Great condo! We’ll definitely be back!

Just got home from a 4 day stay at this wonderful property which we booked in order to be close to Coachella for the weekend. We had the best time! The check-in process was great. All communication with Todd was easy and helpful. We arrived late after a long day of travel from the east coast to a lovely basket of welcome treats and souvenirs from the owner which was super kind. There were 5 of us (2 adults and three 16 year olds) and that is the perfect number of people for this house. We loved the setup since there is one side of the house that has a king bed and then another side that has the two other bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed respectively. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which was so nice. The house was well appointed and other than groceries, we didn’t need to buy much in order to make this place feel super homey and comfortable. There is a small patio in the back with a nice couch and a table with chairs. We loved the gym, clubhouse and main pool and used the facilities every day. The security was great and the neighborhood was nice, relatively quite and clean, which was definitely appreciated, especially since it was a festival weekend which attracts a ton of people. If you are going to Coachella, this property is perfect due to its proximity to La Quinta Resort which is one of the shuttle stops. We were able to let the kids go back and forth on their own and we loved the ease of the shuttle for us to go back and forth as well. We had a preferred parking spot at the grounds but learned on the first day that the shuttle is the absolute best way to get to the festival. We loved our stay at this house and would definitely book again if we were to come back to the area.

Generously stocked with all the small details that matter the most, from chargers everywhere, to the latest audio and video technology, to kitchen utensils. The unit is in a great location - and walkable to nearby amenities in and out of the resort. Host stayed in contact and was always super friendly and helpful before and after our stay.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and up dated. Liked the location of the property. Host was good to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

Todd and Nina have a beautiful and well-maintained unit here. They are great hosts, providing everything from beach towels to bottled water and snacks. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted and there’s an electric grill for outdoor cooking. This is my second winter stay in this great community. I will return again!

Just wanted to say how delightful and comfortable our 7-night stay was at this property. Communication with the owners and property manager was always prompt, helpful and accommodating. The unit itself was very well kept and was thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to get our stay going. The amenities at the resort were perfect for our little family and the convenient location of the property made driving to conveniences and attractions very easy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when our travels take us back to La Quinta. Our experience was extremely positive and we unreservedly recommend this villa with the highest marks. This was the perfect spot for us! I was with my elderly parents, my husband and our two teen daughters. The accomodations were just lovely... clean and nicely decorated, convenient location and easy for my parents to get around in on the ground floor and one level living. We had excellent and easy communications with the owner. We would love to return!

Second time going to this development but this time at a different unit. Equally impressed as with my last stay. Owner was super communicative at each step (check-in and check-out). Clean and with great amenities (even had prepacked snacks which the kids loved!). Nice one story ground floor unit great for kids and hauling all of their toys back and forth to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. The location is near the Clubhouse and main pool and entrance. Todd checked in with us when we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful property!

We had an incredible 2 weeks at Todd and Nina’s villa. The home was extremely well equipped and comfortable, they even had spices available 😃They also left us a huge yummy welcome box. The community is absolutely beautiful with fountains, flowers, spacious pools and a walking path right at the base of the mountains. Our communication with Todd was so easy, he responded very quickly. Check in and check out seamless. It was a perfect trip thanks to Todd. We’ll definitely be back. We loved every second!

We rented the property for a wedding near by. The house was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The grounds and the pools were great. Would stay again.

This location, this rental property, this owner were all simply amazing. I couldn’t image a spot better suited for Coachella, StageCoach or any event in the region. Everything simply worked . . . and worked well. The thoughtfulness and little things that made the stay quite pleasant were too long to list, but I would heartily recommend this rental property to family, friends and strangers.

Everything was exactly as described- even nicer than the pics :). The location is just beautiful and the villa was super clean and very comfortable. Todd, the owner did a great job communicating everything we would need to know- we cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Both Legacy Villas and Todd’s condo are extremely nice. Great pools, well equipped condo. Comfortable and clean. In a quiet part but also very convenient - Includes 1 parking spot, with extra guest spaces nearby. Easy and fast communication with the owner. Will likely return.

The villa is spacious, well-appointed, and well-maintained. The owners (the Kirkendalls) go over-the-top in making your stay easy and fun, including welcoming you with a fully-stocked snack basket, beach towels galore, very nice linens and bath essentials, and a kitchen loaded with all the basic staples and equipment. The Legacy Villas gated community is quiet, close to everything from great hiking spots to excellent restaurants, and every type of retail shopping under the sun. The pools are easily accessible and well maintained. The grounds are immaculate. And the peace and quiet of the community is outstanding. We had a wonderful vacation here. We will stay here again when we want a winter get-away.

Just an awesome property!

Our stay at Legacy Villas in this unit has been seamless. Everything was perfect. The unit was clean, pleasantly decorated, well lighted, comfortable and was so well stocked with everything we needed (and then some!) for a perfect stay. Thank you!!!

Our family had a great vacation in mid-December. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Todd was easy to work with and provided detailed instructions for everything. The location was convenient to restaurants & golf, a short drive to the El Paseo Shopping District at Palm Desert, and a convenient launching point for Joshua Tree National Park.

A wonderfully comfortable Place. Just a couple friends getting together to relax, visit and play cards. The unit was supplied with everything we needed. Ate out minimally and we were able to prepare tasty meals with little effort.

We stayed here for Christmas 2021 with two kids and in laws. It was perfect for our family! Kitchen was well stocked with every kind of baking/cooking tool and item. The casita is perfectly maintained and we loved the gym, hot tub, and pools. The two main bedrooms were well separated with a bedroom suitable for kids in the middle area. I used the washer/dryer and the host even left a Christmas tree and huge bag of popcorn for the kids. They were delighted. Communication was seamless; we can't wait to return.

Todd is the best owner we’ve worked with in Legacy Villas. This villa has an awesome location. Nice and quiet, but still right across from the main pool. Lots Of little extras that made this place great like a welcome basket full of snacks and cold water, masks, etc. Lots of full size bathroom toiletries with organic options which I personally loved. Every possible kitchen amenity including a keurig that has pods. Full size washer and dryer. Comfy beds and nice linens. I could go on and on :) we will be back. Thanks Todd!
