We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and Belmont Park. We felt safe and had everything we needed in the condo! Quiet and comfortable with beautiful views. Katherine was very helpful !

So many wonderful places just outside our door, including the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and cute little shops. Grocery stores and the airport were just a quick ride away. The place was immaculate and communication was everything we could have hoped for. Can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for a most excellent visit!

We had a really nice stay here for a few days. Check in and check out was easy, the place is clean and it is a huge plus to have a designated parking space in a secure garage! We enjoyed the amazing views daily during our meals. 100% would stay again.

The condo was perfect. It was very comfortable, great location, lots of amenities, parking was simple. The host was very easy to work with and made our stay even better. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Great property has everything you need and is close to Two Beaches..Great walking area and Food and close to Downtown..Katherine your Host is Wonderful and always available for a Problem...Only small blip ..cant get NFL Games on their Streaming Services...Otherwise Great....

We so enjoyed staying here. First, Katharine is the worlds best host. She met us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The space was great for the two of us. Clean, modern, and it felt very warm and inviting. Sitting on the balcony was a delight. We loved how we could walk to the beach, a local bakery, and restaurants. Driving into San Diego or up to La Jolla was easy as well. The next time we stay in the area we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were here celebrating our anniversary. We would not have changed a thing. The condo was very clean, a fantastic location, and had a lot of little things that just added to our comfort and convenience. Communication from the time of booking all the way through our checkout was great. Both the owner and the property manager were very kind and pleasant to work with. We will definitely look for this property again in the future.

We’ve stayed in Mission beach multiple summer vacations as a family. We love this property for its parking, beach access, and AC. It has one bathroom through the master bedroom, but we were able to manage it with our middle schoolers each night. Would stay here again!

I loved that you can see the fireworks from Seaworld at night and how close the beach is….literally steps away.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Mission Beach. Our host was extremely helpful getting us checked in and familiar with all the amenities. The condo was just steps from the beach and was set up with all the “things” we needed for a fun day at the beach!

Fantastic condo, wonderful location, super clean! Lovely view of the bay and ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and enjoying a coffee. Perfect size for our family and you can’t beat the location! All the amenities you need! Looking forward to booking again!

This condo is in a great location. A very, very short walk to the ocean Beach & a 1 block walk to the bay. From the condo you have views of both beaches. The place was immaculate. There was everything you would need for an extended stay. Unfortunately we were there for just 3 nights. I can’t say enough about Katherine, the property manager. She greeted us upon our arrival & explained everything we’d need to know. Great dinner recommendations also. Sandi the owner is easy to contact & gets back to you right away. They both helped to make out 1st visit to San Diego very pleasant. If you have a car the parking garage is great. Driving wise, anything you’d want to see or do is about 15-20 minutes away. Great place! Great visit!

Perfect spot for a couple who wants be at the beach, but do not want to spend huge dollars. It may not be right on the sand, but it’s only a few steps away. There were new appliances, dish washer, fridge/freezer, nice sized kitchen, and normal size full bathroom. Also the secure indoor parking for one car in a very busy area was a huge plus. The condo is less than a 5 minute walk from a bicycle rental and about 1 mile on the walking/bike path to some nice restaurants and entertainment.

Very nice condo, excellent location especially for the price. The space was just as described. Shop down below was very handy. Coffee place that just opened was excellent as well. Check in and out was very accommodating.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It's beginning to feel like a second home. You can't beat the location! It's just a few steps from the beach. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The condo is clean and well-managed. Katharine, the hostess, is very pleasant and professional to work with. Sandi Ellis, the owner, pays close attention to the property. We can see with each visit her attention to detail. We love this property and look forward to staying again!

Great place to catch the San Diego beach scene. Super convenient to surf, sand and eats. Condo is cozy and cute. Loved the bedroom decor. Inspirational messages about endless summer and stress free zone with a psychedelic crystal fireplace. I recommend taking down Big Ben though.

Our first trip to California! Location of the rental was perfect. Steps from the beach. Very clean and quiet. Would come back to the same place again, but for a longer stay!

Great location for the ocean and Mission Bay. Restaurants, bars and shopping within walking too. The weather was a little cool in February but still enjoyed our time here.

Good location w beach acces/ view

Title says it all. Views are great of the ocean and the bay! Mirrors in the living room are perfectly positioned to look and stare at both the ocean and bay at the same time. Our hostess was amazing and if asked if I’d stay again, I’d say you’re darn tootin I would!

Our stay at this comfy apartment was perfect. The place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the inviting living room to the very comfy bedroom. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the small deck where we had both ocean and bay views. We could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The location is perfect. It's just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Turn north and you're a short walk to Pacific Beach have your pick of ocean side restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal and watch the surfers and dolphins playing in the ocean. Turn south and you're a few minutes from Belmont Park and all the rides. Plus, you're only a short drive from all the sights in San Diego. If you're hungry and don't feel like walking, Moe's is right downstairs where you can enjoy a pricy but very good dinner. We highly recommend the onion soup. The secure parking space is a big plus. Mission Beach can get very busy all year long. Communication with our host and property manager was great. We were greeted when we arrived with the keys and tips about the location and building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.
