My wife and two adult daughters had a wonderful stay here. Very clean house, beautiful very private pool area with lots of shaded seating, if needed. Quiet neighborhood and close drive to everything. Highly recommend!

Check in was smooth and Igor had everything ready for us when we arrived. Home was very clean and no issue for the entire week. Backyard area is outstanding with plenty of sun and shade. Our family found this to be our favorite rental in the Ft Lauderdale area yet. Location is close to anything and anywhere we wanted. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Home was clean and open concept. Very nice backyard and pool. Tropical oasis with friendly iguanas roaming around.

We had great time, property was clean and had everything we needed. Igor was responsive to all inquiries. Back yard is like a little oasis, house has all listed amenities. There are few very nice beaches near by, parking was available. We visited Miami and Ft Lauderdale. We had great time, looking forward to come back.

The home and pool area are just as nice as advertised. My niece and I didn’t realize the iguana population was so large and we had to share the pool area with them for about 4 hours every sunny afternoon. It made for some great pictures. 😊

We had an excellent stay between Christmas and New Years. Igor was an excellent host and the home was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this property to celebrate our Thanksgiving. The pool was a great spot to relax and the house was very comfortable and has a great open layout.

For the third year we made the smart decision to stay at Igor's beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale. You open the front door to an oasis..beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, spotless kitchen and baths. We appreciated the larger bed in the 2nd bedroom and the new refrigerator. The pool and TiKi bar provides the best escape from our busy schedules and just let's us relax and unwind for a few days. Igor is always available to answer any questions. I strongly recommend this home for your Fort Lauderdale stay. Looking forward to next year already!

Great host and great place for a family retreat well located in Oakland Park.

Igor was very available when needed. This house is very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked and large enough that I didn’t mind cooking. Outdoor grill also used. Pool was definitely a draw for teenagers. Family neighborhood felt safe enough for morning runs for the teens.

In short this place is amazing! We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, swimming, or watching playoff games outside in the awesome tiki hut. Easy drive to the beach and Igor had plenty of towels and beach chairs to make that an even better experience too. Would stay again.

My friends and I rented this home to celebrate my 61st birthday. Let me tell you something. The pictures posted here do this place no justice. IT'S ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! Igor is and excellent host and extremely big on communication. I'll be returning and giving him the Dancing With The Stars ⭐ 10's across the board.. Thank You Igor!

The place is so beautiful and the outdoor space made us feel like we were in a nice resort. The owner responded very quickly and solved our issues immediately. It’s such a perfect place for a group of family who wants to just relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend this place!!!

What an absolutely perfect Island retreat without being on an island! The house is extremely comfortable and roomy! Extremely clean too. We loved the pool and patio recreation areas. The Tiki huts were wonderful, totally set the “chill and relax” atmosphere into full swing! The water front canal view was great lots of nature for observation. Heated pool! Location is a hop away from literally everything you could need or want. Igor was very easy and quick to communicate with. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Igor’s property. He was a wonderful host. He even accommodated for us to check in early so my 2 year old could nap. Perfect location- close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was also a very quiet neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again.

Igor's house has every comfort of home, and more! The beautifully appointed house has details that make you feel as though you're in a museum (but a whole lot more comfortable). My family took full advantage of the outdoor space and lounged by the pool for our entire stay. The variety of iguanas is impressive and ranged from tiny little ones to at least a 3 foot fella from nose to tail. They were amazing to watch! The location is very central and the beach is an easy drive. We also explored Wilton Manors and found lovely restaurants on their main street. The airport was around 15 minutes to the car rental garage. Igor met us at arrival and was gracious in letting us check-in a few hours early. We would definitely stay again.

We came for an escape from the New England cold and it did not disappoint. The outdoor space was great. The host really cares about his properties and guests.

Staying at this property in North Corals was a perfect paradise & a splendid way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with friends. This property had everything you could want, including a sprawling, gorgeous backyard that was very private. Exactly what we were looking for. The location was also perfectly placed, near Lauderdale by the Sea & the main Fort Lauderdale beaches & sights on A1A. The interior of the house property also offered separation between master suite and other rooms, so guests were never on top of one another. One of the most important strengths to mention in this property was the attentiveness of the hosts. They accommodated both an early check-in & late check-out to meet our needs as JetBlue changed our reservations. Very thankful for the graciousness of the hosts. We most certainly will consider staying at this paradise in North Corals again.

Amazing stay at Igor’s place. The house is even better than the pictures. Like being in a tropical paradise. His very sweet wife met us to show us around the house. All amenities included, loved having chairs for the beach too. Such a beautiful property. So close to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Beds were very comfortable and loved the rain head showers. Loved relaxing in the pool and tiki bar in the evening and at breakfast. Would def recommend this place as a great place to relax. Even made friends with the iguanas.

We have been renting in Florida for over ten years. We absolutely love this home....We have rented it twice. We enjoy everything from the quiet, secluded location, to the countless luxuries included that make it feel like a home away from home: stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, full laundry room, large bathrooms, ample closet space, comfortable couches.....and TVs in every room. The pool area is gorgeous and well landscaped. I must admit....it took us New Yorkers a day or so to get used to the iguanas...but they keep to themselves and are harmless...We actually had fun naming them. I highly recommend this home. Igor is a wonderful host!

Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again.
