach & although you aren't right on the ocean you still get an amazing view from the patio & the master bedroom. We will stay here again.

SPI Rental was responsive to problems within the rental unit. The unit overall was clean but there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed. The lighting in the living room and one bathroom is very poor. In addition one light over the kitchen counter is missing. The ice maker does not work properly. We were comfortable and pleased with the unit during our two month stay.

Fantastic place! The only issue was that the hot tubs were only hot one day out of the week and we hoped to use them every day.

We loved being so close to the beach. The condo has a modern and minimalist style. Very nice place to stay.

Everything about the condo was perfect! Great location, with ocean views and right across from the boardwalk. Spacious layout. Bright and modern decor. Very clean! Equipped with everything you need. Truly couldn't ask for more. We will definitely come back!

The reservation and check-in process were easy. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view of the ocean across the street. The 3 bedroom unit was a good fit for our family - plenty of space to go around. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our 2 week stay and everything worked. When the sink drain was slow the management company had someone there within the hour to fix it. Fantastic! I don't have any criticisms to make at all about the building or unit, though I would recommend a ramp for easier handicap access from the parking garage to the elevator (1 little step). My Mom, who uses a scooter, visited us numerous times. A ramp being there would have prevented me from lifting her scooter upon arrival and departure. I would rent again without hesitation from this management company and this unit.
