Great location, great property.

Everything was wonderful and we had no issues it was just a little smelly.. It was tolerable, but it just could be better. The fall colors were amazing, the size of the unit was perfect for my family and the kids loved the bunk beds so much. Thanks!

Nice accommodations.

The location of this property was fantastic, but it had a clear moisture issue as evidenced by mold in the ceiling of the living room. There were cedar sachets in every room to help with any smell, I think. We were also only given a single parking pass for a place that sleeps 8. When I called to ask for another (as we arrived after 5pm) we were told we would have to park one car at the rental agency. (Also a silly requirement to “pick up keys” when I merely picked up a code that could have been emailed) The unit itself was clean enough, and we’ll equipped though beds could have been more comfortable and the lack of air conditioning should have been more prominent. It could also be why they have a mold problem. It was fine for a quick stay, but we won’t be returning.

Place is beautiful and 3 minute walk to slopes.

The house, setting, accommodations, and location were spot on and really nice. The problems I ran into, parking. I’m not a huge reader of contracts etc and that’s on me. However, when a house/condo sleeps 8 I have a hard time when there are only 2 spaces allowed. It was not made clear to me up front that this was the case. Again, it’s probably in the contract if I had read the fine print. I feel like it should have been made more obvious such as how many bathrooms etc comes with the condo. We made it work and there was no problem but it sure was a pain to shuttle 2 cars to be parked over 2 miles away. PS, the electronic lock on the front door stopped working and thankfully one of the sliding windows was unlocked.

We loved the place. Each room had it own thermostats which was my favorite. The teenagers loved the double bunk beds. Parking was close to each unit. It was in close driving distance to the ski slopes and tubing area. Not real close to walk those hills though. All the tvs worked with Netflix and plenty of stuff to cook with. We would stay again.

This condo is perfect for a small group trying to enjoy a weekend ski trip.

Me encanto la cabaña, estaba muy limpio, super bien equipada, cubiertos, hollas, platos, vasos, algunos condimentos que la gente va dejando, suficientes toallas y cobijas, juegos de mesa, utensilios de limpieza de todo tienen, volvería a rentar con ellos sin pensarlo 2 veces. Esta a menos de 5 min de Sugar mountain ski resort, menos de 10 min para el automercado mas cercano. Si pudiera dar mas estrellas lo haria

Ill start with a huge thank you to the homeowners who went above and beyond the standard and opened up their home. The staff at RRR was friendly and responsive, as well as accommodating to my in-laws who arrived before us. We were a group of 4 adults and one child and there was more than enough room to spread out in. The kitchen was well appointed and very easy to cook in. The beds were comfortable and the linins and towels were of good quality. We made good use of the gas fireplace since the resort got almost a foot of snow over the long weekend we were there. NOTE OF WARNING: If snow is in the forecast you will need 4X4, AWD, or chains. It got so much snow I had to dig my Jeep out. You can see the lift from the parking area yet it is tucked away on the hillside and even with the other units it felt very private. Since there is no direct access to the slopes we did have to drive down to the base area and deal with the nightmare that is parking at Sugar mountain. If I had one suggestion it would be for them to build a walkway down to the slopes to make the unit a true ski -in/ski out and remove the need for fighting for parking. That said, we have already discussed renting this unit next year and we are pleased with the value we received. One point of annoyance that had nothing to do with the individual unit or the amazing team members we dealt with at RRR is the deposit refund time frame. It can take up to a month according to the rental agreement. That said I got mine back within 2 weeks. I would wholeheartedly recommend you stay at D12, unless of course its the weekend my family wants to be there, then you should book something else!!

Great place to stay!!

Loved the condo! Clean and cozy! The only issue we had was the parking. Limited spaces for the number of units and there were several vehicles that had obviously been parked there for weeks and not moved. Snow hadn’t been removed from all parking spaces so you couldn’t utilize the limited spaces there were. Someone backed into one of our vehicles. Great stay otherwise.

Stayed here for the weekend for my teenage daughters birthday, including some of her friends. Was the perfect place. You could see the slope and the lift for Sugar through the trees and it’s a short drive to get there. The property was very nice, much nicer than in the pictures. Beautiful high forest views out the many windows and off the deck. Comfortable beds- even the teens commented how nice they were. Loved the room with 4 bunks, perfect for the 4 girls. Had a nice fireplace, nice master bedroom, washer/dryer, and a very well stocked kitchen. I would easily stay here again. It made for a very nice weekend.

Property was what we expected and just a short walk to the ski slopes. I would rent this property again.

The location is great if you are skiing on sugar mountain. All the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We did have a few issues while we were there. Most of our issues were resolved, but not all. - wifi was incorrect so we had to wait until the next day to resolve. - neither TV worked initially. They got the main TV working but the master TV was missing a chord, so it was not fixed while we were there.- very icy going down to the unit but was resolved by mgmt company putting some brine mix down.- pilot light needs to be replaced in fireplace because the fire kept going on and off. I mentioned these issues when I checked out, but the lady at the counter didn't seem too concerned because she wrote nothing down. Hopefully these are all resolved before the next people check in. It is a great location and if everything was resolved, we would stay here again!

Better than a motel, but the beds were little stiff and the bed tubs had no shampoo. But it was okay, because we brought our own. ^_^
