This was our 23rd year visiting Hilton Head and we chose to stay at Stacy's place. It was a good place to stay for the price.

We really liked the location & the townhouse. Our only issue was that the dryer was not working. We advised Stacy but we know that it's generally not possible to get a repairman on such short notice. Stacy refunded us for this issue.

We have vacationed in HHI for over 10 years, and this was our first staying in Stacy's villa. It was perfect for us. We loved the floor plan! We especially enjoyed drinking coffee (and at night a little wine!) on the spacious screen porch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern - very nicely remodeled. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located on the island. We definitely will rebook next year.

Great place to stay. The condo was perfect for my family. The dryer wasn’t drying our clothes. I had to use the dryer numerous times.

Condo was clean and neat, but some of the dishes were not washed. Several of the coffee cups still had dried residue in them and there were not any high ball, juice or wine glasses. The foam rubber padding on the beds was very uncomfortable and had to be removed in order to sleep.

The TH was as advertised: clean, convenient and comfortable. Beds were fine, kitchen also. Easy access and parking.

Lovely villa which we had a hard time finding our first time in HHI. Water pressure is excellent (very important to us because you never really know). Plenty of room. We used our Netflix password for TV which made it easy. Lovely view from the upstairs patio off the living room. The furniture was not the most comfortable out there. Bedding and pillows were great. Bought a regular coffee maker because we aren’t fans of the coffee from Kuerig. Pool was closed; missed opening by a few days. Didn’t really miss it. Little confusion on best way to reach the host, but it worked out fine.

The location was great, and everything was as advertised!

We’ve been going to HHI for our family vacation every summer since my husband and I met years ago, and he’s been vacationing there since he was a child. We loved our stay at this property, it was perfect for the 2 of us since our kids are all off doing their own things now. Hubby played the course several times while there, we rented bikes and rode for miles and miles (one day in the pouring rain and we didn’t even care, lol!) Stacy was wonderful to work with as a property owner and made things super easy and seamless for the renter! We love your place by the sea and hope to return in the future! I asked my husband if there was anything he wanted to add to this - His reply: “Only one thing would have made it even more perfect, a pitcher to mix margaritas in.” 😂 If that’s all he had to say, things were perfect (and I’ll pack him a pitcher next year.) 👍👍

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! The condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Our host was quick to respond and helpful. The bike rental was convenient and worked out perfectly for our trips to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the condo very much! If you are riding bikes it’s a little easier to get to Coligny Beach. It’s convenient to everything Hilton Head. The condo is exactly as described. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch.

Stacy was great to work with. The unit was clean and well equipped. Both bedrooms had an attached bathroom so it was very convenient.

The property was perfect for me and my daughter. Also great location. I would suggest in the future a beach pass to the private beach be included with the car pass upon check-in. It took me 24 hours to get one. Also, one morning the doorbell rang, and by the time I got to the door, a Terminex person had unlocked the door (a master key?) and was about to enter. Luckily, the chain lock was on because my daughter was in the front bedroom right next to the front door getting dressed. But all in all, we had a good experience In Windward Village.

The property is exactly as described. It's clean and well maintained. The second bedroom is actually slightly bigger than we expected. We tried Coligny beach, but the Shipyard private beach was much less crowded so we spent most of our beach time there. The pool was excellent, and there was rarely more than one or two other people there. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay, and it didn't look like anyone was working to fix it. We took side trips to Savannah, Ft. Pulaski, and rode bikes at Pinckney Island NWR. If you like civil war history, Ft. Pulaski is fascinating and well worth the trip. The owner was excellent about quickly responding to my questions while we were there.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's also in a great location -- so close to everything on the island!

This was our third year at the same property and we we’ll be back next year!

Have stayed at this condo multiple times. Every time I come back I notice a great improvement. I love the place and the owners.

The property was in an excellent location. Quiet and away from traffic. The unit was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed - just like home. We also enjoyed being able to ride our bikes everywhere! The kids loved the pool and the people were very friendly. Would like to stay here again next year!

We were very pleased with the Hilton Head property at Ship Yard. Great location with two entrances/exits, condo was exactly as described and in the pictures, and used the pool almost every evening. We rented bikes for our entire stay and rarely used our car. The public beach is an easy bike ride. The condo was clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time. Place fully stocked and small added additions made the place perfect. Usually the VRBOs are a little tired looking but not this one. The owners have taken pride in their investment.

Condo was very clean, bright and beautiful. We loved the beach colors and the white furniture.

Access to a variety of activities including the beach, golfing, the cities of Savannah and Charleston, historic areas, walks , cycling, good restaurants. We will return next year

Everything was awesome. There were issues with the TV in the living room, we used our Amazon, could not access the cable stations. Location was great for our visit.

We had such a great week in your condo! It was very clean and updated. The Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen/living area were a great place for us to hang out in the evenings and during some of the storms that popped up. Of course we loved the screened in porch. I actually woke up before my children and enjoyed reading one of your books and drinking a warm cup of coffee on the porch each morning. Thank you so much!
