Kitchen sparsely stocked. No filter for water. Guest bathroom shower did not work and fan in second bedroom did not work.
Grounds in back of house need attention.

Centrally located and very easy access to everything and all major roads. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and I just love it and would go back again. Very clean inside and roomy. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because there was no soap or shampoo in the showers (maybe tenant before me took them); Ice maker & dispenser does not work; 3 of 4 fluorescent lights in the garage were burned out; and there were several dead trees or bushes in the side and back yard (one lying on the ground) and one bush next to the house that suffers from overgrowth. However, other than the soap and ice maker, none of the outside stuff bothered us and we did enjoy our stay. Thinking of returning in the future.

Very beautiful house! Very clean, everything you would need, all you have to do is bring your groceries. A lot more comfortable than any hotel I have stayed at. I would definitely stay again!!

Just as advertised. Beds comfortable and the attached garage was nice. No spices or cooking supplies so bring your own if you are planning to cook meals. The best thing about this rental is the property manager (Alison). She is awesome!

We stayed in Prescott Valley for a local soccer tournament. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and about 10 min away from any major shopping centers and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we were looking for. It was a definite plus being able to use the garage during our stay. Would definitely book again!

We really loved our stay at this property and in Prescott Valley. It was perfect for us as we spent two months exploring the area and escaping winter in the blustery Northeast. The house was perfect for us, the location convenient and quiet. Alison was super - always quick to respond to messages and helpful with any question that came up. We really hated to leave. This is the second time my family has stayed at this property while coming to Prescott Valley to visit my sister. It was another great experience. It is a good location for what we want to do and a well maintained home. Zero complaints.

My family and I stayed here so we could be close by while my Grandma was in her final stages of her cancer battle. I couldn’t be more grateful for how comforting and welcoming this property was. It was everything we needed during a very hard time. The backyard, fire pit, and soaking tubs were just what was needed to decompress. I don’t think there was any detail left out. Everything from our personalized welcome sign, to the game selection, toiletries, and the very well equipped kitchen was wonderful. Thank you for giving us a home away from home when needed most.

Love Prescott!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood. And our pup loved her walks in the cooler weather than here in Tucson! Enjoyed the fenced in backyard for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Our wonderful stay at Quail Crossing
Lovely property! The owner , Molly, had the home beautifully decorated and immediately made us feel at home with a personalized welcome sign, literature on things to see and do and a tasty basket of treats. The home is close to shopping, entertainment and had easy access to highways to take you to the nearby sights. We would highly recommend Molly's vacation home to anyone who plans a visit to Prescott Valley. We would welcome the opportunity to stay at this home again when we visit Prescott again.

First time to Arizona
We chose to stay in the Prescott area as it was local to everything we wanted to do. The home was perfect as as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood and very safe. House was perfect for two couples and our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This home would be a definite choice when returning to the area and we look forward to our next trip back to Prescott Valley.

Bright clean and airy. There was an office which was perfect for daily use. It’s in a great little neighborhood and convenient to shopping and dining. The owner was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I definitely will.

Quick trip
Great property and top notch Property Management. The house was adorable. It was clean, spacious, and accommodating. A few small glitches arose but Molly (property mgr) was easily accessible and took care of everything without issue or time encumbrances. Highly recommend!

Lovely home that is well maintained. There is even a gift basket full of goodies waiting for you. It's also close to everything including our family we had gone to visit. It really is like being at
home. This was our second time staying there .

Enjoyable stay
The house was nice the neighborhood is quite and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Camp Verde, old Town Prescott and the surrounding area doing tourist stuff. This is our second stay at the Sharidon house we plan to stay again.

I just wondered the timing of your house keeping services. The bed rooms and bathrooms had lots of dust. If the house was empty for a while that would make sense, if not, maybe your house keeper should be reminded to dust the furniture & bathroom.

Nice home and amenities. Close to all stores and restaurants. Close to Route 69 and 89 but far enough away to avoid the traffic noise. Nice neighbors and no barking dogs. Property manager was always quick to respond to e-mails. Nice sized kitchen and 2 roomy bathrooms.

July visit
The property was very clean and we enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood. The king size bed was awful though. Felt like there was a hole in the middle of the bed. Needs to be replaced. Kitchen had everything we needed, but a spice rack would be a great improvement. At least the few necessities like pepper, garlic salt, etc.
The firestyx for the TVs is a pain.
All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and cozy.
Overall a great place to stay in Prescott valley. Comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Also close to lots of restaurants and parks. Only complaints would be the slider door to backyard could use some work. It was a little hard to open and close. Also watching tv was a challenge as it is using Firestick to stream and every time we tried to watch anything it buffered about every 5 minutes. We never saw a complete show! Obviously an internet problem but aggravating if you want to watch tv at night. But otherwise a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. We walked our dog every morning and evening.

Great Place for My Family
We rented this house for one week while visiting my family in the area. The property looked just like the pictures. I had all of the information needed for check-in prior to our arrival date. The kitchen was well stocked and conducive to cooking for my children. You do need to have a car to get around the area as it is a couple miles from the grocery store but I already knew this from previous visits to Prescott Valley. The house was neat and well stocked. Really, it was perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Arizona
House was really nice exactly like the pictures! Beautifully decorated, fireplace was perfect. The day after thanksgiving it snowed so we started a fire. Everything you need for that at house. Kitchen is large, gas stove top and oven, a must for me!!! We hosted dinner and had plenty of room for everyone. The beds are super comfortable, big master good sized bathroom and large walk-in closet. We felt like we were close to everything! All around a win win, we will definitely rent again.
