We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and had good ocean views!

Everything was great, short walk to the beach, beautiful view, nice patio and comfortable beds. Perfect stay.

My husband, his mom, brother and niece had a lovely two days at the house. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed to stay cozy, and cook our meals at home. It was the perfect space for 5 people. The walk to the beach was so convenient and beautiful. The hike to the private beach was incredible and the highlight of our trip. My husband and I have been to Dillon Beach many times, but this was by far the best time we've ever had. We experienced all the weather. Sunshine, clouds, wind and rain. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again in the future! The host was great and easy to communicate with. We only had some trouble getting the sauna to work, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Overall, everyone had a great time, and it was so comfortable with the most breathtaking views. b

Great stay in a comfortable home and beautiful views. The house had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all comfortable. Beach was about a fifteen minute walk or five minute car ride. Host was responsive. We would recommend it to the next set of folks!

The view was wonderful seeing the waves and the surfers right out the front window. The patio was just inviting. I loved that all the dishes matched and cooking pots and pans were so nice. You pretty much had what you needed. Also the sauna was such a nice thing to enjoy at the end of the day. We will definitely come again!!

Everything was very clean and comfortable and the view was stunning! Very nice attention to detail, e.g., the night lights in the bathrooms. We also appreciated the ant spray and the carpet cleaner which worked well on the coffee that accidentally spilled on the carpet. Also, there was a nice variety of games and even DVDs. Would have appreciated a note to bring our own wood and kindling, etc. for the wood burning stove. Adding some liquid hand soap would be a small recommendation as well. A very enjoyable time was had by all and we look forward to another stay soon.

Fun time cut short by a dangerous storm.

We loved our stay at Jerry's house in Dillon Beach's Oceana Marin neighborhood! The home is very comfortable and we loved the midcentury modern furnishings! The beds were super comfortable, and care was taken to make the home user-friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want, and the pots, pans, knives, etc. were of high quality. There is also an abundance of high-quality books, games, and DVDs for families to enjoy! We didn't have any kids with us, but the den is light and welcoming and has a wonderful table and several chairs for kids to color, draw, or play with toys. There is a TV with streaming services, and a CD player, which we appreciated! It should be noted that there are a lot of stairs inside and outside of the house, although it was no problem for us. Last, but definitely not least, the view is Amazing from inside the living area, and from the ample decks. The easy walk to the main part of Dillon Beach is just 10 minutes, and is very beautiful! I was very sad to leave Jerry's wonderful house and hope to return!!

This home is exactly as described. Everything was in perfect condition and clean. Seating was comfortable, beds were comfortable, views incredible! Each bedroom has its own space heater so everyone can sleep at the temperature most comfortable for them. We spent hours on the deck watching the waves, evenings in front of the fireplace. We could not have had a better time. Our thanks to the host for maintaining this lovely home so perfectly. Looking forward to returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful property! We were able to walk the neighborhood, have a picnic on the beach and drive to some wonderful ocean sites, including an oyster lunch! We appreciate the owner's quick responses to our questions and we hope to stay here again!

Jerry's home is absolutely incredible! The location is so perfect, a short walk down to the beach with a small difficult part at the end and a 10-minute walk to the general store/coffee shop. The view was spectacular with big windows and a beautiful deck. The home was clean and comfortable and had many accommodations to make our stay as great as it could be.

You truly cannot beat the view from this lovely home. And the walk down to the beach is really fun and pretty. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed.

Easy check in, great location, thoughtful decor and well appointed home. Stayed with my husband and siblings and 16mo old. The den was a great bonus space where we were able to set up her pack + play/slumberpod. The dehumidifier doubled as a white noise machine! Den would have also been a great workspace if we stayed longer. Would love to stay here again and actually use the sauna next time!

My family had a wonderful and relaxing time

All was great except the internet connection. Very unreliable for our group working remote and unable to reach the property manager.

This house is cozy and spacious with great design, all the accoutrements in the kitchen one needs, enough space to have six in the living room and dining table comfortably, plenty of sleeping space and so easy to get to the beach. Only thing that would be nice to add is having shampoo and conditioner available for guests. We will be back! A great house!

Loved the ocean view and easy beach access

I went on a girls' trip with my college roommates, and we were looking for a peaceful spot on the California coast. This was perfect! We each had a bedroom with a comfy bed and got to wake up to gorgeous views every day. The kitchen was well equipped, and the sauna was a delightful bonus!

My longtime best friend and I needed some ocean and sun. We found a great view, comfy beds and an immaculate house, but due to the cold weather, which a beach house usually doesn't have to deal with, it was freezing inside! It took many hours to heat the house. Luckily we found extra heaters and ended up being very comfortable!! Will definitely return!

Two old friends and I reconnected for three nights here, and this house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized, and the space is nicely and simply decorated. The views are lovely and the walk to the beach is short. The rates feel very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again and might bring my husband and kids next time.

Our stay at 3 Kailua Way was amazing. Two couples were looking for an escape from the commercial Christmas and we found it. We hiked the beach, fished from the shore, toured Point Reyes National Seashore, and did some wine tasting. It's a great location and so perfect to see the ocean from the comfort of a home. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to do our own cooking with local seafood. I highly recommend this property looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house was perfect for our ladies weekend! Plenty of space in the kitchen and living/dining area for us to hang out. The outside partially enclosed deck is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. We will be back.
