Had a delightful time with our (grown) kids and their partners. We so enjoyed being able to spread out across the living room and watch the view - was a lovely space to just be together.

This property was a gem, with it's breathtaking views and spacious living space. We especially enjoyed the sound of the waves and the cool breeze at night. The beds were comfy and the linens immaculate. The SPA was relaxing and very clean and had an unbeatable view! Our hosts communicated beautifully with us and made our stay worry-free. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this amazing home for a surprise 45th birthday trip for my partner. From the first step into the home I knew I had booked the perfect location. Walking into the living room with floor panoramic views of the ocean was just breath taking. We quickly toured the home and found the master bedroom. Once again, the views were priceless. We quickly looked over the rules of the house and made our way out to the hot tub. Life doesn't get much better when you're sitting in a hot tub with the love of your life looking out into the expansive ocean. The home was very clean and came with so many amenities. The communication with the owners was very prompt. I couldn't ask for a more romantic birthday surprise. Waking and going to bed with the sounds of the ocean is just plain good for your soul. We came home feeling renewed, refreshed and grateful that we got to experience a little slice of heaven. We will be going back to visit for sure. Than you for sharing your amazing home with us.

The Bluff House was exactly what we needed for our family birthday gathering. The view is mesmerizing!! Five full bedrooms with amazing linens. Jessica and David were perfect hosts. They have thought of every little detail to make this a home away from home! The fireplace heated the entire house. We never needed to turn on the thermostat!

View cannot be beat and the house is updated, clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We will be back!

We spent a wonderful couple days at this house in March. The sunsets are beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is a perfect getaway to relax and recharge. The pictures don’t do it justice. The sound of the waves is awesome. There are five separate bedrooms two upstairs and three downstairs. The main bedroom on the second level has phenomenal views. Two bathrooms, one on each level. Plenty of space for 8 people. We parked a Chev Suburban in the detached garage, it was a snug fit but it worked. The hot tub on the deck is also a special experience, looking at the stars and listening to the ocean. The property managers are very responsive. I also enjoyed all the notes marking where everything is, it was really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The views from this home are stunning. And I’ll add that being able to hear the waves and sounds of the ocean are an added bonus. A trail with access to the ocean is just a short walk away and has its own beauty with ravines and running waterfalls. My two girlfriends and I enjoyed sitting in the wooden chairs provided outside at ground level - at the overlook. There are also two separate seating and table areas outside the home on the deck for sipping morning coffee, reading, snacks, whatever your heart desires. The home is well appointed with all the amenities needed and was spotless and welcoming. It is a soothing space that never felt too small (or considering the number of bedrooms, too large). Hosts instructions were clear and helpful. It was a much needed, relaxing getaway in a beautiful spot.

We had a great time at this house. The views are amazing. The house was very clean and nicely finished. Lots of comfortable seating and a well stocked kitchen. They were very responsive to my questions. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house right on the water. The views (and wave sounds) were incredible from all the rooms and it was an easy walk to Dillon Beach. Would definitely stay again!

The views are stunning- waking up in the master bedroom to see the waves crashing all around you was incredible. Loved the fireplace- really easy to get a fire started, and it warmed the entire upstairs (which was great, because there was no power when we arrived due to insane storms). Beds were comfy, linens very nice. The only slight negative for me was the kitchen equipment, which was what you expect from a rental- thin, worn out pans and dull knives. Next time I would bring a cast iron pan and a nice knife, then I'll have everything I need! If you're not much of a cook, you probably won't even notice. Jessica was very helpful and responsive.

This lovely and well equipped home sits right on the ocean giving beautiful views and sounds. We visited during a rainy winter week and loved watching the variety of weather. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. Wi-Fi was very good but cell phone coverage is non existent if you have ATT. Very clean and well stocked. Quite a few stairs so it was nice to have lots of night lights. There are plenty of puzzles and games.

Dave and Jessica's home was perfect for two families with adult children spending the week together. Views are amazing, the sounds of the waves, gorgeous sunsets, stargazing from the jacuzzi, nearby hikes and walk to the beach - absolutely wonderful! House is very comfortable , well-appointed with thoughtful amenities and all basic supplies. We would have liked more space in the kitchen for our food/pantry items but that did not deter from our enjoyment of our stay. Dave was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely return!

This house is extraordinary and you can’t get much closer to the magnificent Pacific Ocean. The house was everything we needed it to be. The owners made sure we got in okay and made sure we knew they were available for any concerns. We had none.

Home is well decorated, and super clean. View is amazing, with plenty of outside decks to sit and enjoy. We had a question about the property during our rental, and owner responded immediately. Thanks, we'll stay again hopefully sometime soon!

Extraordinary views right on the ocean! Great wrap-around porches to follow the sun. Very comfortable beds. Good communication with the hosts. Only downside is that is a somewhat dated property and you are mainly paying for the location- which is jaw-dropping

Our family of 6 had a pleasant time at this house. Although it was foggy most mornings, when it burned off the view from the picture windows was stunning. Located on the cliff, it was also great for bird watching. We could walk to the beach where our children played and we saw dolphins. Maybe because we were off-season, the vacation rentals next door seemed empty and it was very quiet and peaceful. There weren't many businesses nearby so grocery shopping was a bit of a pain (and PG&E cut the power for 8h one day, so we lost some food in the fridge) but it was not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Had a great time with friends. We were 7 of us and there was ample room for all of us. If we were to nitpick, outdoor deck space could have been a bit bigger but not a deal breaker.

I loved our stay and the house is magnificent. I kept the windows opened at night and listened to the ocean. Deer walk right in the yard and the landscaping all around is truly paradise. If you need a peaceful place for the week or weekend look no further ♥️♥️

We had an amazing time at the property. Gorgeous views of the ocean from inside and outside the home. Jessica and David have done a wonderful job keeping the home clean and very welcoming. The hot tub was clean as well. We have stayed at this home several times and the upgrades are wonderful. We will stay again.

We loved our stay at the Dillon Beach Bluff House! The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

House is very comfortable, exactly as listed, comfortable bed, David did a great job of checking in to make sure everything was as it should be.

The only sounds were from the ocean and the birds and breezes. The home was immaculate, luxurious, and comfy all at once. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return
