Bathroom was nasty

It's a good safe location, decent price

Incredibly dated, balcony light flickered all night, mattress sheet and chair had stains of who knows what, and breakfast was pretty depressing. There's much better choices in the area

The room was clean and nice. It most definitely was not what we booked. We booked a room with a view. The view was a concrete wall and the undercarriage of cars. When asked about changing rooms the attendant just laughed. No help at all. He told me to book through the hotels site next time so I could get what I wanted. I won't bother. Pictures included.

Desk person was very friendly and professional. Location was quiet and comfortable.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. So very convenient to everything. The cleaning ladies were on top of things. The pool was very clean.

Through Booking I reserved a room with a pool view. I got a room with a view of the grills of the cars parked in the parking lot. The staff told me that when I booked through Booking that I was not guaranteed the room I reserved. There was nothing they could do about it.

Staff were very courteous. Rooms were very clean.

Beds are ok but a little hard.

The breakfast was delicious and house keeping was very kind. The location on the river was great. i liked being able to feed the ducks.

The pool was advertised, but not open. This was a true disappointment. Also, I was trying to enjoy the balcony and there was a guy cutting the grass in front of my room on a Saturday afternoon which killed the relaxation of the river.

The Quality Inn Motel is nice and updated with a friendly staff and a great complementary breakfast. I recommend it. Several Stores and sit-down resturants and fast foods are within walking distance. Quality Inn is only a 4 minute drive to the Casino. My friend (TN) wanted to take me (FL) and another friend (KY) to the Charokee NC Casino, it's been 20 years since our Casino trip to Reno NV. So we found a decent priced room near downtown Charokee NC at the Quality Inn. I know your probably wondering .... well 3 of us lost or as I see it we donated $1020.00 to the Charokee Tribe. We won over a $2000 -- but you know ... ching, ching goes those slot machines, we spent over 16 hours (2 days) enjoying the atmosphere and the many other things to do besides ... Ching ching! Charokee Casino is very large and offers shows too. Great memories.

No shuttle service on weekends. Oh well ... it's only a 4 minute drive to Casino or to shopping downtown in Charokee

Clean rooms and good breakfast. The price was great.

Everything was fine.

Vending machines needed to be refilled. Had no bottled water. But desk clerk was nice to give me a couple of bottles.

Was expecting my room to be on the pool side and not by the parking lot.

Cigarette butts all over the parking lot and all over the grass im not talking a few look like a months worth laying there. The biscuits for breakfast were very bad couldn't eat it

Power went off on the morning we were leaving. No breakfast.

TV channel lineup was terrible

It was nice and comfortable. Just had ants in the bathroom but other than that it was great and breakfast was good
