We didn't have any issues other than cleanliness and general appearance of the property. It had been cleaned but there were still dead flies in the window sill, broken window blinds, a sandy floor, and everything generally looked a little worn. I know beach properties take a lot of wear and tear so some of this is expected but I think the cleaning and upkeep could be done better for the price of this property. We didn't interact with the owners in person but when I messaged them with a question they were quick to respond so no issues there. It's definitely a great location and has four individual bedrooms which can be hard to find so for that it's pretty good. I just think it could have looked a little more "luxurious" for the price.

Perfect place for my family. Place is close to places to eat. Great view of the ocean and the bay. The owners were quick to make sure that we settled in without a hitch. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My team of 10 needed a place to spend the night in San Diego for a dance competition. Fortunately, we were able to find this clean and affordable spot near the beach that could accommodate all of us. It was great being able to wake up early and enjoy the beach before having to head home. Thanks, Stacey and Andrew, for housing us and being responsive with our questions!

Property was clean and charming, great price for the location. It is the ground floor of a triplex, so you will hear your neighbors. Parking was very tight, but so worth it to be right on the beach! We walked over and rented paddleboards during the day, then strolled along the waves in the evening. Great restaurants and shops at your fingertips. We had a fantastic trip!
