The place was really nice to stay in and had what we needed for our weekend getaway. I appreciated the beach accessories that it had in the garage and would stay again. The host was very communicative, completing our nice San Diego stay.

The house is as described. We all slept comfortably on the beds. Some things worn down and a little dirty (I can imagine it’s hard to ever fully get the sand out ever) overall we loved the location and had a wonderful stay!

We had 2 kids under the age 3 and there was wires sticking out the wall. No AC, fan didn’t help. Windows were open but so many flies and other bugs flew in. It said 2 car garage but could only fit 1 car. Furnitures didn’t match what was showed in the Vrbo app.

My family has a wonderful time staying here. Very close to the beach and clean accommodations.

The location of this house is great! It’s one short block from the beach, 15 minutes to the airport, 20-30 minutes to downtown (Little Italy & Petco Park). Beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the 2 showers, loved sitting on the front patio in the mornings, and it was really nice having a garage to park in because street parking in any beach neighborhood can be difficult (we had a Ford Explorer rental car and it fit in the garage parked at an angle). The only thing that needs some attention is there is a lot of wear & tear on the furniture in the living/dining room area and some of the furniture pictured is not what is in the house now and the doors to both upstairs balconies were difficult to close & lock. Overall, we had a great stay!

In the process of moving. We stayed at the beach house for 3 days once we moved out of our home. Location was good, only downside was parking is a challenge. This unit does have a two car garage but you will need to have extremely small cars in order to fit anything in the small garage. Other than parking it was great.

Awesome place for a family vacation!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and was a great set-up for eight adults. The powder room on the main floor was extra nice with a larger group. Bradley was very responsive to all my questions and easy to work with. He always got back to me quickly. It is a very close walk to the boardwalk and the volleyball courts, which is why we were there. The patio was very cute although we did not use it because we only visited a short time. I would highly recommend this property to other travelers!!

Location, location, location! We came with 2 families, 2 kids and 1 infant (5mo). This part of SMB is a lot quieter so that was good for the baby who is still napping a few times a day. You are close to lots of vacation homes so depending on who is renting, not everyone respected kept it quiet at night. But for us, this was never an issue. We were walking distance to the beach, many vball courts, 10minutes walk to Belmont Park area, 5 minutes to coffee shop, a great Beach Bowles (Acai Bowl is a delight) and Sara's Mexican Food was also great. We used the grill at the house which was very convenient. The house had limited spice and sufficient pots and pans for simple meals. The kitchen fan didn't work so we did wake the baby up with the smoke detector going off (oops). The garage was very tight with 2 cars and the bikes that were already there. Recommend small cars. We rented a Camry + a Rav 4. In between the 2 garages was the outdoor shower, which we found on the last day (sigh).

We celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday and had a great time in this house. It was in a perfect spot to be able to enjoy a wide range of activities !

This home was close to the beach and all local attractions. The garage is very small though. Anything over a small SUV will not fit and parking is hard to find right by the home.

We loved this place and it was the perfect size for 2 families. Close to the beach and everything mission beach has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

Went there for a couple night with older family members (aged50+). We enjoyed the space and it is not far from the beach. It’s exactly as described. The kitchen is better than the pictures with a new counter top. Has everything you need for fun. Beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning so know you’re likely to be sleeping with all the windows open. I sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother me, but we had a member of the party who had trouble sleeping due to late night general road/people walking by noises. It wasn’t too bad though. Kitchen is well equipped. The grill works great and we enjoyed the bikes.

My family recently stayed in this wonderful home. It was my husband, my 74 year old mother, 3 teenaged daughters and myself. The house is a short walk to the beach, easy walk to the beautiful Bay Area where you can ride bikes or just go for a jog or just sit at a picnic table and watch the boats. It’s a beautiful and relaxing area. It’s also right down from a market where you can get groceries, which was really convenient because once you get there, you don’t want to leave! What I didn’t realize when booking the house was that it’s also walking distance from shops, restaurants and even a roller coaster as well as other fun rides. It was the best vacation we’ve had as a family and we didn’t want to leave! The other great thing was that it was only a 10 minute drive to MCRD, which was why we were there. My son graduated from Marine Corps Boot camp so I’ll be sure to pass this little gem on to the moms who host the FB groups for incoming recruits. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved it and hope to be back again soon!

This was the ideal house for my family. The king and 3 queen sized beds were comfortable for a group of adults. The home was clean and stocked with paper products, towels. & beach necessities. The host was an excellent communicator & the home exceeded our expectations!

House is perfectly located for all beach vacation activities. Right at beach and convenient for any SD attractions. Very clean, plenty of room, updated kitchen, owner was very responsive.

Stayed at Bradley’s property for a week and had a great time! The proximity to the beach was amazing and the garage parking was extremely convenient. The property was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again. My kids keep asking when we’re going back!
