We really enjoyed this cozy and quaint cabin. It snowed both days we were there and it was absolutely stunning. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you need and the host is very communicative and welcoming. We had an amazing time and will be back.

My husband and I decided to stay the weekend at this cabin and OMG it was just wonderful, not only was it a magical stay, it wasn’t too far off the main road towards town. The place is so cozy and warm. And far enough from neighbors to feel secluded enough. It’s a beautiful little time capsule of a cabin. I’d say only con is the bed, mattress is a bit springy and my husband and I are very tall, so it’s definitely just a personal preference thing. Ed was extremely communicative, and very friendly. As well as had everything we could need to know written out thoughtfully in his messages pre-check in as well as in the cabins little handbook. It made figuring everything out very easy. Overall we 100% will be staying here again next time we go to Idyllwild. I can’t imagine wanting to be anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was clean, in a great location, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the property manager was very communicative and extremely quick to reply. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Beautiful cabin in close proximity to all the great trails. We snowshoed Ernie Maxwell and it was phenomenal! Cabin is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. Wifi was solid. Loved the nostalgic decor throughout. Ed, our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Great stay!

This is our second time at this cabin and we really enjoyed the extra room added and just the whole experience. Nice and quiet and very comfortable stay.

This cabin was a the perfect spot for our little pre wedding honeymoon. It’s near the town so getting supplies or snacks is easy, the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quiet- great for dog walks. The cabin itself is cozy and the kitchen is perfect. The cabin gets nice and warm with the fire going :)

We had a nice stay at the cabin! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful with views of the mountains and it was close proximity to town and hiking.

We were very excited when we saw the cabin. It was larger than we expected, but still cozy. We loved all the Arts and Crafts details. We enjoyed some games and records. Now our daughter wants a record player. We would have appreciated an updated binder with restaurant hours and locations. Overall, a very positive experience. We’d definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time at this cabin with my fiance. We both loved the look, feel, and coziness of the property. We will definitely be coming back/booking again. This is our second visit to Edward’s Bungalow and we loved it. Very close to Humber Park trailhead and in a lovely community. The home itself is inviting and charming with artwork and a vintage vibe. Our dog Maggie loved it to! Thank you Ed!

My fiancé and I spent the weekend at Ed’s cabin and the whole weekend couldn’t have been nicer! The weather was 70 degrees and all the shops and restaurants were open and the town was bustling. I love the stay and will stay again. My only issue was the bed was a little hard for my liking but that didn’t take away from the cabin.

This is such a special cabin...it's spacious, incredibly quiet and charming. I greatly enjoyed my trip there and hope to get back again. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time at Ed’s place and highly recommend! Idyllwild had just gotten a bunch of snow, so our pup had a blast playing outside in the yard. She also loved watching/hunting all the squirrels from the front sun room. My husband and I had a cozy fire going each night (be sure to bring your own wood). The location is a short drive from downtown, and we enjoyed walking around there on Saturday afternoon. If you have a pup with you Mama’s Egg House has an outdoor patio with heaters (and delicious food). Pure bean is also dog friendly indoors (coffee, pastries, bfast items).

Property was clean and well stocked with essential like Towels, Kitchen and bedding. Make sure you bring firewood if you are going to have a fire. Just a short drive from town. Would definitely recommend this cabin to others for a beautiful weekend get away.

The overall stay at the house was relaxing, but there were a few things that caught our eye. The trash from what I assume was from the last renters was never taken out and was in a box on the kitchen floor when we arrived. Along with ALL the coffee cups were chipped and finally one of the bed sheets had multiple white stains.

We had a great weekend beautiful place with lots of lovely touches. Will certainly return. Thank you!

Spent the weekend at this wonderful cabin recently! It was cute and clean and I love that they're dog friendly.

Cozy little cabin for a weekend stay. We really enjoyed the living room and wood stove, as well as the enclosed sun porch and skylights in the bathroom. In the downstairs room, there was covered & stored furniture and one of the other rooms up stairs was closed off for renovation. Some cobwebs on the ceilings and dusty floors & other dusty items/not clean kitchen utensils. Overall, a nice stay.

There was no heat in the video room. The trash had not been taken outside. There was no fire wood. Furniture from a room under refurbishment was piled in the video room.

We had a very nice weekend at the cabin.

I LOVED all the touches that made the house feel like I was back in the 1920’s. It was so relaxing. A real getaway!
