Property overall is great. Great location(beachfront, close to shops and restaurants, central island location), great pool, and well manicured property. Inside the unit was spacious and, for the most part, clean. Furniture is different than pictures, but nice. I would stay here again if travelling to HHI.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood! Great location and weather. The place was perfect for location at Hilton Head and the weather was nice. The only downside was the house could have been cleaner and the hot tub wasn’t working for most of our stay. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks for having us!

Nice TV and living room area. (Kids watched a movie from the drawer one night and I secretly loved the 360 chairs).The negatives: A wobbly dining room table (we told them, it's probably fixed by now). Honestly the owners may want to upgrade the King bed and frame. I slept well enough, my spouse less so. Also, we dropped something under the kids bed, when I got down to retrieve it,the area under the bed was very dusty and I found a pill from a previous stay (looked like Excedrin). Cleaning crew just needs a periodic sweep under the beds.Overall, we'd stay here again. We had everything we needed. Fixtures are adequate. No it doesn't have fancy brushed nickel faucets, but we didn't need that, and I think that was my overpickiness coming through when I was searching for units. The charging station was a nice idea, but lacked usb-c charger that fit our phones.

We love Shorewood Villas for many reasons - location, proximity to the ocean and pool, plus more. This was our first time in unit 436. Overall, it was fine. It could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. It was clean for the most part, but it could use a SERIOUS DEEP CLEAN. It had wonderful extras, like beach chairs, a cart and even a Cool Cabana. We brought our own though. New carpet and rugs, mattresses in bedrooms are needed.

The view was absolutely beautiful. The property, pool, access to the beach and of course the beach itself could not be beat! The cleaning service could do a little better on mirrors and floors especially, otherwise the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return!

Very close to the beach. The pool is very nice. Great view. Clean place with lots of amenities. Easy access to everything nearby.

Condo is stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Fantastic, unobstructed beach front view! I would like to see a higher level of cleaning due to COVID (lint on the counter, article of clothing in washer). Would stay here again!

We were assured that extra cleaning would be done. Upon arrival, we realized this was one of the dirtiest condos we have rented....There was food on the counters, on the floor, in the fridge, the patio had not been cleaned, etc. It should be noted that we were offered to have a crew come and clean but we spend an hour doing it ourselves.

The condo is in need of updating - cabinets in kitchen and master bathroom are falling apart, there was mold in bathroom, the small patio tables should be replaced.

The view is outstanding and the furniture had been nicely updated.

Another blemish (nothing to do with condo) was loud music being played directly underneath us. When we called management company, they did not bother to call back. So it can get very loud in the condo.

My family and I visit HHI once a year. Colgny Plaza is my favorite area to stay, shopping, restaurants and ice cream shops! The location of the condo was great, a nice quick walk to Colgny plaza and steps to the ocean. The condo was beautiful and very clean, it had everything we needed. This property is well maintained and looking down from the balcony, the landscaping looks like you are in the Caribbean. The condo has a beautiful view from the master bedroom and balcony, it over looks the grounds, pool and ocean. We had plenty of space for our family. The management team was very responsive, friendly and professional! Check in and check out process was super easy! Highly recommend Shorewood condos. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great space for our family of five. We really enjoyed the amenities at Shorewood as well. The construction the last day was a bit noisy, but that would be my only complaint. We’d definitely consider staying here again. So convenient to everything.

Condo had everything we needed for our family of five! Great views from the balcony and master bedroom. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc. TVs were nice and WiFi worked well. Easy parking. Pool was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but the property grounds looked nice. Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return!

We've refined the location of the condos we stay in to a particular area of the community to give us the best stay possible. 436 is located on an elevated floor to allow for the magnificent view you see in the picture. The location couldn't be more perfect. The actual condo is perfectly livable, but could do with some updates and premium touches. The furniture is quite dated and the bedding/pillows are on the low end and aren't very cosy. We also had a bit of a problem getting into the condominium when we first arrived due to the keyless dead-bolt lock malfunctioning. A fellow from the management company actually had to stop by and break into the front door. After that, the front door lock should have been fixed and properly re-housed into the door but it wasn't. Fortunately, the gated community is very secure and we didn't feel at all threatened, so we didn't pursue the issue. We did feel that the management company might have offered us some kind of credit, or something after being locked out for the first hour of our stay... other than that, the stay was first class and couldn't be beat :)
