The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. The walk to town was easy. The view of the beach from the balcony was the icing on the cake. We would stay here again.

Our condo was very nice, clean and had nice view of the ocean.It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was somewhat busy when we were there in may but was getting much more crowded the day we left. This is a lovely island but does not have much beach and the tides come during the day to the large rock in some areas so you have to be careful when you go out on the beach.

Took my parents for this visit and the condo was perfection. Very spacious, quiet, and so nice that we could take our little dog. The only problem we ran into was the TV in the main area would only allow streaming. Such a tiny problem but my dad wanted to watch golf. I will book this one again!

Beautifully decorated condo with great beach view from large balcony . Able to see large ships cruise by and hear the ocean waves. Lovely tree lined street. A great location to beach ...short walk to village shops and restaurants. The write up on Vrbo said pool not working but it was.

One note would be the pool was not open during our stay. If the pool is important then you may want to inquire before booking.

It is a great location and a great condo. There needs to be updates to furniture in living room, carpets in bedrooms, and small appliances. It is a wonderful location with great beach view. With updates it would be perfect. We still had a great time and owner and rental company were very responsive.

Internet/wife was very bad but much improved once as instructed I unplugged and replugged the Xfinity box Owner should leave good instructions as to TV services & operation / input in the condo to help future tenants. But she was very responsive and helpful. Condo was very clean and easy to access

This is my favorite condo complex on the island. We have stayed in 2 different condos in the same property and they have been exceptional. Cleanliness is top notch, everything you need is there and the short walk to the beach is perfect. Management is always excellent (we never needed anything other than a code and it was provided right away).

The rooms in this condo are huge! There were only 3 of us but easily could have slept 6 comfortably. The decor could use some updating but that would be my only complaint! We had an issue with the combination lock on the door but that was fixed immediately upon reporting it. We will definitely be going back to SSI and will rent here if possible!

We could not be more satisfied with both the island and the property. As other reviewers have noted, this property is significantly larger than the standard 2 bedroom condo and would very comfortably accommodate 2 couples. The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furniture/beds, great kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and good wifi. Being within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, parks, and the pier is a big plus. While we had no need to interact with property managers, I feel confident that they would have been responsive. Check-in/check-out instructions and directions to the condo were clear and accurate. Our favorite restaurant was the Indigo Coastal Shanty in Brunswick. It's not on the island, but only a short drive away. Low key, great food. We also liked the Half Shell (seafood) and the Red Barn (steak). All in all, we had a great visit and have already planned to return in the fall.
