We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside and the location and view from our condo made it even better. Perfect view of sunsets from our patio. Condo was clean and beautiful. Size was just right for my boyfriend and I and my 2 teenage daughters. Was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and of course 2 bathrooms. Would stay there again anytime.

The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you need from BBQ to beach supplies. The property is safe, has great amenities for families, and a short 10 minute walk to the pier. We will certainly be coming back here for another dream beach vacation.

We loved the view and location of our unit! We would love to return there again. The amenities at the property were in great condition, and look like the pictures in the listing. I wish we had more days to stay. I also appreciated the convenient outdoor shower stations to wash sand from the beach. The one down-side was the spa closest to our unit was closed for maintenance but the other one was available with a little longer walk. Not a big deal and I appreciate that the pool and spas are well maintained.

We had asked ahead of time and were told the full mattress in the second bedroom was new - this did not appear to be the case? The mattress was quite sunken in and uncomfortable. Loved sitting on the porch and seeing the ocean. We also really loved the people watching on the weekends (especially the old cars and low riders). During the week the place was very quiet. So it was a good mix of both. We utilized an afternoon at the pool at the main property and it was a lovely pool and the grounds were beautiful. The condo itself was sufficient, had everything we needed. We stayed with our 2 adult children and everyone had plenty of rooms. The separate bathrooms were nice. The beds were fine. Really the only negative I can think of is the blinds in the main room were difficult to open and close, but that was just a small annoyance. The recent updates to the unit were nice. We had no issues parking our car. Oh the best part, if you are playing at the beach, it’s super convenient to run back to the unit to use the restroom (the public restroom was nasty). We were unable to find the beach towels so had to call the property management and the gal we spoke with was very delightful.

The kitchen is fully stocked, the rental was clean, and the views are incredible. This unit sits on the strand and the strand can get busy on the weekend, but we loved watching all the people and cars driving by. The back patio has a gate for direct access to the beach. My teens loved this unit! If you have the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed!

We go to Oceanside every summer and this condo is in a prime location on The Strand. Most of the other beach house/condos we’ve rented in the past did not have A/C, like this condo. However, this was exceptionally HOT! This was a last minute trip so I’m happy to have found a place on The Strand, but due to the hotness and stuffiness of the condo, I don’t think I’d stay in this unit again

A little outdated, but not as terrible as some of the reviews make it seem. If the unit had a few ceiling fans, I feel it would be completely perfect! We were here during the power outage and they were so accommodating. My kids LOVED being able to see the beach right from the balcony, it made for the best morning coffee view! We’re beach travelers and we’ve never stayed so close to the beach before like this! We loved the breezeway out front, the close proximity to the parking garage as well as laundry facility. A23 deserves 10 stars! Our family had such a great time on our vacation that we’ve booked this same unit for next summer., can’t wait to come back! This place was magical.

The only things that disappointed me are the check in and that the couch didn't fold out into a bed. When booking this place I had been in contact with the property manager quite a few times and stressed the point that the couch needed to be a sleeper sofa. There were 3 other places I was considering at this place and that was the reason I didn't pick them. They assured me this one had a sleeper sofo. Well it wasn't so my friend had to sleep on just the regular couch and didn't really get much sleep. Also my group is older folks and it's quite a walk getting to the office to check in and to drop off the keys with numerous steps. They should have the office at the front of the property. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, though I don't know for sure we'd use this management group again because of the check in/out process. What if the person checking in was in a wheelchair? They wouldn't be able to get to the office.

This was the perfect place for our family! So convenient to be right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops on the harbor. We'd defined stay here again!
