We stayed at Karena and Khin's Mission Beach condo over the long 4th of July weekend. The place was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location, at the south end of Mission Beach, one block east of the ocean and one block west of the bay. Reserved parking was provided and the we were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Belmont Park but still close enough to walk there for dinners. We were able to enjoy the Sea World fireworks from our balcony.

This is a great location that is literally steps away from the water. My wife and I enjoyed the condo and thought it was pretty spacious. You do hear the occasional plane going by in the early morning but it’s nothing that interrupts you from having a great time. Definitely will stay here again whenever we come back to San Diego

This is my 2nd time staying at this place. This time we stayed for 2 weeks. We had wonderful time. San Diego is an amazing city and this place location is great. Close to everything but you will need a car. Parking is a huge plus. Internet was on a slower end but it wasn't too critical. The place was clean and spacious. We are planning to come back again. If you're looking for a small comfortable place for you and your partner, this is the perfect place. It's the cutest condo with just a short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. They had everything we needed and had no problems finding it when first arriving. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but also stay in a quiet/calm neighborhood.

It was a great location and a nice getaway, we were a little confused about which unit we were in but owner was very responsive. We had a great time overall and it was beautifully kept. We wish there were more comfort items such as sugar and powdered creamer and steak knives. There were only two wineglasses in different sizes and no coffee cups for the Keurig. These things would just make things a little better and more convenient but like I said we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay 💗

Great space for our anniversary getaway! Quiet, cozy, clean and private. Highly recommend as it's a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach!

I was in a resort in Carlsbad for 4 days before I checked into the condo. If your place was refurbished, it could really be luxed up. It's a spectacular location. To be able to cross the street to a beach and a bay and a park, I think you would have more people returning. It's so great that beach gear was there, but it looked like Walmart meets Homegoods...justed a little dated. However, I was extremely comfortable, was glad I didn't have to rent a chair anywhere, the bed was extremely comfortable, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Everything worked, and they left treats! The cleaning manager of the building checked in on me for fresh towels. It was a wonderful getaway. I like to go to new places I haven't been, but I would recommend San Diego to anyone....couples, families, anyone who hasn't been, and your condo. I also had the best Mexican food I have ever had right across the street, that was a little walkup. I heard it was ranked in the top ten in San Diego. If you have a car you can easily see anywhere in that area in 20-30 mins. Nice city, nice people!

Great location! Very clean. Beach is right around the corner & the designated parking space was a must! We would stay here again!

We spent a lot of time downtown but this was the perfect place to get away from the crowds. Access to the beach was perfect and getting a UBER/LyFT anywhere was super easy. The place had everything you could need and was the perfect size for a couple trying to get away for a long weekend.

Oh, this place is wonderful! I would definitely like to stay again in this cozy studio!

Close to the beach , well supplied with all kinds of beach stuff

Our stay was so convenient and accommodating. The hosts were prompt and thorough in all of our needs, we had a magical time staying in this attractive part of the city!

Very clean, easy check in, everything we needed was provided in a wonderful kitchen. The only downfall at this time is because of all the constructions around the building the access to the beach was not that easy - we had to walk a bit more or drive around to get to the beach.

No complaints. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Lodging was clean, modern.

Karena and Khin have thought of everything in this amazing little condo. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach! We rented a car so having a designated parking space was very much appreciated. The whole space is fully equipped with everything you could need, including the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visiting again.
