The property was great, especially for the price. The location is great for accessing restaurants and shopping, and it's near the West end of the busy areas if you need to escape during spring break or summer crowds. If you're staying more than a few days plan on supplying trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious and very nice! Great view off the balcony. Very easy to access beach, pools, and other things near by!

This was our yearly trip with our friends who are more like family than friends. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very responsive from the beginning. The only thing we had an issue with was there we several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty and needed to be washed before being used. We were worried with it being a larger resort that the elevators would be an issue, but we did not have any problems all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice, great view, can walk to Pier Park mall in 3 minutes, it has like 40 restaurants and lots of good stores , the weather was great all week, sunny every day , we had a great time

We loved our stay, the beach is amazing, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Beds were extremely comfortable. The condo could use a few small repairs, almost all cosmetic but none of that stopped us from loving our stay! The host was excellent to deal with and the staff at calypso were great to deal with. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the cleaning lady, Dianne…. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can’t think her enough for going above and beyond and shipping us left behind items. Highly recommend staying here, it’s affordable and all we could ask for!

We had a great spring break in this unit. We had plenty of room and the view was perfect. It was nice to be able to take a short walk and be right where there was number of stores and restaurants.

We rented the condo for about 5 weeks. Great location, with beautiful views, until the spring breakers arrived the first week in March, and then it was crazy and traffic jammed. The 22nd Floor is not the best place to be when the fire alarm goes off at 1:30 a.m. and elevators are off limits. This happened twice, the second time we went out to the balcony and shut the door, after we were told by others that it was a faulty alarm system. The unit was not very clean when we arrived, with sandy floors, dirty mirrors. Bathroom fan not working, reported, but stayed that way, even though paint and wallpaper were peeling off the walls. The most disturbing incident however was that someone entered our unit while we were out, 2 weeks after we arrived, without letting us know, to deliver wrist bands, which should have been waiting for us when we got there. The kitchen is not the best stocked, but we had brought or bought what we needed to get by. In short, while we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the views, the pools, nearby restaurants and shopping, we would not rent this unit again, and would not want to be there when the spring breakers show up.

Owner was not nice

We booked this trip to spend time with my mom who had a relapse scare in her cancer. It was the off season so it was peaceful. The room was beautiful and updated. The view from balcony was to die for and Robert was great to work with. The staff at the resort were wonderful. We were able to enjoy the beach during the day and the heated pool at night. Thank you for a peaceful trip.

We loved the condo. Great space & a great view. The condo was clean, good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Everything we could need was in walking distance. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful beach vacation! Fabulous location! Short walk to the beach, pier, nice restaurants, shops! Fantastic view from the balcony. We loved watching all kinds of marine life swimming by in the clear, beautiful water. Condo was very roomy, comfortable, and we’ll equipped! Highly recommend!

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was clean and spacious. Great gulf view, with two balcony entrances. Everything we needed was provided, along with many extras for the beach (fishing pole, boogy boards, paddle board, chairs, etc.). I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a worry free week at the beach. Thanks for a great vacation!!

We had a wonderful week here. The location is perfect - right on the beach and walking distance to the fishing pier and all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process was easy. And the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! My only downsides would be that we could have used another dining chair (only 4 at the table when the condo sleeps 7) and the living room couch was really uncomfortable. But these are small things. Overall, this place was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing the pictures online are good but when we got there it was alot bigger then we expected.. Its was clean and the view was amazing... We didn't have to even get back in the car everything is right there.. The owner was very nice and even called to make sure I got parked ok.. I will for sure go back to Panama City but will only do it if I can have this property again.. If your taking a family or friends this property is perfect... We will be back ...

Pictures are accurate. This is a bach front 3br unit on 22nd floor with balcony overlooking the ocean equipped with heat and cooling. The resort has outdoor showers.

I highly recommend this property. I was given all the information I needed for easy check-in. Unit was as described, very clean, and easy access to the beach. Also within walking distance to Pier Park.

This condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The ocean was too cold to swim, but the heated pool was wonderful. The condo itself was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The dining table and the living room have seating for four. The sofa could use some updating. Not very comfortable. But all in all we were happy with our stay and would visit again.

Great spot! Within walking distance to IM transition and plenty of shopping/food right there. Beautiful view! Owner was very attentive and helpful.

Love the location of this condo. It is however outdated. Mattresses and couch have plywood under them and mattresses are not encased. TV's are very small given the room size and number of people. It was nice to have chairs and umbrellas available for the beach but we were unaware this was an option and brought our own. I was disappointed to arrive and learn that I had to pay an additional $40 for 2 vehicles to use the parking garage as this was not mentioned in any of the correspondence. Overall, a decent place but overpriced given the condition of the furniture and amenities.

We received an email stating that we were to have 2 lounge beach chairs with an umbrella with the condo rental, when I checked with the rental booth, the gentleman stated the owner did not pay for the rental. That it must have been the same confirmation email from last year, they just didn’t revise it. For the amount of money we paid for the condo rental not having the use of 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, by the way we had 8 in our party, was ridiculous. Condo issues, the bath towels were not cleaned properly, faucet in the kitchen sprayed out on you if you didn’t have the nozzle pushed in all the way. The frying pans were left with burnt food so we had to purchase a new pan to be able to cook our food properly, the clothes washer did not spin leaving clothes soaked and the dryer was terrible. The worst issue that was not pleasant at all was that there is a storm runoff next to the west tower of the resort which was disgusting. Didn’t even go in the beach water but once and farther down from the resort.

The condo was very nice and would love to rent it again when we come back again for our next trip
