Great property, wonderfully furnished. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed the month of February this year and the home was perfectly set up for us from the kitchen to bedrooms to the office it fit our needs perfectly!!! It's a beautiful home and decorated beautifully! What I found most amazing is all the amenities for having people over to entertain, the kitchen is perfect!!!!! The neighborhood is great as well we felt very safe in the gated community! I would highly recommend this home!

The property was very clean, spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. It has all of the amenities a visitor could want and the location makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go. The owners were easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend the property.

The house is as impressive as in the pictures. Big spaces, all rooms with enough space and really clean. Really nice beds and sheets. Outside patio and pool really great. I'll tell you this, you notice when the owners take care of their own house, and this is one clear example of that.

We stayed here for 2 months in 2020 and enjoyed our stay very much! The house was everything we were looking for and was extremely clean and well kept. It was even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and friendly. We spent lots of time outside watching the hot air balloons in the morning, the sunsets in the evening and the stars in the night sky. Really amazing! Tammy was a truly great host, immediately responding to text questions. We had a few very minor issues, and she always took care of things quickly and followed-up to make sure we were satisfied and enjoying our stay. This kind of exceptional service is hard to find - we would definitely rent again!

Two families enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home. Room for everyone. The kids loved the pool and the basketball hoop. Close to everything. Tammy was very responsive to questions that I had and the communication was great. We will definitely stay there again and have passed the house information to many of our friends!

Myself and my colleagues took the decision to rent a property in Scottsdale whilst working for a month in Arizona rather than be beholden to staying in a hotel. I can submit that was the best decision we ever made. The whole experience from the intial booking through to our last day was excellent. From the initial booking the owners were extremely helpful in the process of introducing and advising us regarding their property. The listing was totally accurate as to the layout, facilities, location and to their own guidelines for occupancy. On arrival we were met by their property manager who was extremely helpful in introducing us to the property and its facilities. The standard of the house was excellent and was more than well equipped for any stay. The entire house was spotlessly clean and supplied in all areas with quality items. The level of attention to detail across the whole property was far above expectation and it was a delight to stay and call it our base whilst working away from home for such a long period. The owners had certainly gone over and above to ensure that anyone staying in their property would have a wonderful experience. Throughout the stay the owners were always receptive to any queries which we may have had and responded within a very short period which was gratefully acknowledged. For customer service I wouldn't hesitate to state that we felt it to be of premium service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to anyone looking for a rental in the Scottsdale area and I would say that it would be nigh on impossible to find better. As we were essentially out in Arizona to work we didn't get much chance to explore the surrounding area as much as we would have liked but local amenities close to the property were ample and with the help of a very useful information sheet provided with personal recommendations we managed to locate and enjoy local restaurants. Should we find ourselves back out in Arizona on event at any time I wouldn't hesiate to get in touch to secure this property again. It was a truly wonderful experience which made our time in Arizona even more special.
