This the second time I have stayed at this Villa. The property is clean, safe, well equipped and close to shopping and beaches. The check in process and communication with the owner were excellent. Highly recommended

Claudia was very organized and thorough with our check-in instructions. We had no issues. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. My husband spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the wildlife. It was probably one of our most relaxing and memorable vacations.

We appreciated the clear and complete communication with Claudia in anticipation of our visit. It was exactly as she described. It was spotless and very comfortable. The neighbors next door, Tony & Alice were welcoming, as well as Tony & Peggy (from Kentucky). The location was convenient for everything; Publix supermarket(s), Coconut Point shopping, DeRomo's Italian market, and the best of Naples dining (Cafe Milano's Half-Price Happy Hour menu is an exceptional foodie & social experience.) It is also convenient to ride to with more than one road biking group. We highly recommend Claudia's hospitality and her lovely home!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Claudia's pretty and wonderfully located villa home in Bonita Springs. We appreciated Claudia's friendliness, responsiveness and kindness throughout the entire rental experience. We were happy and reassured that if we needed something or had questions she would provide information and help right away. We can say that from the very beginning to the end of the rental experience all went very well!

This beautiful property was located in a quiet gated community. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning in the lanai whilewatching the wildlife at the small lake behind the villa. The community had two pools which were always available, and not crowded.. The area was great for walking and located close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at your immaculate Villa the month of March. It was convenient to many places we frequented. We enjoyed the Clubhouse pool as well as the friendly neighborhood people when we took our daily walks. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay. El & Karen

This villa is located in a very nice, friendly, walkable small community. It's also walkable to the town of Bonita Springs. The community pools are inviting. The villa is clean and exactly as pictured. The owner is wonderful to deal with. The layout is nice and there is plenty of room for your personal belongings. There are two master closets! The grill was brand new. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas were there to use. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. I was disappointed in the cookware - it's mostly worn teflon that I would not use. This area of Bonita Springs is very close to Estero. It is really convenient for shopping (Coconut Mall), restaurants and movies. Our favorite beach was a 15-20 minute drive. It was nice to be off old 41, away from the Tamiami Trail traffic. Be sure to go to the Racetrack Donut place - it's quite an experience.
