A great location for visiting family living north and south of Phoenix. Easy access to freeways in both directions.
Condo is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, garage is a plus. Owner is responsive; communication is easy.

Place is nice It’s your normal condo living. Place in a good location, close to all attractions in Scottsdale. 10 to the airport.

Good location, short drive to just about everything. Comfortable condo in a quiet community. Enjoyed walking the park and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The condo itself was nice, plenty of space for the two of us and a well equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable here.

Great place to stay. I have zero complaints. Well stocked. Beds are more comfy than my bed at home. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this location. The condo was really nice and clean, manager was very helpful with check in and the location was close to Scottsdale and other great hot spots. The rooms are spacious and the living room and kitchen are comfortable. There's a garage for parking but there was always an extra spot avail for guest parking. Pool and hot tub was an extra bonus.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The owner gave very clear instructions and the place was what I expected. You can tell the building is older but has been well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub, walking trail behind the building, and the place was in good condition. Plenty of towels provided including towels for the pool which was nice. New appliances in the kitchen. It was nice having two full bathrooms. The beds were pretty firm but both bedrooms had ceiling fans which was nice. There were several places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend George's Gyros down the street if you like Greek food and Fate Brewing Co had good food and a great vibe. Overall it was a good experience and some place I would stay again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! Great location, very clean, and right by the pool!

We came down as a family to visit family and watch some baseball games over spring break. The condo was nicely equipped and clean, and we spent hours each day enjoying the sun in the pool and hot tub area. The garage parking was nice as well. It was about 20 minutes to get downtown or to the northern areas of Phoenix.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. We had a very relaxing time by the pool and utilized the walking trail that’s steps away. Definitely recommend.

The condo was in a great location and had a beautiful park just outside the back gate. I ran at the park a couple of early mornings and it was very enjoyable. The community pool was clean. The manager was great to work with, he responded to my emails and questions promptly and concisely. The condo was nice with and was well furnished but was dated and needed a little tender loving care.

The manager was great to work with, he responded to my emails and questions promptly and concisely. The condo was nice with and was well furnished but was dated and needed a little tender loving care.

Towels smelled like they had been left for several days in the washer and then dried, plus the edges were fraying. Poor communication with the owner.
