Very close to beach and restaurant. Balcony view was great!

Room at end of hall far away from elevator, but it was ok, we just took the stairs except for loading/unloading.

It was out away from all the busyness and crowds. Not too far to go to places we liked though.

I loved the hotel it was very clean, the jacuzzi was my favorite part!

to get to a restaurant you have to drive to gulf shore which is about a 30 minute drive.

Small room if it was bigger would have been alot better

Needs more places to eat nearby and hot tub room was under maintenance

Just the stocking of the kitchen. Too much furniture in the unit for the space.

Quietness

We decided to stop here for two nights after a week long stay at Destin, loved stay there. But when we first arrived to this unit air conditioner was not working after calling multiple numbers and them saying they didn’t manage property we finally got someone. Air conditioner was not fixed until around 9-10pm, the whole unit was 80 degrees and kids were fussy. There was dirty towels hanging behind the door when we arrived in kids restroom, had to tell kids not to use. My daughter found stale chips in her bed, don’t think bed sheets were changed, found a bra that didn’t belong to us. My daughter had an accident in bed, called guest services at 11 am, received sheets until 9pm after I called 4 times. I offered to go wash myself but was told someone would bring me some, could have saved me a lot of time waiting. Plus location is not good, about a 20 minute drive to main area of gulf shores. First time writing a bad review for any vacation rental.
