Awesome place! Loved the layout and only complaint was really poor water pressure (like zero flow) on the upper levels when multiple people were showering.

Perfect spot for our marriage retreat in February. We all were extremely blessed and didn't want the weekend to end. Only complaint was several outlets in rooms did not work and had difficulty working the heater for each rooms. However Perfect location, beautiful home, and overall great stay.

Our church group had an amazing time staying at this Oceanside beach house! We had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is of course incredible. We're already looking forward to booking next year's trip!

We have tried several spots, and this was by far the best accommodations our group has ever experienced. Killer location!!! Walking distance to phenomenal beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property itself had plenty of common space, each room had it's own bathroom, and plenty of kitchen space to prep food. They best part was having the ocean right at your door. You could hear the waves where ever you are in the house, and waking up to the serene views were indescribable. It felt like a little slice of Heaven. We will be back!

Beautiful dwelling until first morning of stay woke up to rat droppings on 2 floors, rat invasion of sealed food containers, and gnawed watermelon. Wasted first day of vacation making multiple calls and waiting for cleaners, exterminator and response from management. Most calls answered by different persons who feigned ignorance of reported problems. Rat droppings were cleaned once but promised actions to set and check rat traps in following days delayed or ignored. Promises and requests to elevate to management also unresponsive. We rented entire 4 floors of unit. No hot water on 4th floor (repaired 3 days later), and air conditioning on 3rd and 4th floors never worked. The unit could have provided a good experience, but management was inept at responding to real problems. Management solution was a $50 gift card to Smart & Final to compensate for food spoiled by their rat. Above rat finally captured Day 5 but of course, we had to remove it ourselves. This property extremely overpriced for the value provided.

We had so much room with the three family rooms, three kitchens and the 11 bathrooms. The house is very nice. A few things that could be improved on - the kitchens are not stocked that well. Plenty of plates and glasses but need more silverware. There is not a griddle for pancakes so we had to buy our own. It was amazing to slide open the family room doors on every level and look out over the ocean at all the surfers, dolphins, seals, etc. The only thing that would make this the ideal location is if you could just walk out the door to the beach, but you cannot. There is a big rock sea wall, and below the sea wall there is only a little sand to relax on at low tide. We had to pack our beach gear every morning and drive down to the pier and set up to enjoy the beach. The bed comfort was just okay. Some of the couples with us voiced some complaints, but I thought the bed quality was a little above average at what you get with most VRBO type properties.

The layout of the houses was perfect for us to cook and eat together as well as meet all day comfortably in one of the living rooms. Each day started with a morning walk to the pier and ended with cocktails to watch the sunset. Our only wish was for an earlier check-in than 2pm.

This home is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has an incredible view of the ocean. We didn't want for anything! The kitchens, (yes, kitchens!), were stocked with large tables and chairs, new appliances, dinnerware, and gadgets for our use. The bedrooms are comfortable, roomy, and each bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. Big screen TVs on every floor living room were great for watching Sunday football. The pier, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking was no problem either. The patio seating, hot tubs, fire pits, and barbecues were all first-class and available for us too. We highly recommend this property and we are definitely going to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom! All the rooms were decorated in a lovely resort decor. We had everything we needed, plenty of room, and a view of the ocean with the most beautiful sunsets. We will definitely book this place again!
