Perfect location Great house but smelled a bit musty Otherwise a great place lots provided Time well spent

What more can you ask for? Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. House was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. Great for a larger group wanting to have the space to spread around.

Place was perfect! Exactly as pictured and in a quaint and walkable neighborhood. Comfortably sleeps a great number of people with plenty of living space to spread out!

We were about 2 blocks from downtown Niagara on the Lake. We never had to drive the entire weekend. Walked to NOTL on Saturday, bar-hopped, shopped, and talked to lots of tourists. Sunday we did a wine tour, weather was crappy but the driver was great as were the wineries. We'll be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was as advertised in the photos. So clean and so accommodating. Loved the preservation of the character of the house along with the updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location was perfect. Parked our car for 4 days and walked everywhere we wanted to go very easily. Only criticism was the use of the television. While it was not on the top of our list of things to do it was quite frustrating trying to use it. At one point we could use netflix. At the next try it we were told we could not. Etc. Again this was not a priority but was a frustration when we did decide to relax and catch up on news for instance. Other than that this was a beautiful place to stay and we would absolutely rent again.

The entry needs painting. The house had been closed up and needed to be aired out. The upholstery on 1st floor needs cleaning. But the bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms very clean. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing a set of knives if you want to cut anything other than bread. Its an old house that apprears to be undergoing a refresh room by room. All being said, we would stay there again. We had a great time. Thank you

Very clean, well stocked, close walk to town. In a lovely neighborhood where everyone has beautiful gardens. Home has all the conveniences and amenities of home. Wonderful sleeping arrangements and very spacious home. Would highly recommend!

Full of charm and a great location, Arbour House was a great choice for our wine tour weekend with friends.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is great place to visit - quaint town center, very good restaurants, many wineries. Everything for a very enjoyable visit.

Our group of four women stayed at the Arbour House. The house is large and in good condition. There are two bathrooms — one updated and the other in need of update. The second bathroom has an old tub with high sides. There is nothing in the tub to prevent falling. The Wi-Fi barely worked. Only one person in our group as able to make calls. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The maintenance man came by to fix the Wi-Fi but his efforts, although commendable, did not fix the slow, spotty service. The kitchen is very nice and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location is terrific — just a few blocks to shopping and restaurants.

This home is very roomy and comfortable. A much better solution to a family vacation than staying at a hotel. The home and yard offer great opportunities for entertaining children while adults visit elsewhere. Walking distance to coffee shops, groceries and downtown. We will likely do this again and explore more of the area.

The house is in a great location. There are only two bathrooms which was tricky and the top bathroom is in need of a makeover. Great beds and wonderful air con. The kitchen was very well fitted out with everything you could need and very good laundry facilities. The garden could also do with some work, quite old furniture and slightly overgrown. Would stay again.

After a 2 year delay in our trip (thanks, Covid), we finally made it to Arbour House. Niagara On The Lake is a great spot to stay if you are visiting the Niagara Falls area. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the house. The house is what one would expect from an 1830s historic home…it was charming with modern amenities. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids to spread out. We had to time our showers and water usage though because the temperature and pressure of the water would change if more than one water source was being used. Part of the charm of an old house, right? We loved the lavender soap that was provided throughout the house so much that we had to buy some to take home with us! Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home and letting us rebook…twice!

We booked for a bachelorette and couldn’t have asked for a better location or stay. It was within walking distance of downtown NOTL and a very short drive to anywhere else we might want to go. The house was clean and had everything we need. The host was always quick to respond to questions I had before arrival. We were very happy with the entire process.

We were a group of eight women in Niagara on the Lake to enjoy wineries and Christmas festivities. The house was in a great location to walk to town and to the shop festival. There was plenty of room for all of us, and lots of great space for sitting and chatting.

we enjoyed the house and location. Kitchen was well equipped. Fireplace was a nice extra. Some of the window latches are broken so windows wouldn't lock. Light above stove is in need of replacing.

The location of the house is fantastic to NOTL downtown district. The amenities in the kitchen were great, the beds were very comfortable, A/C worked well, chairs were not as comfortable, and TV package was limited. We had a couple of rainy evenings and it would have been great to find a few channels that were available. Otherwise all was well. Thank you.
