John and Pat were the best! There were five couples staying at five different units at Terrasol and John and Pat were the best communicators by far! We came at the tail end of hurricane Norma so getting information from our host was super important. Besides that, the condo was spectacular. It was nicely decorated and super comfortable. It had everything you could need, and a very comfortable king size bed. We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for everything John and Pat!!!

Location

Check in was a breeze (make sure you leave a credit on file for the pool purchases). Bags to the unit via golf cart, just walkways between the units. A first floor partial ocean view unit, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms walks out the rear and the pool. Breakfast and lunch at the pool side grill, food is great and very reasonable. The center of town is a 10 minute walk. For those looking for a challenging hike, when you leave the complex take a right on the MAIN ROAD and look for the sign outside of a kennel (easily found). The guy running the kennel leads walks to the top of the mountain Sun-Friday at 8, this is within a short walk of the unit. Have fun, great place to read and relax.

We had a fantastic weekend. This property is conveniently located next to the pool, the beach all in a quiet and calm area, yet walking distance to the marina and all the action for a more lively Cabo experience. Simply put—we absolutely hope to return and stay here again. We’d love to bring family and friends to share such a great place to vacation!

This property was great! The only downside was that the beautiful beach was not swimmable.

This was our 3rd stay at the Terrasol in one of their privately owned Villas. This particular condo was in a fantastic location with a wonderful view of the Ocean and steps to the pool and Palapa bar. It is one of the older models inside however, was very clean and well appointed. Short walk to the Marina and bars and restaurants. A lovely relaxing stay - highly recommend!

Just checked out of Casa Charos and can’t say enough great things about our 6 night stay. Very well stocked with everything we needed and perfect location and view. Very peaceful and relaxing week. We’ll be back😎😎😎 Super host and we highly recommend them

The description of the condo is accurate. It needs updating and a deep cleaning to make it a 5 star rating. The location and the resort are fabulous!

Listing was very accurate. The property location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, the marina. Owners were incredible to work with. We will be back for a longer stay soon.

This is the prefect place to stay...clean, organized, large, comfortable and the ideal location!!! Owners really care about their home and your vacation, everything works and the AC was cold, very nice. Food at pool bar was fabulous and so was the service.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensley!. Everything was as advertised. John and Pat, owners, gave great advice on what to do and see. We enjoyed breakfast at the pool bar every morning - yummy selections and fantastic service. We had an Easter morning visit from bypassing whales. We viewed them jumping just off shore from the patio during our morning coffee! The front desk made it easy to get our COVID tests needed for our return flight to the U.S. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Overall, I think the previous reviews are accurate. For us, the location and proximity to both the ocean and pool were huge pluses. Although a bit dated, everything was functional and we were not limited by anything. Morning coffee and observing whales was, in fact, a reality. My children enjoyed the pool immensely. Everyone employed at the property was friendly and professional. We would stay again when visiting Cabo. Thank you!

We had such a great time! The condo is perfectly located both in the complex and so close to the marina. Exactly what we wanted. The condo is older but so full of charm. It has everything we needed. We hired a chef one evening. How fun was that!? We saw so many whales, while sitting on the patio, it was awsome! The staff was friendly, the pool was great and the sunsets beautiful. We so want to go back and can't wait.

Loved so much about this little resort and condo. First of all, the owners were very attentive and made sure that our stay went smoothly and that there were no surprises. A+! The condo is nicely situated with a pretty ocean view. The grounds are pristine. For privacy, we would have rather had a second floor condo as we couldn't leave the sliding doors open at night to feel the nice ocean breeze. It was cool enough that we never ran the air. The kitchen was equipped well and the master bed was very comfortable. One can tell that the condo is used a lot as the living room furniture and the patio furniture are getting old looking. We loved the breakfast and lunches at the resort. Armida, René, Ernesto and others were great. The tennis court is unusable but we were able to play next door at the Playa Grande for a nominal fee. All in all, we fell in love with TerraSol!

We absolutely loved our stay at Terresol. The unit overlooked the ocean and pool. It was walking distance to EVERYTHING. And the resort was top notch. Thank you for a great vacation!

The unit was exactly as pictured and it was perfectly located right next to the pool. We loved the pool bar and the management at the property was so helpful with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to town and the Marina. We can’t wait for our next visit!!

The location cannot be beat. Steps away from the pool and beach and minutes walk away from the marina. It was a wonderful stay and we definitely wish to visit again!

Probably one of the best locations at Terrasol, close to pool, close to the ocean. Short walk to Marina. There is a lot of construction going on was the only down side. This condo is stocked like your own home has everything.

Everything at this condo/apartment was perfect. The beds were comfy, extremely well stocked. We wanted for nothing. And the best part is the Palapa Restaurant by the pool served great food. They are not open for dinner but breakfast, lunch and drinks by the pool were perfect.

John and Pat are superb, and their property was everything they said it would be… clean, roomy, great location and super local services too
