The condo was awesome! We loved the location, the set up of the condo, the view. I give our condo a 5/5 but I give Tide Water a 2/5. The elevators were awful. We waited anywhere from 10-30 minutes just for an elevator. We took the steps most of the time. There are 30 floors and only 5 working elevators for the entire resort. If it wasn’t for the elevators I would stay in our condo every time we come down but I don’t want to spend so much of my vacation waiting on elevators.

The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean! The owners have the unit furnished so well we had everything we needed. The included beach service for 2 chairs & umbrella was a nice bonus. Communication with the owners was easy and Bill was quick to respond to any questions. We had zero issues though. The beds were very comfy and the view from the corner unit is stunning. We are planning to stay in this unit again when we return in September. *The elevators are very busy at check in & check out times on the weekends (which is no fault of the owners) so just try to avoid them at those times and you will have the best stay at this property. We will never go back to hotels after staying here.

Only thing the shower head in hallway bathroom needs to be changed and maybe hang the tv’s on the wall

The property in general is a typical high rise condo environment. Long wait times for elevators, even though the property was not near full occupancy. The unit itself needed some repairs and a little upkeep. The full bath in the hall was almost inoperable due to the faulty shower head. They dryer was barely getting hot enough to dry loads after 2 hours of run time. The disposal was locked up and inoperable. I advised the host of the problems, but nothing was done to correct during our stay. He did state he would address issues, but no more than that. While we could work around these problems, as we are a retired couple, but we would have expected all systems to be up and running upon arrival or to at least be addressed while we were there. The condo needs a little updating, but was comfortable. Our overall stay was fine, but if a full occupancy was in the unit, it would have probably been frustrating for multiple guests to use the unit as is.

Wonderful corner condo. Well appointed kitchen. Nice and clean, very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again if in PCB.

Second time staying, just as wonderful as the first!

This condo has everything you could possibly need! Walking distance to pier park & other restaurants. Even grocery carts to help get all of your groceries to your room! The only downfall we had was elevators, but learned quickly if the door opened just get on! After that we had no wait! The owner answered any questions we had & made sure we got in with no problems. 10/10 recommend picking this condo for your next visit!

Loved the area it was so close to everything

Condo was good , weather was perfect . Yes the elavators get busy on Saturday and Sunday at check times but only for a short time . We arrived and got into the condo with no issues , great corner view and everyone at the resort including staff was super nice and helpful.

My mom, sister, boyfriend, and I had an amazing time at the Tidewater condo. Great location and the view was awesome! The amenities of the property were a nice bonus even though the wristbands had to be purchased for an additional price. I was only able to get the wristband to work once to open doors, but thankfully there's a backup code given to get around. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay Would stay here again!

I have stayed at the Tidewater before and had the same issue. The elevators? The worst experience with waiting on elevators. I will continue to go to PCB but i will NEVER stay at Tidewater again. Not until they get the elevators working correctly. Its a runming joke around town.

We had a great stay! Condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Had a small issue and the owner was really quick to respond! As far as all the negative complaints about the elevators, what do you expect with a 30 floor building. This was our 8th time at Tidewater and as far as amenities it’s definitely the best! Thanks Bill for allowing us to enjoy your condo!

The condo is nice. It is however on the corner of the building so you can only see one way up the beach. The elevators are slow, it may take 30 min to get up to the condo or down. The morning around check out time is the worst. Expect to pay unknown fees at check in. Like $62.00 worth of fees for parking and the little wristbands to open doors/gates. Again, the condo is nice and clean. But these little unknowns can effect your stay,

The Tidewater was a very nice and quiet place for our family to enjoy the beach during Spring Break.

We were blown away with how nice the condo we stayed in was. Tastefully decorated and stocked with essentials like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, popcorn. It was very clean and well kept. We look forward to booking and visiting PCB again. Communication with the owner was very easy.

The place was really nice. I wish it overlooked the ocean to see the sunrise but we had beautiful sunsets! Elevators are annoyingly slow that’s the only downfall. I loved the amount of security it really felt safe.

My teenager says this is the nicest condo we've ever rented. It was a great location and 10th floor with amazing sunset views. All the windows in the living room were my favorite, we had views of ocean, beach and front beach road. Will be back!

Everything about this place is amazing. Description is perfect. Fully stocked including the little things that are annoying to buy while on travel like dish soap and paper towels. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Beautiful resort! Great views! Close to food and groceries! The condo itself could use some updating and repairs!

Unit was very nice & clean with the exception of the spare blanket in the basket in the living room. It smelled like BO so bad we couldn’t use it plus didn’t have the correct tv remotes for master bedroom so had to get up to turn tv on/off.

Elevators are always slow!!

We highly enjoyed this condo while we were there for the week. The condo itself was great. There were some beach toys left in the closet but we also left a few more! The beach chairs were a great addition every day to the beach! The tiki bar on the side served drinks that you can bring your cup back to get cheaper refills… fyi…there are cups in the cabinet that you can have refilled. The only downfall were the elevators… sometimes the wait time was horrible but we figured out to not use them during the busy times (check in and out)! Overall loved our stay!!
