We all loved this spot so much. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable.

This condo was as beautiful in person as the pictures online! The view from the balcony is stunning! The best part of renting this unit is that you are taken care of by Last Key Realty. I have never had a representative meet me at a VRBO upon arrival like Last Key Realty did! They took care of us from start to finish! Christian was awesome to work with! He met us outside the condo and showed us how to enter, how to use door key pad and answer ed all our questions. He even had a Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! This kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever seen! My only issue was with the bed in the master bdrm; it was like quicksand! Lol! The mattress was not firm at all, you sink when you lay down, and it squeaked w every movement. It’s probably time for the condo owner to replace it. (No fault of Last Key Realty) I did not let that spoil our vacation. I honestly would choose this place again! I highly recommend Shang-Ri-La in Key West! It will not disappoint!! Thank you, Christian and Last Key Reality for making this a memorable vacation for our family! We had a blast!

The property is awesome! It gave us the relaxing and vacation feeling the moment we stepped in the door. The ocean view was amazing. And the amenities in the resort is top on the notch - they even have a clay court on site for tennis. The swimming pool has a very good ocean view and the environment is clean and nice. As we arrived late than expected, we used the self check in process - which is not complicated at all. Christian made clear instruction for us so everything went very smooth! The host welcomed us with a key lime pie sitting in the fridge :-) Thank you for doing that! The condo has everything you will need for the stay. The whole experience was unforgettable. Our whole family enjoyed the experience very much!

We come to the keys about three times a year. This condo was the most equipped for my family. The noise and the other people in the condo were very polite and the noise level was low. The condo was very spacious the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great stay we will definitely rebook here with our family again. Thanks for a great place!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in during our girls week in Key West. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The heated pool was large with a great view of the beach. It was nice to be able to take walks on Smathers beach and walk to downtown from the condo. We rented bikes through the concierge which was convenient and easy to use. We also went kayaking and had so many fabulous meals on the island. This truly was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years. Tracie made a truly turnkey experience for us.

Really enjoyed the condo and everything they had there for us. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to use it at least for one day before the hurricane. Just know that this is a residential condo and not a resort. We fully respected the rules but there were a lot of them. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Everything about the property was spot on and as expected! The interior decor was modern and clean, the patio was fabulous and gave a nice view of ocean with privacy from neighbors. We were welcomed with a key lime pie and bottled waters, plus enough supplies to last the trip (TP, soaps, etc). All around enjoyable, though the hall carpets were worn and we had no idea where to put our trash when we left!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Greg met us at the property so check in was a breeze. Thanks to the concierge service our kitchen was stocked with everything we requested. The condo was just as pictured and the pool area was better than expected. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The only negative was that we could never get the wifi to work.

Beautiful condo that was clean and had a nice view from the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Loved the pool area and it was an easy walk to the public beach. We brought our own volleyball since there are nets at the beach. About a 10 min walk to the pier and a 30 min walk to Duval st.

Perfect getaway. Great large pool with dedicated lap swimming. Everything was great (5 stars) with the place except the mattress in the master needs to be updated (it was not very comfortable).

Was a great location close to everything- Garage door opener battery was dead- but you can use the key to access the garage then just stand by the sensor to let yourself in- It would have been a bigger issue if you were by yourself vs with a group- The main bedroom shower was huge, great patio also- We had 4 adults- 2 in the main room, and 2 in each twin bed- there was a couch also so plenty of room for more than 4. Got groceries and did our own breakfast and late night meals to save $. Overall a really good location!

We had the most delicious Key Lime pie waiting for us with such a sweet welcome message as well as other generous welcome items. We will definitely stay again when we return to Key West!

We had a wonderful weekend trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process was easy and seamless. The property manager Monique is super responsive and a knowledgeable guide to local hangouts. Would definitely revisit.

The condo looked just like the pictures, even the glorious view from the balcony was true. Great spot, quiet and easy access to beach. Enjoyed the pool almost daily. Highly recommend.

Our family chose to go on vacation to Key West for Christmas this year, and we were not disappointed. The property was located in a quiet area of the island with easy access to Key West’s many points of interest. And the hospitality of our host and the amenities that were provided did not leave us wanting.

I feel the pictures don’t even do the location justice! It was my first experience to Key West and this place was the perfect place to stay! From beaches, snorkeling, watching sunsets, or relaxing poolside this place has it all! Our host Monique made this easy and great suggestions for us all around! Will definitely be back!! My heart is staying here in key west!

Condo was well appointed with large kitchen & bedrooms. Nice deck with table & chairs plus 2 large chaise lounges looking right at the water. Very peaceful. Took Uber everywhere on $10-15! Last Key Realty (Monique) was AMAZING! Made sure our stay for our wedding anniversary was very special! So much to do here so we WILL COME BACK!

Last Key Realty manages this property and they are great! Our plane landed at 10 am, but checkout wasn’t until 4 pm. They have an office on Duval to lock up your luggage! That was a huge help to us. My dad and I were on mopeds, so we weren’t sure how we were going to get our luggage to the condo, but Monique drove our luggage there & brought it up to the room! She was awesome.

Had a few days open, was able to go to Key West. Great Property Great Views. Great pool and beach the best part is it wasnt crowded!

We made so many wonderful memories in Key West! Monique with Last Key Realty took such amazing care of us with suggestions of places to stop along our drive and where to visit in Key West. She even left us some amazing cupcakes for our arrival! The Shang-Ri-La was beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. Would love to stay there again in the future.
