Had a fantastic stay with my two young kids, would definitely be interested in coming back!

The house was clean and in a good location. Access to hot tubs at a nearby apartment complex was good. And 10 minute walk to Main St. was also fine. The outdoor grill didn't work. The dishwasher was hard to operate but we eventually figured it out. The dryer had issues - sometimes not drying items enough, and other times drying too much - it didn't shut off automatically and the laundry was really hot - seemed dangerously hot. The appliances and pots & pans were old and need to be replaced. Could tell this was a house that gets used a lot. Parking situation was perfect for multiple cars. Would rate it an 8 out of 10 overall.

Home was beautiful and well stocked with what we needed. Plenty of room and the backyard and views were great for playing and sledding. Close to copper and breck.

Great location in Frisco, close to town down and within walking distance, hiking trails and mountain views from the wonderful deck. Very quite location and the pool location is near by and was great. The house is everything thing you need and everything was just wonderful.

We loved being so close to the town of Frisco that we could walk. And, as close as you are, you’re also right next to the forest line so you’re really close to the gorgeous bike/walk path that runs to Breck or Copper. And, the proximity to the mountains and forest is really nice. It’s also just a quick walk over to the pool and hot tubs. The home is really comfortable with the cozy living room and lovely porch. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and utensils and even some spices and such. The bedrooms and baths were lovely and nicely appointed. The downstairs with the small living room and bedroom with bunk beds was nice for the kids. While you are in an active neighborhood, the neighbors were respectful of the 9pm quiet time for the most part. We hope to return!

We rented this property for a family ski vacation. It was a clean, spacious, well-laid out condo, with modern amenities and a updated look. Our dishwasher did not work throughout our stay, which created lots of extra work for a family of six and their dishes! Also, the master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and appeared to be worn out in the middle.

The place was well laid out and space well planned with good views from many directions. A smaller footprint that was very comfortable for the 6 of us. Close to several hills and main steeet Frisco.

The property was clean, well stocked with essentials, and lots of room to spread out. We loved having two different areas to hang out!

Great location, spacious space, comfortable stay.

The condo was nice and spacious, with a ton of fun activities around. We enjoyed the Rainbow Lake hike and the hot tub/pool.

It was quiet, and enough space for my family of 5.

This is a wonderful home for a family or two couples (the third bedroom has bunks and a trundle). It is well maintained, has a well stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated.

Home was very clean, tastefully appointed, and in a great neighborhood.

A short walk from an amazing playground, a patio with a fantastic view, and even some toys to use while we stayed. The house is beautifully decorated and made us feel at home.

Nicely furnished and in quiet location. Lots of stairs and the fireplace was not working when we stayed.

The house was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, all the beds are very comfortable, thick wonderful towels. Wonderful thick throw blankets. The only reason for the four stars is because we reserved it specifically for the fireplace, which was not working. Also we did not know that the pool/hot tub amenity was closed, the sign says it had been closed for over a year for Covid. The garage door would not close unless using the inside button, so that was awkward. Seems like it would be good to update the listing and remove the fireplace, pool and hot tub as amenities. We really appreciated that the kitchen had every single appliance we could possibly need, and the grill was stocked with propane, definitely a plus! Overall a fantastic stay, other than the things mentioned.

This house was perfect for 3 couples. It was everything we needed and very comfortable. Updated and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet condo. It has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. One note, there weren't a lot of kitchen necessities like olive oil, tin foil, cleaning spray, etc.

The property was great. My only issue is that WiFi is listed as an amenity but service is extremely poor.

This rental home has a great floorplan, close to town, and a garage to park in. A few notes: Wifi is bad, community hot tub was closed due to Covid but we were not aware of that and was looking forward to a long soak, no mattress pad on the queen bed so the sheets kept pulling out, master bed comforter was dirty, and dinner plates in the cabinet had crusty food on them. We enjoyed our stay but these are a few notes I wanted to comment on for future guests.

We stayed at this home in October 2020. It was a great place for our family of six(kids ages 11, 9, 6, 4) to stay. The bedrooms on each level allowed for a great split in sleeping arrangements for our kids. The basement finish out provided a great retreat for our kids to play video games, dolls and do some artwork. The main level was wonderfully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs that week. The bathrooms were well stocked with linens and extra soap/shampoo. The location was great as it was out of the way of the main city and remained very quiet while we were there. It was an easy walk to hop onto the Rainbow Lake trail. There were a couple of sleds in the garage and our kids were able to utilize them for some quick winter fun with sledding. After staying here and enjoying Frisco, everywhere else seemed too busy for us.

Only opportunities for improvement:
1. Internet Speed was slow, our kids wanted to be on the WiFi in the evening and it could not support all of our kids.
2. There appeared to be a low washcloth to towel ratio. A few more would have been nice to have on hand.
3. There were only two dish towels

Other than those very minor opportunities it was a great place to stay and we plan on coming back in the future.

Beautiful location, surrounded by fall color. The interior decor is really stunning at this house, we loved all the details. I was sorry we didn't check out the pool - next time. Thanks for having us!

Well equipped with necessities

This home was just right for our family of 5. It is a high quality home with everything you need. Well-supplied kitchen, good beds, and a nice neighborhood made our stay excellent. An added bonus was finding beautiful Bill’s Ranch lake just a block away.

The views and the feeling of coziness being surrounded by many
tall blue spruce trees captured our hearts in this always fabulous town. The decor was warm and lots of light filtered through the many windows peering at the snowfields in the mountains.
The home offered a kitchen with every imaginable appliance one could offer plus a rack of many spices for those cooking in.
This home would not be great for a person with leg issues as it has many steps. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We give it a 4 1/2.

This house is extremely clean, in a great quiet neighborhood, and decorated perfectly. We absolutely loved our stay. Communication with the Vacasa was delayed, but professional. Would stay here again!

very nice place, beautiful and super comfortable. It was a pleasure staying there, although the beds were a little bit too soft for our liking :)

We loved our stay in all aspects except for the internet connection. It was slow and actually failed half way through our trip. Both my husband and I were counting on this amenity to perform work duties and were unable to do so...this lead to us leaving a night early. I have asked Vacasa to comp us our last night due to this inconvenience and am still waiting to hear back.
Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this rental!
