All was great and will return and recommend.

The housekeeping was satisfactory (ie. attention to less obvious ares like vacuuming under desk and in bathroom drawers would have been needed). Although the furniture looks newer, the unit itself needs a facelift (ie. paint, refinish worn cabinets etc). Also, it is a bit peculiar that the temperature in the room as well as the refrigerator are controlled/limited. For the price paid overall, this isn’t necessarily a complaint, more a perspective that the unit doesn’t do justice to the quality of the larger lovely property overall.

Pros: The unit was perfectly located above a quiet lap pool which didn’t get the activity/traffic of the large pool. It had a furniture face lift since the online listing which was great. Check in was easy and requesting late check out was also simple. The property was impeccable and beautiful. Minor Cons: The bed was a bit lumpy, the bathroom a bit worn and walls a bit dirty. Also, not being able to bro g A/C below 73 wasn’t great for us. But overall a great experience!

We tried staying in a “studio”for our short stay and found it to be clean and comfortable and in a great location!

Room is small and you are not supposed to run the AC lower than 73! If that was written in the property details I would not have rented the room. Didn't sleep well due to it being too hot so we left a day early.

I needed a quick alternative to staying at the Waldorf for a wedding, and this was perfect. Very seamless, tidy, and close to all the nearby wedding events.

This is a great cozy location right next to a lap pool and main pools for easy access.

I stayed in the suite while visiting my daughter and her family. It was perfect for me: light and airy with everything I needed. I asked for extra blankets and for the fireplace to be lighted, and the owners were responsive and pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure.

Good option if you are in Palm Springs. It is basically a hotel style room and there is no kitchen but that is on the listing and is a good value.

Unit is jaded & tired needs updating. Bed & bed clothes are probably the originals. Bed is old & uncomfortable. A/C wasn’t even working properly.

Very quiet complex. Great for relaxing. We enjoyed our villa tho if there was a way to have a table & chairs inside, it would have been perfect. Thank you!

Positives Bed, Bathroom, Balcony over looking the Pool, Very quiet, Spotless Property. Negatives Paper Plates, Cups and Plastic Utensils. If the Kitchenette could be reworked to create more work area, it would be great. This is a High End property, the paper & plastic did not fit.
