We loved our Kapalua Bay Villa for our 12 day family vacation. It’s comfort, spaciousness and extraordinary views when coming from snow-bound Calgary were all wonderful. There were lots of sports and activities for each family member, especially swimming, tennis and golf. But walk along the beaches in the area were awesome. We especially appreciated Quam Properties for their flexibility and accommodation when one of our family members had to return to Canada early. We’ll definitely use them for our next Maui holiday!

Clean private classy

Everything was easy, perfect getaway.

The property was clean and in an excellent location where we could walk to the beach and to some restaurants. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and even beach chairs and umbrellas.

My family and I really enjoyed this place which is clean/bright and open spaces with gorgeous views in every rooms also close to pool and beaches. In any event, if we come to Maui again, this is place we would like to stay here again and again.

Great Villa, awesome master suite, fantastic bathrooms in both bedrooms. Great location! Would certainly go back!

This was a beautiful property. Windows everywhere and a gorgeous master suite upstairs with the best views in the house! We saw dolphins, whales, waves and boats from above. We recommend bringing binoculars! The only criticism is the sofas and chairs are so old they do not provide any support so were not comfortable. The beds and linens were great! The kitchen fully stocked for cooking! A great place to stay.

Loved the condo! Excellent location to the pool, tennis courts and walking trail for the kids to the beach. We have stayed in a few in the Bay Villas (really they are all good) but this one in particular had a great location and the views were amazing! There were lots of beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the closet which was bonus. We will be back and would book this unit again:) Aloha

LOVED this unit! We stayed with our 3 adult children and really enjoyed being able to spread out in this large unit. Master bedroom is to die for with it's 2 sitting areas, panoramic views and private 2nd floor location. I recommend this unit very highly!!!!!

We have stayed in 7 properties in this complex and this was our favorite. The location, amenities, furniture and view were great. We will definitely be back. As with every property, there are a couple of small things that you may take into consideration. The upstairs air conditioner may need maintenance. During the day it was warm, but if we kept the blinds closed, it was fine at night. Second, there is really no way to sit outside and enjoy the view. That being said, the view from inside was perfect! We appreciated the beach chairs and there was even an umbrella and coolers if you wanted them. The kitchen was well stocked. We are trying to decide what week to come next year. Thanks for a memorable week.

Pictures do not do justice to this place! It is paradise with breathtaking views from every room in the place. The complex is so quiet and peaceful and meticulously maintained. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is huge with plenty of room and it is by far the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced through house rentals. They have so many body boards, and beach chairs and coolers for you to use that we didnt have need of purchasing anything! Great location, amazing home! Thank you so much for allowing us the luxury of staying in such a perfect place!

I should state up front that I've lived on the beach in CA for all of my life. Beach property is incredibly difficult to maintain! This condo, while very clean & pretty had lots of minor maintenance issues...a/c not working upstairs, window shades & windows not working, broken ceiling fans & lights... could go on...just small but annoying things. The view is beautiful! But I would not describe it as a private location. I also found this Condo to be missing some essentials I've become accustomed to through other VRBO/AirBnB properties. Scissors, an umbrella, basic condiments & supplies ...the only outdoor furniture were beach chairs, so the patio couldn't be enjoyed. There were however plenty of towels & extra sets of clean sheets. The best thing about this condo is its proximity to the Montage Resort. One of few places on the island where we experienced excellent service. I find Maui to be total tourist trap, and this Condo is just another spoke in the wheel of their economic engine. It is less pricey than other Condos/ Resorts in the complex & it's probably super great for some folks.

I was already expecting a nice place before we got there because of the pictures I saw when booking, but I was really impressed when we pulled into the neighborhood. The first thing you see when you walk in the house is the stunning ocean view which is in every living space in the house. The rooms are a great size and each one has a huge bathroom attached. We had 5 adults a 16 year old and a 2.5 year old staying in this house and it never felt like the space was too small. There's a walking trail right behind the house with beach access less than a 10 minute walk. My favorite part of the house was sitting at the dining table and seeing the whales in the water!! The pool is located right by the unit and since there are 3 other pools in the Villas, it was never too busy. The only issue we had was with some of the fans and lights not working. We couldn't figure out how to turn some of the fans on (the remotes for them wouldn't work), but I also didn't think it was a big enough issue to call someone. I will definitely recommend this unit to others traveling with 5-8 people. And will use Quam Properties again for our future Maui trips. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

The unit will exceed expectations. It is well appointed and extremely comfortable for those that want access to resort amenities but the comforts of home.

We stayed in this unit last time we came to Maui and loved it. Everything is done first class and very nicely maintained. We had a question about the air conditioning and someone was there first thing the next day to help us. We love that it is a 10 min walk to the beach and lagoon. We only stay in Kapalua. Everything you need is right there. Some days we don't leave the area. Why? It is so pretty here! I can't wait to stay in this unit again and again.

We are concluding our week long vacation at Kapalua and it's hard to say good-bye. Kapalua is our favorite vacation spot in Hawaii, with nice weather, world-class beaches and amazing snorkeling. We are so lucky to be able to stay at this beautiful villa. The view is fantastic from every room, the unit is tastefully upgraded and spotless. We especially enjoy the master bedroom upstairs, I can stay here all day without going out! Special thanks to Valerie and staff, they are very responsive and helpful during booking as well as during our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

I must admit, I really had no desire to vacation in Hawaii until my son decided to get married in Maui. Now that I have been here I can't wait to come back. The villa was exceptional in so many ways. The view was spectacular, we even saw several wales from our bedroom window. The location was perfectly situated, only minutes to the bay where we snorkeled, and to the beach were we surfed. The 2 story villa was beautiful as well as functional with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, sound system and so much more. But what I appreciated most was the service I received from Quam Properties. As a first time visitor I had no idea what to look for. They kept me informed and kept their promises right up to our departure.

Just loved staying at this property. My family and I were in Maui for a week and ventured off most days, but could have easily stayed here and enjoyed the beach a short walk away. The Condo was very nice and roomy and had all the items needed for our stay. It was clean, very well decorated and comfortable. Can't wait to go back again!

I've stayed in a number of the bay view villas, and this is by far our favorite 1BR unit. it is not ocean front, but ocean view, which I've decided is better because you don't have people walking in front of your unit constantly and you get to have front facing sliders to let the breeze in (most ocean views that i know of have sliders on the side). two floors, completely updated (i would call it gold++) with granite, tile, new furnishings, and so on. the upstairs has a nice, big, clean, tile bathroom. the bedroom has walls of windows to take in the views plus another lanai. the only downside of the entire unit in my opinion is that the show upstairs could use a little more power. finally quam properties is great to work with - very nice, helpful, and literally right down the street if you need anything.
