Our condo 304 was very nice and quiet, had all the comforts of home. Very nicely decorated with plenty of lounging and relaxing space. Just what we wanted. The complex was well arranged and had all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Will be returning soon to this location.

Our family of four stayed in 203 and have a fabulous week. The condo had an amazing view and everything you would need. The two bedroom condo was spotless upon arrival and was cleaned daily. The location was in the middle

This place is amazing! The location is more than perfect. The pool is nicely nested in the middle of the property which helped with the windy weather we had.
This unit is beautifully decorated and you will have everything you need!

We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance and definitely want to come back. The location of the condo complex couldn't be better as we were a stones throw to the beach and also to lots of shops and restaurants. The unit itself was nice and as described on the listing. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was super lovely and kept our room refreshed and clean every day. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked - it was missing some things that we would have enjoyed having during our week long stay - such as a strainer or some Tupperware to keep our leftover food in. They also don't provide things like cooking spray, tinfoil, Saran Wrap, etc - so you'll have to buy all those at the store if you want to cook. But overall, nothing significant to complain about. The AC did stop working while we were there, but we contacted the property manager in the morning and they had it working later that afternoon which we appreciated. Overall, definitely a 5/5 stars and highly recommend if you're looking to enjoy a beach vayk in Turks.

We can't envision a more beautiful and convenient stay in TCI. This rental is next level in so many ways. Communication was direct and always accommodating. Check in was a breeze and included tasty complimentary drinks for adults and kids. Villa Renaissance was a delight. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff who were diligent and thorough. Both the pool and beach access are beyond incredible. No words to describe this water. The views from the balcony and the unit in general are lovely. Clean towels, beach chairs and cold drinks were never once an issue. A short walk to many dining options. Full kitchen and laundry were a big help with young kids. Beds were comfy. No complaints whatsoever.

The proximity to restaurants and dive sights were great! The property was clean and it was nice to have a bar on sight too. We walked more nights to local restaurants and even went to the “fish fry”.
The only complaint was that the sliding door was so heavy that the women of the group could open or close it. I reported it but nothing was done to correct it.

This property is wonderful. Great location-close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooks the ocean -- just beautiful views.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Our host greeted us at Villa Renaissance with a Rum Punch and a tasty punch for the kids. She walked us through everything and provided suggestions for restaurants and excursions. Villa Renaissance was the perfect balance between having your own condo and some of the extras a resort provides (beach chairs, beach towels, bar, food, housekeeping). The best of both worlds! We would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in Suite 203 from November 28 - Dec 5th. I can't say enough good things about this unit and the property. The condo itself was perfect for my husband and I. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had our breakfast on the balcony every morning to enjoy the view of beautiful Grace bay beach. The staff were exceptional. Sandeep (GM) was on the property everyday making sure everything was perfect. The pool is lovely and we never had a problem getting a chaise lounge by the pool or on the beach. We are so very happy to have found this amazing place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants, shops and grocery store. We will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone that made our time there unforgettable.

I hesitate to write just how absolutely amazing this unit and property is because I selfishly want to keep this gem under the radar of other travelers lol! Our unit was immaculate and had everything we needed to make this a worry free stay. The king beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, and the kitchen very well appointed. And the view! We used the onsite bikes and rode to the grocery store. Sheldon set us up on the beach everyday. Our wonderful server from the bar/restaurant checked on us at the beach everyday. Even the GM came out to chat. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were wonderful too. We walked to restaurants each night and even the Thursday Fish Fry was a simple walk away. Thank you for an amazing stay - we will definitely be back!

Had the most amazing vacation at Villa Renaissance #203. The facility and villa were both well maintained. The concierge staff was so friendly and made recommendations for great restaurants and activities. The villa was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and the view was breathtaking. Could not have asked for more and will definitely be back.

Centrally located and easily walkable to anything you need in Grace Bay (Shopping/Food/Coffee/Golf/Excursions….). We stayed at numerous places in Grace Bay and always had a good experience. However, this has been our favorite place yet and will be eager to rebook when we are setting up out next trip. Grocery delivery was a nice touch and loved having the bar and ability to order food poolside.
Was a perfect blend between staying in a house/condo but still having the amenities of a hotel/resort.
Couldn’t beat the balcony view.

The property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and beach!! It is beautifully decorated. I loved having beach chairs and umbrellas available at the beach. A cooler was provided by the owners to be used at the beach. That was a nice amenity. The pool is large and well maintained. We loved staying here and hope to be able to do so again.

Best location on Grace Bay
Great walkable location, to shops, restaurants and bars. Very quiet strip of beach especially compared to the close but not too close Ritz. All staff were very friendly. On site bar was nice if we didn’t want to mix our own. Daily house keeping kept everything spotless. Best of all the view from the balcony ( and kitchen).

Great Vacation
The location is the best on Grace Bay with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The property is quiet and there was never an issue getting chairs at the pool or beach. The beach is perfect and the pool area is great. The condo itself is very nice with everything you need, and the view from the balcony is the highlight!

The perfect paradise spot!!!!
This was the most amazing place with everything that we needed for our visit! Our flight was delayed and Villa Renaissance even called to check in on us. The location was perfect for walking to the grocery store, shopping and many great restaurants! We even used the bikes for a quick bakery run in the morning.

My friend and I had such a great trip to Turks and Caicos. The Villa Renaissance is a beautiful property. The staff on site were helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Our condo was just as described in the listing. I loved spending my morning on the balcony looking out over the beach with my cup of coffee. The pool and hot tub area is nice and was usually quiet. Grace Bay is just steps away with abundant lounge chairs and umbrellas available. We had some minor issues (AC malfunction, threw the breaker) that were addressed by the front desk immediately - truly impressive responsiveness.

Amazing girls trip getaway!
Wonderful property for our girls trip getaway! We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities and how accessible this lodging was to everything we needed. Everyone we encountered who worked at the property was so kind and helpful. We really could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Villa Renaissance for treating us so well while we celebrated our birthdays!! Hopefully someday we'll be back!

The view from the balcony of our apartment was spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff. Never felt crowded and plenty of chairs/umbrellas at the beach or pool. A short and enjoyable walk to restaurants and shops. Would love to come back.

Loved staying at VR for our 5th trip to Provo. It’s beautiful and centrally located. We walked everywhere we needed to go.
203 is lovely. Well appointed with an amazing view! We would definitely stay there again! Our only suggestion is to offer some firm pillows as well…they were too soft for us.
