This was our 3rd stay at this condo it was as perfect as the last 2 visits. Modern and decor is attractive and not cluttered. The condo is lovely, clean, open, sunny, balcony faces north so it can be used all day. Quiet area is a blessing. Owner and condo staff are responsive, friendly and get the little minor stuff fixed in a jiffy. Walk easily to old town and lots of nice places to shop and eat.

Great area and location, cool pool, guest room a musty smell and floors (black bottom feet) not too clean. Property owner very responsive and allowed us a later check out which was much appreciated.

2nd time staying in this building and love it. This unit was excellent for us… fully stocked, comfortable beds, perfect location. Would certainly stay here again.

It's a gorgeous condo in a wonderful location. A minute to Los Muertos Beach, 3 minutes to the main part of Olas Altas and tons of dining options. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. We will stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It’s very Clean, we’ll appointed, and the location is right right we wanted to be. There is so much to do with a 5 minute walk. We’ll be back

The condo was wonderful, roof top infinity pool was super nice, location and security were great!

The hosts were amazing at responding and helping us with anything we needed. Everything in the condo was as it says it would be. The only thing I would have changed is the main rooms(living and kitchen) didn’t ever get as cold as we prefer them. Now the bedrooms were fantastic!!! You should absolutely stay here! You won’t regret it!!!

My daughter and I spent one week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, all the little details have been given consideration. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well supplied. The rooftop deck is stunning and a wonderful place to spend time. The apartment is in the best location....you can walk everywhere. Security is top notch. Make sure you visit the variety store around the corner for fresh fruit, pico and anything else you might need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall great place. Just a few minor issues. The place smelled musty, but maybe that's a PV thing? A Glade plug-in helped immensely. Also, the dryer never dried clothes well. We cleaned lint filter, but I suspect the entire dryer exhaust needs a deep vacuum cleaning. The central A/C didn't seem to work great. It never got below 22C so the main area always felt a bit sticky. But great view, very spacious, and friendly owners and on site employees.

Every aspect of Casa Munoz was designed with beauty & comfort for their guests. Elegant but casual enough to relax. The kitchen was well equipped. I loved how everything matched with a beautiful turquoise color theme. View was perfect, beds comfortable. We loved everything about this property & hope to return. Good job guys for creating a comfortable space for guests. We appreciate you.

This is probably one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Clean modern with beautiful amenities and vistas. We tried to treat it like our own as you could see the details the owners had put into it and how much they cared about their guests. I will make every attempt to stay here again if I ever visit PV another time.

Gorgeous condo with beautiful ocean and hill view! Breezy, airy, bright with full amenities. Access to rooftop infiniti pool and jacuzzis is extraordinary and relaxing. Super nice, gracious host. Highly recommended! Across street from beach and resaurants, clubs, bara, markets.

What a great property for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was more than we could have hoped for very comfortable and great location. We hope to stay again in the future.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The check-in process was smooth (and all staff were beyond helpful and kind) even for someone who only spoke English. The property manager (JB) was very communicative throughout the entire process -- we felt well informed, safe, and supported the entire time! The condo is in a prime location (5 minute walk from beaches / restaurants / clothing stores / coffee shops) and there is a cute market nearby (2 min) where you can pick up eggs, fruit, juices, sunscreen, and alcohol! The rooftop was stunning. Absolutely stunning!!! And the sunsets were gorgeous. We had access to clean bathrooms & showers, a full gym with all the equipment you need, a warm jacuzzi/cold jacuzzi and a breathtaking pool. We did NOT want to leave. The only recommendations I have would be to turn up the temperature of the warm jacuzzi (as it is very similar to the pool's temperature (and) to get better WiFi access in the condo itself ( a little spotty at times). But honestly, it didn't even matter...you cannot go wrong at D'Terrace. We cannot wait to go back!

