Reviewer Comments: it was really nice and relaxing ....very complaints there however my daughter lost her visa card while there and someone from the lodge text me to ask if we left the card ...I advised "yes" and they said there would send it back....well I came to find out the next week over someone there in Tennessee tried to use the card at a Walmart my daughter had to cancel the card. For that I can not give any stars but overall we were pleased.

Check in process delayed about 2.5hours unable to get house code sent. Finally got response from management office. The house needs to be cleaned all light fixtures dusty, grease/ grime on top of microwave and refrigerator. All the decorations sitting throughout house very dusty, artificial plants look like they are growing hair from all the accumulated dust. Furniture is very worn , seating in great room and beds uncomfortable and squeaky. The porches need to be pressure washed, a lot of dust and spider webs. All bedding is old and discolored. House not well stocked, two towels for each bathroom, no extras. Linen closet is bare. Shower curtains in bathrooms with mildew, need replacements. Again the location is beautiful, but I definitely would not rent this one again. We were visiting as a family and rented this house, one of many rented by our family on this resort. Very disappointed, no common areas to gather, no community pool or outdoor park, for this to be called a resort. Not!

The 1st day I thought there was a leak under the kitchen sink because there were plastic bags just thrown under it that were wet. So I called maintenance & the came out right away. No leak. The biggest issue we had was the fridge. Ice dispenser wasn’t working & it started making a loud noise. So I called maintenance & they fixed the noise. Then like the next night, there was a drip in the downstairs bedroom so I called maintenance about 1:30 am. They didn't get back with me until around 9:00 & said someone would be there close to 1:24. We waited an hour, but we had to leave. They came out while we were gone & said they didn’t find anything. Anyway, it leaked again that night, which was our last night. I let them know when I checked out. Hopefully they got it fixed. Oh, the place was fairly clean, except the floors.

Plenty of space for the kids, and lots of fun in the game room and theater! The staff was very helpful in helping us figure out the theater functions and fixing our WiFi issues. The little grandsons had a blast exploring the cabin and running around and the rest of us really enjoyed the game room. The cabin was well equipped and a nice location for visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin definitely need to be deep cleaned from top to bottom. 1st glance it appears to be clean but because of what was found throughout had me to question if it was cleaned at all verses being tidy up. The was very dusty the ceiling fans, light fixtures and pool table. There was a half empty water bottle left in the bedroom on the main level and trash in the lower level bathroom.The grill was filled and looked as if it was never cleaned. It was a little concerning because I am in the hospitality industry we went in cleaning everything. Outside of cleanliness it is a nice cabin just a little underwhelmed would not consider it luxury.

My experience was excellent the cabin was very nice all the process of check in and out was very easy.Andy the person in charge of our reservation was always there when need he always answer. Very quickly to any questions. The only complain was that the cabin was not clean properly .the floor was dirty there was e en dirt next yo the stairs.we let them know and they send the cleaning crew again but there was not mu h different things that you could see were dirty were still there after the second time

Smelled of fish upon walking in. Leftover items from previous renters around the cabin. (kids toothbrush/toothpaste, toys - sword, rubber ducky on window ledge behind loveseat... under beds were paper and debri) No lighting on side of cabin with grill. Parking was annoying. (we had 3 vehicles and were constantly moving vehicles to go places) Views are of other cabins. (especially next door neighbors in the hot tub) Upstairs super hot, downstairs bunk room super hot. Worked for what we were there for, since we weren't in the cabin that much, BUT overpriced for what is offered and still wouldn't rent again.

We liked being in woods, we even saw a bear at our cabin. Only complaints were the bugs and spiders in the lower/ basement level were a bit much. The spiders were HUGE and there were these small centipede looking bugs all in the bathroom and bedrooms. Also our theater room never worked so that was a big bummer as well.

The cabin was very spacious. Nice setting by the creek. Property managers were very responsive. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg but we really liked that we were away from all that commotion. Tranquil setting.

The Property Manager was not as helpful as I would have liked, and here is why. Before arriving at the cabin, I received several texts from the property manager inquiring about the estimated time of arrival to ensure the cleanliness of the cabin. This was no problem, I Immediately responded, assuming the Cabin would Adequately clean before our arrival. Boy, was I wrong! When we arrived, everyone chose a room and began to relax. However, the first issue we noticed was the floors and carpet. It had not been sweep or vacuum. The next major issue was all the shower curtains had mildew on them, and one of the bathrooms had hair from a previous guest still in the shower. I immediately called for housekeeping and was told it was too late to have someone come out, but they would send someone the next morning. However, no one came out until that afternoon, and they did not clean anything. They left unopen shower curtains so we could change them out ourselves, and no one cleaned any of the bathrooms, the hair and dirt remained. Again, I called The Property Management but this time, it took several attempts to reach someone. I explained the issues, and they agreed to send someone out. However, hours later, when they finally showed up, they only cleaned one of the bathrooms. The cabin could be a good place to stay if you don't have to worry about the dirt and germs of the previous guest.

Someone vomited on the pool table which was left by the cleaning team, floors turned socks black, and Oreos all over the floor on top level. Hot tubs aren't drained. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property was not cleaned properly. Staff was quick to respond and offer help. The cabin was great and so much fun.

Upon check-in, we had issues with the cleanliness and had to have new sheets, pillowcases, and blankets delivered which showed up after 10pm on day 1. The cleaning crew showed up the next day 3 hours earlier than expected but without notice and while some of our guests were still in showers getting ready. We also discovered dishes that were put away dirty.
