Nice location, fun time

The owner is very nice and easy to reach should you need him. If you have children/teens or just want a fun, relaxing spot to enjoy your family this is it! I love staying in Oak Bluffs near historical sites, restaurants and shopping.

Great house only a mile and a half to downtown… Easy to bike to!

We stayed for 8 days for our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard. The property has so many amenities and is close to downtown Oaks Bluff. We were able to cook and grill with ease due to the utensils on property and the gas grill. We were about 10 minutes from Circuit Ave and all the shops. The beach chairs were a Godsend because we didn’t have room in our car to bring them from home! And we would have been miserable at the beach without them. Because each room has an air conditioner, everyone was able to adjust the temperature to their liking. The owner was readily available when we had questions or minor issues to be addressed. I highly recommend staying here and we will do so in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Oaks Bluff. House was spacious and well equipped for our family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers and a dog. We enjoyed having coffee on the private deck and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful to answer our questions about the house and the island during our stay.

We had a great time and the enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that came with the house.

I had a wonderful time with 5 of my best friends at Martha’s Vineyard! Steven’s home was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we would need for the weekend. He answered any questions I had leading up to the trip and made the whole experience a great and easy one. The only recommendation I have is to bring a car if you’re able. There were Ubers/taxis available but the cost adds up if you plan to do a lot of sight-seeing away from oak bluffs like me and my friends ended up doing. Otherwise, you can easily get a taxi/Uber from his home or walk to nearby places mentioned in the Vrbo booking. We hope to stay again sometime soon! Would definitely recommend Steven’s home!

This is the second time I stayed at this house. I was able to bring my two small dogs. It was perfect for us or for a family. Although I didn’t use them, there are bikes and ping pong and foos-ball to use. The house is casual. Has all the amenities you need- cookware and coffee pot, and dishes. Only issue I see with bringing more people is that the living room doesn’t have much seating if you have a group/family. The yard is big and the deck is so nice to have dinner or morning coffee on! It’s a central location. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely need a car. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

This house is in a great location, short drive to the beautiful beaches! Everything that we needed was at the house, loved resting in the hammock in the backyard and playing table tennis with the kids! We never needed to contact the manager, no problems during our stay. Thanks for the use of your lovely property!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, spacious and has a very nice outdoor area. Convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood. About a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride to Oak Bluffs downtown area. The host had bikes, beach chairs and beach towels available to use which was super convenient.

Wonderful place. Close to downtown OB. Great owner- quick easy response. Excellent amenities. Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time here with all the amenities. Kids loved the bikes (and so did we), kayak, foosball, Texas Hold ‘Em from the game cabinet at night and beach accessories. All the little things are here to enjoy every moment.

I stayed here just after Labor Day. I had a great time! The house was suitable to my needs. Well kept and quiet.

This is our second time staying at Steve’s property. He is so responsive to questions, helpful about local info and of course, the house is neat, well stocked and for us, the bikes, helmets, kayaks, foosball and table tennis are essential for a fun stay!

Nice 3 bedroom home on a quiet street. Everything was clean and as described. An easy walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Great stay.

We found this property absolutely perfect for our family of 5 for our week in Martha's Vineyard. 10 Minutes from the Vineyard Haven ferry! Lovely cottage with spacious rooms, wonderful layout and sun drenched living space. All rooms had A/C to keep you plenty cool on those hot days. Well stocked kitchen, nice updated Weber Grill and comfy furniture on the back deck, outdoor shower pure perfection after long days at the beach. Bikes, Kayaks, Ping pong table and lawn games on property. Close proximity to downtown Oak Bluffs and Edgartown with incredible restaurants and shops. Great local golf, bike trails, nature preserves and water activities. So much to do and see! You will not regret this one!! Be sure to hit up Catama Beach for great awe inspiring waves and many unlimited outdoor adventures; day trips to Gayhead cliffs and lighthouse, Menemsha, and many other spectacular Vineyard sights!

Place was clean with easy checkin process. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning units were strong enough to keep the house cool. Extras such as ping pong table were great for our teenage kids. We gave it a 4 star predominantly because we found the WiFi weak during our stay. Overall house met our needs.

Clean and close to all of Oak Bluffs without feeling hemmed in. I will recommend this location to others. Thanks to the owner, through these difficult times (Covid19) everything was handled in an excellent fashion.

This is my 3rd year renting this property and I continue to be thrilled. It feels like home. It is a great neighborhood and easy to get to. The house is always neat, clean and bright. It has everything we need and more. There is always enough towels, bikes to ride, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and one for rain :-). I highly recommend for a family or few friends. The only difficulty is that although there are three great bedrooms with air conditioning and fans there is only one bathroom. However, the outside shower works great when there are a few people trying to get ready at once.

Had such a wonderful stay. Lots of room, great amenities, the kitchen has everything you need, and Steven was always available to answer questions.

Loved this house! Had all the amenities you need and want. The location was great, quick bike ride to town or bike trail but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Very close to Tradewind Preserve where you can enjoy a beautiful walk with your dog! Steve was fantastic, very easy to communicate with

The house was well taken care of, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and had a nice grill and table outside. For us, the only drawback was limited TV (Direct TV) and only because we ended up stuck in the house a great deal due to really bad weather. Steven's communications were excellent prior to our arrival and he kept us informed of everything we needed to know.

We had a wonderful week staying here! The house was clean, well laid-out, and perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and we had more than enough room. The owner was very friendly and it was easy to contact him with questions. We can highly recommend this house!

This is the second time I stayed in this house. The house is clean and cozy with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. What we love most is that the house literally has everything you need to enjoy the island. The one small downfall is that there are three bedrooms and the house can comfortably accommodate 6 but with one bathroom it would be difficult to have that many people ( although the outside shower works perfectly). With four members in our immediate family, the bathroom situation works fine for us.

House is very clean, bedrooms are spacious which you don’t generally get when you stay downtown OB. Air conditioners are also a key bonus in August! Downside is too far away to walk to lagoon or town but you can bike. Fence in the back is missing several pieces so my dog kept wandering to the neighbors. Overall a great stay and the owners are very friendly/accommodating.

We had a wonderful time! Steven was easy to work with. The home is stocked with all your needs for a Martha’s Vineyard vacation (e.g. bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, ping pong and more). The home is well kept and clean. The outdoor shower was fantastic. The walk to the Center of Oak Bluffs is a little bit long (30 minutes) and the route is not really safe for kids on bikes (lots of fast driving cars). Overall, the property was great!