This was our second stay here in 2 years and we were even more appreciative this time. The convenience, tons of Uber cars available, close to the beach and stores but in in quiet area. No loud music at night. The place is so clean and well run. Everything works. It looks even better than the photos. The owner and on-scene helpers so response. Quiet! Twice the people below us had a party that we could hear if we were on the balcony but not a peep came through inside in the condo.

Address was confusing for taxi to find. Having to wear a wristband for the entire stay was very annoying. Hot tub controls on roof were not good.

Casa Munoz felt like home as soon as we stepped in. It had everything we needed, it is very modern, clean and just a piece of heaven (seriously). It has a beautiful view to the old town of PV and an amazing sunset view to the beach from the rooftop infinity pool. The hosts were great too! This is a place I look forward to stay in the future.

This is a beautiful property. It’s very well kept, well decorated (I want some of those furniture pieces) and the common area on the roof is one of the nicest in PV. The security staff were very nice and helpful too. When we come back at the end of the year, we hope to stay here.

The condo was spacious, nicely furnished and had a wide balcony to eat and lounge. The rooftop deck and infinity pool were dreamy.

She even arranged for our Covid tests, took us to get them, waited with us, then took us back to the condo, she even brought over the hard copies later that day!!! She was so friendly and kind, like so many of the residents in PV!! I cannot say enough positive things about this trip. I can’t imagine staying in a hotel ever again.... Question is, what to do with all my hotel points!?!?! If you need a truly wonderful experience, a chance to leave all your troubles back home, you’ve got to stay at Casa Munoz Cheers S&J

Had a great short stay. The property and unit are both beautiful and just as advertised. Great communication by the owner, easy check in and very responsive property managers for any questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property is fantastic in every way! JB and Felipe have done a great job and are super responsive! The roof top pool is to die for! Make sure to visit the mini super and don’t forget the pico and guac! We will definitely be back!

This was my second time staying at this wonderful unit. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Twenty Four hour security is a plus. Don't miss the sunset view from the rooftop pool. You wont be disappointed. The hosts are amazing and super responsive. Puts your mind at ease especially traveling during these times. We cant wait to come back!!

I had a wonderful stay at JB and Felipe's gorgeous condo. Everything is as pictured, if not better. The condo itself is well-appointed with everything you need for vacation. I loved the tasteful and warm decor. Clearly there's a lot more thought put into their condo than many vacation rentals. The rooftop pool, hot tub, and hang out area is amazing, with breathtaking views if you happen to be there at sunset. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and a cocktail there some evenings. I would recommend the condo without doubt. JB is incredibly responsive. I had a minor repair issue and he responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. I've already recommended the condo to a couple of friends who are planning a trip. Definitely would stay again!

Second time to Casa Munoz. Everything perfect as usual, from initial greeting to final goodbye a wonderful experience. Condo is clean and well equipped. Close to any amenity you might need. Already booked for next year , can't wait. Thanks again to all the folks we encountered. See you next year.

This was our 4th trip to PVR and our best so far. And much of that was due to this great condo. We have stayed in this building before and we love it and the location. The building is secure and clean and the rooftop pool is awesome. But this condo definitely outshined the previous condo we stayed in. We loved everything about it, from the layout, decor, beds, towels, etc. to the amazing balcony view. Any communication we had to the owners was always answered quickly, even faster than you could hope for. Thanks for the beautiful condo and we are already planning to book it for next year! Great find of a VRBO! Place is beautiful. Pictures in the site are accurate. Has all the amenities of home. This will definitely be the place we stay the next time we come to PV. Alicia the property manager was so friendly and helpful. The owners were also really responsive to messages we left. Thanks guys for helping make our vacation such a wonderful time.

5 stars across the board for all categories. The place was as described. Check-in was great. Someone was there to meet us and show us the place and the pool area and give us general instructions. The owners were super responsive. Lightning fast and very helpful. You have to actually see the views and sunset from the pool to fully appreciate it. It’s close walking to the beach. And close walking to bars and an ATM. A market with everything just around the corner. Make sure to pick up some of the delicious homemade guacamole in there too. I hope this place is available on my next trip. I would stay there again no doubt!
