Nice and clean, easy to commute about. The property was not as close to the beach as we thought it would be.

Private condo located in center of St Simons and near all shops and amenities, with condo pool and fitness access. East Beach is close and very nice to experience. Great experience and hosts. My only wish is for supplies to be updated, such as cooking ware (new pans for example, a cast iron griddle) and maybe more toilet paper. I recommend bringing bottled water while staying in St Simons.

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were here to play in a pickleball tournament and the location was excellent. We could get to everything we needed in minimal time! Accommodations were fine - the only negative is that the carpet (especially on stairway) could have been cleaner. Bathroom electrical outlet was not working but I was able to use one just outside in bedroom and it worked out ok. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

Stayed for a quick 4 days but was very happy with the vacation. Arrived late and the host was very quick in responding when I called. Definitely a beautiful location and an amazing condo. Highly recommend.

Very clean and easy access to many things. Loved it.

We stayed to visit family living on SSI. Nice, clean and great for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, great location. If you plan to cook you'll want to bring a few of your own items as the pans are beat up and the can opener is broken. We just borrowed one from our family. Also, the master bathroom had a broken towel rod and TP holder probably due to people who stayed and didn't respect the property (which I can't stand). My handy man husband tried to fix them but couldn't. Overall, space was well decorated, comfortable and in a great location. The price was very reasonable and the owners were available if needed and responded quickly. This is perfect for a short stay with little cooking. We enjoyed our stay and getting to have Christmas with family nearby. Thank you!

My stay was good. I love st simons. When I left the place I received a text from the owner that I owed extra money for a clean up fee. I followed all the guidelines for leaving. When I arrived my bed had torn sheets that were also dirty. Also the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. There was no gas girl as in the posting. Will not stay at any of this owner’s properties again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has upgraded flooring throughout. I believe the pictures show carpet but now there’s new hardwoods. Our kids loved the bonus pac man game upstairs. Very nice washer and dryer. A few things that may need attention - the sofa seems older, the bed pillows are worn and could use a refresh. There was bacon left in the microwave from previous renters but I’m sure that was a cleaning over sight. The condo is comfortable and met our needs for our stay! Great quiet location.

Great location. 2 miles from the beach. There was some food options and pharmacy just around the corner which we found convenient. Property manager answered my questions fairly quickly and responded when we thought we had left something behind. The wash and dryer was a must and probably better than my own washer and dryer. We were able to have Walmart delivery so that was great. For somewhere to stay, put your head down, and be close to the beach, it was great. Some cons, we were greeted by a dead mole near the front door which we later realized was our welcome gift from the stray cat outside. The cat has a collar but doesn’t seem to be taken care of... Friendly but looks to have ear mites, poor thing. The back door was unlocked upon arrival. The carpets on the stairs could use replacement. The electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work. One of the lamps in the second bedroom did not work. The TV in the main room would turn itself back on after a few seconds of being turned off. It was a clean home but I felt as if it could’ve been cleaner in the drawers where the silverware is and more organized in the drawers to find utensils easier. Drains in the baths need to be cleaned out. Even with these issues, we slept comfortably and it was a great price.

Loved our vacation. Only negative is it advertised a grill and there is not one allowed any longer.

Perfect little get away trip.

We enjoyed the property. It was exactly what we needed for our long weekend to attend our daughters cheer competition at Jekyll Island. We enjoyed our time at Saint Simons and can’t wait to visit again.

The property was a perfect weekend stay. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, that was in close proximity to the beach and the pier. The property was clean and comfortable. Cynde and Jerry were very responsive, and the check in and check out process was very easy . Very nice place for a weekend in St. Simons .

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very attentive. Also, a great location to get to restaurants and a grocery store by foot, and an easy bike ride to the beaches.

We enjoyed most of our stay at your residence, but the cleaning company y’all have hired must have been just like in and out because it was a Friday. It felt icky there. Beds were SO comfy though.

Do it was hotter upstairs and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work . But I would still rent again the lady is super nice and the location is perfect. I loved the furniture win win for me !!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location by the roundabout. Saw lots of planes taking off and landing. Wish the weather had been a bit better but can't control that. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. We really appreciated them letting us checkout later! Thanks again for everything!

The condo was very beautiful and comfy. I loved the colors and designs of the home. It was located in a nice quiet area. I would definitely recommend this condo to my family and friends.

Showed up to the property that we rented and the hot water didnt work and the cable and internet also were out. Called the property manager and they informed us they had another unit down the road we could use. This location appeared to be under construction. There were patched holes in the wall. The flooring was coming up in places. There were soft spots in the floor that we were concerned that we might fall through. This unit only had one bathroom where the original unit had two. Overall this unit was in need of repairs desperately, but at least the hot water and cable and internet worked.

Short drive to beaches. Nice condo. Convenient Pool was on the smaller side for our teenagers but enjoyed our quick get away

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The only issue was small. There wasn't a grill and the tv channel selection was little to none. Also I must say it is further than a mile from the beach. But overall we were very satisfied. Will stay again in future.
