Beautiful views, relaxing cabin, fun things to do in and out of cabin, and close city near by. Definitely recommend this cabin!

The home is beautiful. It exhibits pride of ownership from the front door to the back. The views are stunning and there was plenty to do for the entire family. It is well located and convenient to Deep Creek, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee, etc. Our family vacation could not have been any better!

We had a fantastic stay at Longview Cabin. As everyone else said, the pictures cannot accurately portray how great the views are from the deck(s), which is why we chose this place. If you are concerned that fancy camera angles are making everything look better than it is, then don't be. I am happy to report that you can get the same great view from the main deck, the inside the living room/dining room through the large glass windows, or from the lower deck with the hot tub. I was also thrilled to find out that the lower deck is protected from the rain, as there is water drainage built into the upper deck/ceiling, so if you still want to sit out and enjoy the view during an afternoon rain shower, you can. We didn't spend a ton of time inside, but when we did, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the internet was fast enough to stream Hulu/Netflix.

Views are awesome and once the sun goes down, the game room provides a great place to hangout. Overall a great place for a family vacation. I recommend, we have stayed here three times over the past 10 or so years. Only place we have rented when coming to Smokey Mountains

Staying at Longview Cabin was a delight. The accommodations were great. The ping pong/pool table combo was a real hit. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions prior to our stay. The views of the mountains from the upper deck (and also from inside the cabin) were INCREDIBLE. The paved road up to the driveway is steep and was very narrow in spots, but our minivan made it up to the driveway okay. The road is probably better suited for a 4WD or AWD vehicle, especially if you need to pull onto the grassy berm alongside the road to let another vehicle pass by. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was perfect: cabin, cabin supplies, location, host is excellent, area, local fun but above all THE VIEW!! Just like the on line pics but better!

This cabin has the million dollar views, especially from the hot tub. We rode motorcycles and had to endure a few rainy days, but this cabin made us not miss riding those days. Within 5-10 minutes from Bryson City, the location is great. Robert is a very good communicator if you have questions or needs. As experienced riders, the climb to the summit is manageable and paved all the way up until the driveway which is gravel. There’s a few turns to maneuver. In a car or truck this is an easy ride up to get to the cabin. Highly recommend Longview cabin and Robert as your host.

We were looking to relax and that we did. This location is perfect. The views are amazing. The grocery store is close. We would recommend this location.

We had a fantastic stay at Longview. We really enjoyed the space, kitchen was well stocked and the house was bigger and better than the photos show.

Had an awesome experience as this was my first VRBO property staying in! It snowed one night and our car got stuck, but the owners answered late at night and gave us some awesome advice! Cabin was as pictured but the experience was even greater! Would definitely love to stay in this property again in the future!

Longview Cabin was the definition of pure relaxation. The family enjoyed a nice quiet week in the mountains as high as the clouds with a wonderful view. Spent a day visiting nearby trails. An excellent way to start the new year.

I took my family up to Bryson City for the Polar Express. This cabin allowed for the adults to have an enjoyable weekend, While the kids had room to theirselves to play. The setup for the weekend couldn’t have been better.

The home was very comfortable, clean and well apportioned. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There was plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, and the views were awesome. The entire area was super quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend a stay there.

Wow, this beautiful cabin exceeded our expectations. Spacious, well appointed, very clean, spectacular mountain views, quiet, comfortable and very secluded, but only 15 minutes from town. Really enjoyed seeing the different cloud formations above us, and sometimes below us! Robert was a joy to work with. You won't go wrong booking this wonderful getaway cabin!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Robert sent us lots of information which really helped us feel comfortable with the house and enjoy our weekend. The views are magnificent and there’s lots of good hiking a short drive away. The kitchen is really well stocked and unlike some rentals has the full range of kitchen utensils and pots and pans.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Longview cabin. It was perfectly situated for our needs. We hiked Deep Creek Loop trail, the tunnel to nowhere, Mt. LeConte, and Shuckstack firetower. The entire stay went great from communication prior to check in through check out. The house was well stocked in the kitchen, had great games (ping pong, corn hole, etc), and the view was better than the photos.
