Great location on the beach. Perfect ocean view and beautiful sunrises. Saw dolphins many mornings. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Kitchen adequately stocked - although we didn’t cook any meals. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would return to this rental!

Property is in a great location. Convenient 1st floor and parking. View of ocean just splendid. Tons of beach towels and a couple of chairs were very much appreciated. Check in was not good. They have a policy to NOT give any info until morning of arrival and because of an emergency never received anything until 1:30 p.m that day. It was very nerve wracking not hearing anything. That must be changed as VRBO policy is 48 hrs check in info should be given. Some items like tissues, paper towels, kitchen wash clothes not provided. A little wipe down of certain areas could have been better. Dirty light switches, bathroom wall with streaks, bathroom drain needed to be fixed. Just small things that cleaning crew could improve on. It did not diminish how much we enjoyed being there though. Would definitely stay again. Once checked in Ritu was in great communication.

My family stayed at this condo in May 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The unit was just as described; it was very clean and the views were incredible. Everything we needed was provided and communication was great. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

great location ,easy drive to downtown,great beach

The property was very clean and nicely furnished but definitely more suited to a family of four, not five. Lovely view and good access to the beach and walking distance to local restaurant and playground/basketball court/skatepark which was nice. The only downside was that it was tight for a family of five and there is very little room for storing clothes or for putting your empty suitcases.

The condo is amazing! The view is great and even can watch dolphins swim by in the morning! Beautiful sunrises! Close to all restaurants and Fort Clinch Pool is great ! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything.. a Keurig would be great! The chairs are great to sit in and enjoy the view! Love it!

Such a bright, clean place -- and the best location from which to watch the sunrise! It's our third year here and we keep coming back because the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space in the kitchen, and the beach is only steps away.

This place is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were available almost instantly. A wonderful place to sit enjoy the view and relax.

Everything was as promised. The views from the dining area and living room were wonderful. We watched the sunrise over the water every morning while having our morning coffee. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was an easy, quick walk to get to the beach, and the stores and restaurants in the area were good and close by. All in all we enjoyed our first ever visit to Florida in the winter and would definitely rent this condo again if given the chance.

Our long weekend on Amelia Island coincided with a cold front and the NFL playoffs, so we had plenty of time to nestle in and enjoy the property. First, the VIEW!! Truly breathtaking. We made sure we didn't miss a single sunrise and it didn't disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. And, the tv and living area was comfortable and suitable for wild card weekend. Definitely recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay! Gorgeous ocean view exactly as pictured. Sunrises were spectacular. Kitchen well furnished for those who like to cook. Host was very responsive to questions and offered suggestions on places to explore on Amelia. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and beautiful view. Had issue with A/C first night and Mgt stayed in contact with me and got a HVAC tech out on Sunday to fix it. Good communications. Watched hurricane Ian go by. No problem. Lights flickered a couple times but solid building. Good stay.

Book this spot now. Highly recommend. It’s the perfect spot to stay on Fernandina Beach. Clean condo. The two bedrooms worked well for my family of 3 (2 adults + 1 toddler). Easy access to the beach. Quiet complex. Owners had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Walkable via beach (or road) to Salt Life Restaurant (which we highly recommend). Quick drive to downtown. Owner is an excellent communicator. Would stay here again!

The unit was perfect for my family. It’s close to the elevator if you have a wagon (but a lot of folks leave all their beach stuff inside the gated access which is handy too with small kids). The kitchen well well equipped for our needs. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use. The bed slept great! The AC was perfect all week during our stay. I’m glad we had the washer and dryer in the unit to wash things here and there. We would definitely return.

This was a gorgeous condo with fantastic views of the beach. The decor was very well appointed and clean. The one thing that could be improved are the beach chairs and umbrella. One chair was broken and the umbrella would fall apart at times. But overall, it was a great condo.

This property is located perfectly with respect to the beach and the downtown area. The amenities for accessing and leaving the beach are perfect (including storage of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). Has a great area to wash off the sand from your equipment to your body. The condo is located on the first floor and therefore lacks great views of the beach. The outside deck is quite small. The condo was extremely clean; the AC worked perfectly. It was equipped adequately for the kitchen and towels. One drawback is there is only one parking space for the condo, so if you have 4 people, you need a good sized vehicle. We were quite cramped trying to get all our goods down, and you need to come from one location. All in all, we would definitely consider staying here again. We had a wonderful week for the beach, and it was not crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the way the condo was decorated. The towels and sheets felt new. They had plenty of chairs and other beach things available to use. We love this condo building… it’s not too big so the beach doesn’t get very crowded, the kids loved having a pool and we loved being ocean front. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I know this unit recently sold, we hope the new owner continues to rent it out as we would love to stay again in the future. Thanks!

We loved being close enough to the water that we didn’t even need shoes! Condo was clean & great for cooking, hanging out, and we slept well. Appreciated the large selection of towels and beach supplies.

This was a well maintained condo just steps to the beach. Walking distance to Salt Life, one of our favorite restaurants in Fernadina. Close to downtown and Fort Clinch, just a short drive away.

This is our second stay at this wonderful Condo! The view the accommodations and the location is amazing! Kitchen is well stocked beds are comfortable and living room is awesome with beautiful views each morning! Only would like seats on deck that looked above the rail. Will stay here every time in Amelia ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The condo itself was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family. The location can’t be beat. It’s right on the beach and just a couple of minutes away from downtown Fernandina, lots of restaurants, and grocery stores. I would definitely come back.

We were extremely satisfied with the property condition and location. This was our first VRBO experience and we found the property owner to be very easy to work with and the property to be consistent with the photos provided and overall description. Each day stated with the pleasant experience of waking up to an outstanding ocean view and wonderful sunrise. We were also very pleased with the location and convenience to downtown Fernandina Beach and the quaint shops and excellent dining it provided.

Clean and condo filled with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you would have at home. TV comes with Netflix for any potential rainy day and conveniently located to the historic section of Fernandina Beach as well as the marina.

This was our second year in this bright, clean, spacious condo right on the beach. It had everything my husband and I needed to keep working remotely with plenty of space for cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and relaxing. Best part are the windows and deck from which to watch the sun and moon rise. It's a special place.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. Nothing shabby at all. Nicely furnished. Beds comfortable. Linens and towels good quality. Nice assortment of beach equipment provided. Very usable, well-furnished kitchen--the best assortment and quality of pans and utensils of any vacation rental I have experienced. The location is excellent. We loved watching the sun rise. Loved Amelia Island.
