Highlight was the fully stocked kitchen! Lovely property and location close to town.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would ever need and the island made for a great work space. Lisa was a fabulous host and answered all of our questions along the way. The location was great, everything was walkable. We had a great month and hope to return to Charleston soon!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is large, lovely detail, comfortable furnishings, fabulous kitchen and updated bathrooms. The outside patio was delightful. Lisa was terrific and promptly responded to all of our questions. The location was excellent …easy walk to downtown. Absolutely perfect.

Staying here was wonderful for so many reasons, but mainly the location. Lisa and her husband, Kip, were more than helpful with everything. Had very few issues with the place and when minor things came up, they were very quick to respond and handle. They were incredibly knowledgeable of Charleston and provided amazing recommendations. Would definitely stay agin!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The photos are very accurate and having a grill to use in the garden was a bonus. The unit was roomy, comfortable, and so well equipped. Lisa is an excellent host!

We so enjoyed our stay in this historic home in the South of Broad neighborhood! The house has very comfortable furnishings, private patio and a modern updated kitchen with all the amenities for cooking at home. The location is within walking distance to shopping and dining on King Street, strolls to the Battery and dining on East Bay Street. We did feel like locals during our stay and hope to return soon!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again. Lisa was great and the kitchen is amazing. Location couldn’t be better. Quiet but still only a short walk to everything.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for the month of June. The unit was spacious, clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Communicating with the property manager was easy and pleasant. Hope to be back sometime in the future!

We love Charleston and we came back to stay in this lovely apartment close to everything. We came with our 10 month old baby and it was wonderful to have such close access to the parks for her. Lisa was also so kind and generous :-) Thank you!!

However, our son, a tax lawyer in Manhattan and two of his adult friends went in our place. They loved the property and the location. They said that it was very well equipped as they ate out some but mostly cooked and ate at the apartment. If the border ever opens up again, we would like to make the trip ourselves.

We had a great 3 month stay in this home. The location cant be beat - we enjoyed evening walks around Colonial Lake and along the Battery. Its an easy walk to King street for shopping and nights out. The kitchen is beautifully appointed for evenings cooking in. Burbages Grocery is conveniently located on the corner. Our daughter loved playing on the back patio. The property manager is wonderful!

This home is spacious with a very well stocked dream kitchen. All pictures are accurate. One very large bedroom and one very small one. Lots of windows. Very bright. Nice little outdoor seating area that gets full sunshine. We were here in the winter and spent many days sitting in the sun. Lisa is a terrific host....very hands on. Burbages grocery store/lunch counter is just a few doors away and super convenient. Lots of high quality food to be had. The street is quite noisy during rush hour so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Within walking distance to many shops and cafes but an Uber is pretty much under $10 to get to most places. Highly recommend this beautiful historic home.

This is a great place to settle in and explore Charleston! Right on Broad Street...easy walking distance to King Street shopping, East Bay restaurants and bars, and all the historic attractions along the Battery and harbor. The house is so comfortable! Huge living room with trendy, yet comfy furnishings, gorgeous fully stocked kitchen that opens onto a cute patio, and a very nice master bedroom with en suite (and soaker tub!). Second bedroom is snug yet comfortable with lots of storage. Nice second bath and good sofa bed in case you need it. You will not want to leave!

Enjoyed the city as usual! Third year visiting for a month. This home was very well appointed and clean..the only problem I had was all the traffic noise on Broad.

This is the place to be! So close / walking distance to the historic area and tons of great restaurants and shops. The home was comfortable and clean. The only parking available is on the street, but never had to park too far away from the home. Don't miss out on this great location!
