From start to finish this was a wonderful home rental vacation. Down Home Property is a great company to work with. The home we stayed in was nicely decorated and fully equipped for all your needs. Plenty of nice dish ware and high end cookware!! Very clean and well maintained property! We loved the large back yard setting! We loved the location. Short walk to neighborhood pool, 4 pickleball courts within 5 minutes, and more than enough executive golf courses to easily access. We would definitely recommend this rental!!

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was quick and easy and the home was just as depicted and very well-stocked with all we needed. We had a couple issues with a toilet that would run excessively, which got addressed quickly. The other was remotes requiring new batteries. A pleasant surprise was an air printer included!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was a very nice, beautiful Villa rental that had everything could need for a wonderful vacation in the Villages Fl. The downfall was that it was not properly cleaned for our arrival. The floors, counters and toilets were in very poor condition and not clean. I scrubbed the floors, cleaned the counters, and bleached the toilets. This was ridiculous for the 2 monthly rental money we spent. All that was done was dusting and sweeping and it was evident. The owners of this home deserve better as do the renters. The cleaning crew did not do their job!! This is a shame!

This villa is located in a great area, between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock where we enjoyed many fun evenings listening to live music and dancing.
