The condo is nice but definitely could use an update with the furniture, decor and pots and pans. The fry pan was so old we went and bought our own. We had an issue with two of the smoke detectors starting to chirp right before bed the first night. We called the answering service and they told us we were out of luck and they could do nothing to help us. We luckily found a ladder and had to dismantle them to sleep. There is a two car garage but there was a large table in the garage so we could only park one car. The main tv’s volume didn’t work and would turn up very loud unexpectedly and would turn off without notice. Maintenance came the next day and fixed the smoke detectors but couldn’t fix the tv or move the table. For the price of the condo I expected more especially with the issues we had. It’s a great location with the pool right outside the condo but that also means pool noise. There was a quiet pool right across the street but that wasn’t always quiet either. The management company never checked on us about the issues we had and that was disappointed and made me think that they didn’t really care. I feel like this condo is overpriced for what is offered.

Very beautiful place to stay and everyone in the community was very nice.

I have stayed in Legacy Villas over a dozen times. I like the location and the size and amenities of the villas. LV302 main issue was the air conditioning. The sign by the thermostat said do not set below 73 or the unit would freeze up. The upstairs never cooled down enough to make sleeping comfortable and the downstairs was only slightly better. Can't image how bad it would have been if the temperature outside was 100 instead of 90. Furniture in living room is little worn out and you sag down when you sit on it.

We loved sleeping at the home... we would leave the house by 8am and return after midnight... so we didn't make use of the house except for sleeping and showering. Next time we will stay in the home and visit local businesses in the neighborhood. This will create a better review.

Property was clean and next to one of the many swimming pools. Plenty of pool towels and good amenities.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was very comfortable, very roomy with amazingly close access to the pool right off the living room and primary bedroom. The views to the mountains made you feel like your reach out and touch them they are so close. It was a busy weekend at the location but had access to another pool and space directly across the street. Communication on reservation/check in and out was perfeclty easy. Look forward to returning.

My golf buddies and I enjoyed staying here. Loved the four bathrooms which made getting out of the house quick.

We've stayed here before and like the location to the pool right next to the patio (What's up with the side gate always locked?). Unit could use some updating to furniture and kitchen supplies, but still enjoyable. Only bummer was that the pool next to our unit was closed for the entire week we were there. We went after a holiday weekend so some pools got so dirty they had to close them. Luckily we still had a few other pools to choose from. We like the location and surrounding area. Might try a different unit next time but won't hesitate to pick this one again. Most problems were related to the resort and not our unit. We will stay here again but most likely before a holiday and not after.

We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted by a ton of live and dead crickets. We just assumed they were maybe in there and the place had been vacant for a while, But every morning we woke up there were even more. The disappointing part is that the property manager would not even acknowledge my message. Obviously nothing could be done as we were already there but to at least respond to a message would have been wonderful. The location is wonderful and we had a great time since we were out at the pool most of the time but until they get the pests under control and respond to messages I don’t recommend this place.

This townhouse is exactly as advertised. Pool is right outside the back patio with great views of the surrounding mountains. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Terrific property and unit. Unit clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our group. Nice large patio and seating area. Property got very crowded on the weekend with large groups who disregarded signage for "quiet pools" and overpowering music.

I had a horrible time having my family dropped off to get their hair done for my wedding which was in another location. I had no more than 4 people in the 3 bedroom villa at a time and we only had 2 cars which I was told we could have 3.

The location was great, close to all the golf courses, Costco, Vons, anything we needed was very close. The pool is just outside the gate, perfect when having little children that wants to swim several times per day. The place was very clean, furniture beautiful, the high ceilings made it very luxurious, just like a vacation should be. The overall quality was great. We said to ourselves many times, that this place is very nice. Thank you!

very clean and quiet . would stay again

This property was absolutely stunning and very clean. It was right next to the pool, had outside seating, and all the bedrooms were spacious and beautiful. I would 100% come back to this place but we did have communication issues with the property as they did not correctly relay our guest/driver list to the front gate. Next time I come to this property I would double check two days before that they have sent everything to the front gate because we had one of our guests work a late shift and got to the gate at 11:00pm and was not allowed into the property because they didn’t have her name. I had to send screenshots of my communications with the property to prove that 6 days prior I had listed her name as a guest and as a driver. Overall a great experience but communication needs improvement. According to the gate guard it had happened multiple times that day with other guests as well. Again and beautiful villa and very easy check in/check out but improved communication would be great!

We love legacy Villas. Beautiful, relaxing, the unit was ok. Dining room chairs were broken and sank down in the middle as did one of the chairs in the living room. The only major issue was the state of the oven. It had not been cleaned and was filthy. The woman from guest services told me it had been cleaned and inspected before our arrival which could not have been true since the housekeeper they sent the next morning spent about 20 minutes cleaning it. The unit had a lovely outdoor area which was shaded from the sun and perfect. It is 2 steps from a pool which was amazing. Gym still closed due to covid. Perfect amount of room for 4 people. I think any more may be tight. Great family house.

Even though the tennis tournament was canceled this year, we still wanted to go, so we booked this condo and lessons with the pro at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The condo was perfect size, balcony and patio had beautiful views for our evening wine down. And proximity to tennis and shopping were perfect.

Well kept and clean. Good location. Easy communication with property owners/managers.

This is a beautiful place to stay with fantastic mountain views and both a lovely patio and balcony from which to enjoy them. Lovely and quiet setting with wonderful gardens and pools.

Lovely townhouse. Only complaint was nearby pool which was very loud and fairly crowded, despite covid regs, all day long. We wound up going to a different pool on the property. The townhouse itself was well stocked, great beds, and comfortable for six adults. Location was terrific- nearby stores, hikes and golf.

Amazing place, the pictures don't do the justice. It was relaxing and beautiful. Right in front of the pool. I wish I would have been given more info about check out but besides that very nice , clean place.

It was a beautiful place! However we were very disappointed because the pool restrictions were not disclosed. We arrived on a Saturday & the gate guard told us to line up early the following day because we needed wristbands. We went at 645am to line up at the Country Club and there were already 15 other people lined up. We waited 45 minutes & no one came out. Someone in line went to check and the only person available was the gate guard & told them all the wristbands were issued on Friday & Saturday. Mind you, on Saturday they closed at 3pm when checkin time started. Every family in line was disappointed. Then another pool security guard said we could get in as long as there were less than 10 people. However, a few guests with wristbands would complain and make us get out despite there only being 2 people in the pool. This was a problem many guest had without wristbands. In addition, if you did checkin on Friday and had a wristband it was only 2 hours per day. Just thought everyone should know this! All in all...the specific pool restrictions & the way they issue wristbands should be disclosed. Having known this we would have booked elsewhere. Too bad because it is a gorgeous place. Disappointed!
