Comfy and adorable property.

My family and I loved our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We didn't have to use our vehicle at all, everything we needed was only a short walk away.

Overall is good. Great location close to everything in town. Property is good other then a few maintenance issue. Could need a better maintenance person or more detail needed. Garage had stuff in it and couldn’t park the car. Listing should of said small car only cause my truck would not fit the driveway and the MDX couldn’t fit in the garage. It would of if there wasn’t stuff in it. We wanted to check in couple of hours early but was hit with $15 an hour charge which never happen to me before at any other places that I have rented nor was allow to check out one hour later. All was good and we had a good time and that’s what matter.

Reviewer Comments: SandyToes condo is in an ideal location for walking to either the beach or downtown; literally 2 short blocks from the Archway to the "worlds longest beach" and Scoopers ice cream! Very well stocked kitchen, huge washer and dryer (great for all the beach towels), ample supply of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, good water pressure in shower, plenty of drawer space and tons of closet space/hangers. Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided. The couch was quite comfy and enough space at the table (4 seater) to eat. The Bed upstairs was really, really comfortable but I will say it did seem a bit narrow for a "queen" sized mattress. Now we normally sleep on a maybe it was just us. Had a nice little deck looking out into the trees and complex was very quiet. Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and a collapsible wagon that worked perfectly for carrying things to and from the beach. We have had the pleasure of staying at BloomerEstates properties before they never seem to disappoint. The communication from them is fantastic and they provide any and all information you could want on the property itself and things to do/places to eat etc. And, unlike some places, their "departure checklist" doesn't include 1000 things to do. Very simple and easy check out! When looking at vacation rentals, I will always look to them first as I know I will be pleased, what to expect and that we will be taken care of!

This is a great end unit condo that is very centrally located. There is plenty of space for families and I appreciate the well supplied kitchen. I would recommend bringing a water filter or bottled water if you are particular about taste, but otherwise we will come back!

Only one recommendation I have would be to put out some literature about the alarm that brings in the volunteer fire fighters. We didn’t know what it was and there are tsunami signs everywhere so had a little panic one morning when it went off.

Beware of Bloomer Estates management making up extra fees to charge you. The place was cute in pictures and well decorated. But there was hair on the floor and sand on the sheets like it hadn’t been washed up after the previous tenants. Had a strange odor. We will not be renting from a bloomer estates property again.

The condo is very small even for 4 adults. There is very little room to sit and talk in living room. The condo has electric wall heaters and it has a fire place that does not work. Be aware that parking is very very limited at this condo. The garage can barely fit a small car. Only four people can sit at the table. The thermostat on the downstairs bedroom did not have a control knob.

A couple of small issues are the fire place cover seems loose at the corner, it looks like the battery for the smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom was missing and the downstairs smoke detector went off whenever the shower was used. The location is good and we had a nice stay.
