My family and I had an amazing time. Everything was clean and as presented in the listing. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had a fantastic time. So many fun things to do in the area and a great place to come back to after enjoying the area.

Wonderful home that offers plenty of space for our family. Well maintained and very clean.

Our group of 8 senior ladies all enjoyed their stay. The home is very roomy and has pretty much all you need for your stay. The hot tub was enjoyable. You will not go wrong if you stay at this property. Seaside is a must see and is only 5 miles from the property and has a beautiful sandy beach. Also, Astoria is an enjoyable town to explore which is about 10 miles away. I feel a must see in Astoria is the Astoria Column which overlooks the area.

First of all, cleanliness was top notch and everything was pristine. I loved it. The view was stunning and the property was fun, I really enjoyed the indoor games (ping pong) because it was so rainy! This place was bigger than I expected, the pictures don’t do justice! Great place to stay!

We had a great getaway with our grown children, mother-in-law and two dogs. Plenty of room, beautiful home, clean and comfortable. Would love to return another time!

I chose this place because it had a view, was all on one level, and had a hot tub. I needed a place that had everything on one level so the seniors in the group could navigate easily. It was a decent walk to the beach and offered plenty of places to walk without a lot of traffic. I was able to rinse my dog off and come up the back deck and to keep paws clean while drying off. The weather wasn’t the best and limited outdoor activities but no one minded and spent a lot of time watching storms come in off the water. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and easily provides room for many people to be preparing food without getting in each other’s way. This place is quiet, very well maintained and super clean. We admired how the towels were folded in neat little presentations. We will definitely consider returning to this place when we want a trip to the Oregon Coast.

The home, the location, the grounds - were all lovely. Malia and Arnie are welcoming to their home! They thought of everything. From the kids friendly environment (and kids stuff), to things for everyone to do, the fire pit, the hot tub, loads of space, comfortable beds - this is a place to escape the crazy world. Plus - our 97 year old dad was comfortable with easy access in the front and an accessible home. If you are looking for a place to stay in which everything is easy and available - this is the place to go.

We had a great weekend here. The pictures don’t do the house justice - it’s wonderful. Clean and prepared with everything to make it a comfortable stay.

We have been coming here for several years, and it is always such a pleasure to walk into a clean house and see the deck with the beautiful ocean views. We relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful sunsets and appreciate the upgrades every year.

Our family recently stayed at this beach home. We had such a wonderful time! The home is clean, gorgeous, and well taken care of. The communication with the property manager was prompt and always helpful. We cant wait to come back! Out of all the beach homes we have rented over the years, this is our favorite!

We all had an amazing time and with 2 toddlers and a 5 yr old we needed all the spaces. The extra table and chairs in the laundry room were used for puzzles! The bike riding was amazing and the beach very convenient to get to.

This is an amazing home, well cared for by owners, housekeeping staff, and visitors. It is a serene place to relax shine, but set up to accommodate a healthy size group. Amazing hot tub, and lots of space to move around and cook in the open kitchen. Highly recommend!

Loved the outdoor games - cornhole, croquet. The garage games - ping pong and foosball. Well-stocked and labeled kitchen! Large rooms for enjoying each other, but not too close ;-)

It was such a pleasure to be in that vast, quiet space. I have terrible problems with sleeping and finally got a good night’s sleep. The endless countertops in the master bathroom were a huge treat. The ocean view was also a source of great delight. The location was terrific, not only in terms of the beach but also relative to Cannon Beach and Astoria. A thoroughly positive experience.

We came down for the Astoria Wine and Seafood festival girls weekend. Everything was perfect! It was immaculately cleaned. The layout allowed our group of 8 to break into smaller groups for various activities, but the table was big enough for us all to get together for group games! The hot tub was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this place for groups and we would stay there again!

Four of us decided to spend a few days exploring Astoria and surrounding area. The house was perfect. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. The house itself was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had no issues except one minor problem with the main television but a quick phone call was made and the problem was resolved. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for meal prep. I will definitely save this property on my list should we need a place to stay in the future.

The house was super cozy, has great views, and great locale for visiting Astoria which is just a short drive away.

We had a ladies trip to the beach and we enjoyed every part of this property, especially the huge kitchen. The home was so spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this property, there was lots to do and it was perfect for a group setting.

Very well kept home with great views and proximity to the coast. The kids enjoyed playing foosball after long days exploring the beautiful coast.

The hot tub is wonderful- Layout of home- The kitchen full of high quality cook wear and cooking utensils- Home is clean and furniture and beds super comfy! Most likely our favorite vacation rental in Seaside area- And we rent here ALOT! The personal touches with the doggy basket and the guide to the area is awesome! Plenty of parking- Check in and check out process simple. Would love to stay again with my hubby and kids in the summer- Hopefully it will be available. Also one level so wheelchair/ Walker friendly.
