We loved the location right near the beach and short walk to fun in Pacific Beach. The house is clean and modern and has plenty of open space to gather and balconies to see the ocean. Bikes were available to ride along the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very nice property. We appreciated very much you texting us and letting us check in alittle early as we were tired and trying to figure out what to do till check in time. Everything was perfect. We joked because the only thing we could fine was gray paint over trash bin area in kitchen needed painted. Really one of the cleanest places we have stayed in and there have been many. Great location for enjoying the beach and local restaurants. Fantastic garage for safe parking. So nice to have our car to explore the area because there is so much to do. But could have just walked along the beach to enjoy Pacific And Mission Beach! More Comfortable and cleaner than any VRBO I have ever rented. Great fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Grocery store is a couple blocks away! The owner has thought of everything and super responsive. Comfortable beds and easy check out. Will definitely return.

The house was perfect for our anniversary trip with friends and family. The house was on a quiet street just steps away from the sand. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was enough space for 7 adults to hang out and enjoy time together.

This was our first Vrbo rental. Location was great! Close to beach, coffee shops, and grocery. The house was roomy with 3 balconies, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family. The home was clean, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit at night and feeling the cool ocean breaze. Would definitely stay here again.

We have rented a house in Mission Beach 5 times and this was our favorite. There are 3 outdoor areas for lounging and gathering and we used them all. The garage was stocked with many beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and even 2 bikes. It was great to not have to rent everything! And the location was perfect - close enough to walk to the pier and our favorite restaurants and coffee shops, but not so close that it was loud. It was a quiet and friendly street. We would absolutely stay again.

We had such an amazing stay, everything about this VRBO was perfect, it was very well appointed for family gatherings and trips to the beach. The house was super clean and had easy access when we arrived. This location was fantastic for our son’s wedding venue! Thank you Erin for everything, well done.

Good location on the north end, off the main beach sidewalk to not hear the crowds but easy to access. Home has all the right stuff and 3 deck or gathering areas. Garage includes parking for one suv or car. Living area has one couch and that’s all, more seating would be nice.

I have stayed at many VRBO's and it was such a pleasure to walk into a CLEAN home!!! It was spotless! The interior design was beautifully done with amazing beachy decor throughout. The flow/layout was perfect for our family! Erin was fantastic and communicated everything in a super timely manner. We will definitely rent this home again! Thank you!!!

This home is absolutely stunning! I celebrated my sons 2nd birthday with a few family members and was blown away at the amenities they had for him. If you have children this is the place to stay, they had 2 play pins, baby gates for the stairs, tons of beach toys, and beach chairs. We definitely over packed. Needless to say this home was the perfect vacation home. The location was everything, only a few steps to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. 10/10 in my book!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights and had the most amazing stay. There was 4 adults and 3 teenagers with us for the trip. We had everything we needed at the house for a great trip. Everything for the beach we could need was provided so we didn’t have to bring anything with us. Erin was quick to reply with anything that was needed. We would highly recommend this location for the proximity to the beach, places to eat, and FUN!

Everything was easy, everything was clean, everything you will need, we fit a mid size suv and a Jeep wrangler into the garage with a bit of effort. If Mission beach is where you want to be then you cannot beat this location or this house.

This house has everything ANYONE would need and the location is perfect. We had 7 in our group and we were never crowded in the house. It's open and airy, has 3 floors, which gave you the privacy you needed from others when needed or wanted. Erin was top notch on answering questions. Thanks again Erin and I hope to stay at your home again. BTW...location is perfect for coffee, restaurants and stores.

We loved this gorgeous home , from the design to the details all perfection. It’s just 4 houses from the beach in Mission Bay where you have a glimpse from the decks to see dolphins jumping plus hear the waves. We loved the set up with everything a family needs from luxurious bath towels, fire pit, fully equipped kitchen to every beach toy needed. We will be back to enjoy this amazing home again.

We loved our stay at this great beach house! It’s ideally located in the North part of Mission Beach, steps from the ocean, with very easy access to the bay side. Great location if want to be at the beach or the boardwalk, but also super close to the bay side beach with it’s calmer water and quiet bike/walking paths. There are also several restaurants and a coffee shop close by, all within walking distance. We travel to Mission Beach frequently, and I booked this house when the place we usually rent in South Mission Beach wasn’t available. I’m so glad I did! Our family loved it, and we plan on reserving it again for our next trip. The layout works really well for a family. It was great to have three bathrooms, which is rare in this part of the beach. We also enjoyed all the outside seating areas-one on each level. The BBQ and fire pit on the main patio area were great. The owners have provided so many amenities. There are plenty of bath and beach towels. I really appreciated this as I feel that a vacation rental should be well stocked with these items. The kitchen was also well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals if you want to. There are plenty of beach items to use as well-chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon. We were able to meet the owners-they are wonderful and were so helpful with communication and taking care of a couple of small maintenance items that came up. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay. Family of five - three kids under the age of nine. Had everything we needed and more. Lots of extra touches (cotton swabs, cotton balls, soap, lotion etc). We would be thrilled to stay there again.

Really nice house! It was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The garage on-site made parking easy. There is a grocery store within walking distance just a couple of blocks north. We visited in January and had some rain but the proximity of the beach and the boardwalk meant we could get out to enjoy the area during breaks in the weather. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great time!

This property has become the family favorite for any time spent now at Mission Beach! Perfect location. The home itself is clean, comfortable, but most importantly well thought out so that we can all be together but still have space to spread out. The well stocked beach supplies and large (for the area) garage are huge selling points!! Erin has always been wonderful to work with which is greatly appreciated during the sometimes chaotic time known as a “family vacation”. We are already looking forward to our next booking at this lovely beach getaway!

Beautifully designed and steps to the beach or bay, it's hard to beat the location of this house. Pros: clean, tastefully decorated, generous amount of beach chairs/toys, smart TVs in each bedroom, spacious main floor. Cons: significant fee to use AC, need more kitchen gadgets and child-friendly dishes, extremely close to neighbors (the renters in the sister property across the path have full access views through the windows, please know the houses in PB/Mission are right on top of each other), no sun shades on decks. Overall a lovely home.

Awesome location, very clean. House has everything you need. It’s beautiful, comfortable beds, comfortable couch. Pictures are accurate. Floors are tile, which is easy to keep clean, not the best for babies learning to crawl. The location is amazing, steps from the beach. The beach path is perfect for nap walks, kids and adults to skate or bike. Perfect spot if you want to just relax and enjoy the beach. Walking distance to Belmont park and Pacific Beach. Garage will fit suv and small compact car. Street parking isn’t bad in the morning, tough at night.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and found the property to be all it was listed to be and more. If a person is looking to rent a property in Mission Beach I would highly recommend this property

Mission Beach house was a great experience - we had a wide range of ages with our family visit and the layout provided both privacy and great common areas - the house is fully decked out with comfort and play things (beach). Very cool neighborhood for walks and access to both Ocean Beach as well as Mission Bay! Highly recommended.
