We arrived on Sunday and at 9:00 p.m we couldn't shower, they were fixing a pump so we just asked to get moved so we can have water

Beautiful property. Really nice being on ground level. Everything was great. I particularly appreciated that they have a paramedic on staff. The paramedic came by when my mom fell sick with the "too much mexican food" upset stomach and they were very helpful.

Unit was great; furniture was nice and comfortable, view from patio was beautiful, convenient location and as always, resort staff was extremely friendly. Weather was perfect

The main problem: we shared the cost Roth friends but their bed in 2 nd bedroom was very, very uncomfortable. They paid half but were not happy. A new mattress is urgently needed.

Overall stay and property was lovely and well located. Easy access to pools and beach.
Unit was well appointed and comfortable with the following exceptions:
-Master mattress was solid as a rock and 2nd bedroom mattress was sqishy and lumpy.
- The water heater was not on at arrival
- there was no coffee in the unit, make sure to bring filters and coffee

This was our first family only trip to Las Palomas and started off great. However there were several parts of the grounds under construction that were visually annoying but nothing to really complain about. Then after the first day there was jack hammering right in front of our unit and eventually they blocked off our walkway down to the pools. This was really annoying. The host was accommodating and communication was great.
While we definitely did not enjoy the work being done, that had nothing to do with the unit… and now that it has been done there shouldn’t be anymore work in front of this unit for a while, so we’ll more than likely book again!

It was more beautiful than expected, all the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The access to the our room was excellent and easy to get to. We are planning to come next year and for more days.

This was a great place to stay on the property. Easy access to everything. Getting our things from the car to the condo was a breeze.

We all had a great time - 4 adults. Unfortunately, there was a water leak on the 4th floor that came down into the 1st floor unit in the laundry room/kitchen in the middle of the night, but they took good care of it. Over all it was a relaxing, enjoyable time by all. Staff took very good care of us. We will be coming back.

We spent our fall break here and the room was clean and simple! Their place was great- everything was in working order and comfortable- including the beds!

Loved the condo. It was a perfect size for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids under the age of 12. The condo provided everything we needed including cooking utensils, pots and pans and much more. Also had lots of board games!!! The balcony was great to hang out with the family and easy access to the pool and beach. Loved our stay and will definitely plan to stay here again.

Very comfortable. Teens enjoyed watching movies and hanging out. Location was perfect close to the pools and beach as well as the restaurant and bar.

The resort we stayed in was ground floor and led directly to pool from our back patio it was perfect and the patio had seating for up to 20 guest. The rooms were also amazing with 2 king beds for space and comfort and 2 bathrooms which come in handy.

The host was very informative and communicated right away. I'll start with the only thing bad and it's small. The front door to the resort was broken so we had to walk around when we first got in. That's it! That was the only annoying thing. Otherwise, the staff was great. All the food that we ordered was good. The condo we stayed in was perfect for everything we needed. Easy to use with directions in the right places if you needed it. Huge patio that did not get used. Great times! Will stay at the property again and even may look into purchasing one as this would be a great retreat and rental for a little extra something.

Second time staying here and will definitely come back! Beautiful,clean condo just steps to the lazy river. Short walk to the beach. There was a wedding outside by the pool during our stay and it was great to learn that shutting our sliding door it instantly removed any noise. Beds are super comfy. Only negative is the trash bags. They are very cheap and when you would pull the bag out of the can it would break. This is not just this condo it is all of them at las palomas as we had friend's in other units with same issue. I'll just bring trash bags from home. Overall 100% it was a fabulous stay

The property and staff were amazing. Very hard working and helpful friendly staff. The only thing i even remotely felt was missing was a bbq. That would have been nice with the large deck on the ground floor unit. Great location for family to easily explore puerto penasco. We hope to be back again. It was hard to communicate with some staff as we only speak english but they always made it work!

First time visiting Puerto Peñasco from CA. Had a pleasant stay. The staff at Palomas were very helpful and always happy to assist. Everthing listed met my expectations.
The only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. One of the bed sheets had a purple sticky stain and the patio wasn't clean. There is a few cigarettes butts under the table.
Would consider this rental again for another vacation and do recommend.
Enjoyed dinner at both restaurants and food was just ok.
Nice rental location. Being on the first floor makes it easier to get to the pools and beach.

My boyfriend and I went to Mexico for vacation and the condo was very nice and Steve the host was fantastic! He was very responsive and the place exceeded our expectations. It was ground level which was nice not to have to deal with the elevators. I wish we could of stayed longer but we will definitely be back! 10/10!

What a PERFECT condo for a beach vacation. I cannot recommend this place enough. The beds were comfy, well stocked kitchen, great view. But the patio/deck sets this place apart from the rest. It’s huuuuuge! With just a few steps off the deck, you’re in the pool sipping a cold one. This is vacation done right!

10/10 recommend this place. Everything about our stay was relaxing. Being able to walk down a few steps and be at the heated pool/hot tub was ideal. Place was clean and exactly as listed. Owner was responsive and gave all information necessary! Definitely recommend.

The location of the unit was excellent. Beds and sleep in sofa were very comfortable. Unit was clean. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed. It was important for us to be able to cook meals and we were able to save $$. The attention to details by unit owner (including nice toiletries) was much appreciated. We will stay here again.

We loved our stay!! The location and large patio were AMAZING!! Our only issue was with the staff at check in. They weren’t clear on where our room was. I did ask question a to make sure I was going to the correct room and they told me I was correct. We got to what we thought was our room and unpacked everything!! 3 kids and all the groceries to get a knock on the door that we were in the wrong room. We had to repack everything and no one came to help us move rooms.

WOW!! This property was just perfect all around. Both bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The location was top notch, just a few short steps from the pool, lazy river, bar, and beach. The outdoor patio is HUGE, with tables and chairs for all. I will definitely be renting this property again. Communication from owner exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!!!!

Absolutely amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath! Beautiful furniture and decorations. Great location and view. Was able to get a crib from the front desk for free. Very quiet and close parking. Owner very responsive and very helpful with any questions. Plenty of space inside and out. Would definitely recommend!!!!

This is my third time staying at Las Palomas. I would definitely rent this condo again. We had the best location! The patio bar was a bonus. I didn’t see any other patios with it. My kids loved eating out there!
