We were a group of 16 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. The property itself was perfect for our group. It was clean, all of the included amenities were amazing, and the size of the house was great. The location is close to town, and a short walk to Pedregal beach. Our concierge was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We felt very safe and we highly recommend this house for your stay!

Our group of 11 people enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The neighborhood is very nice and the house has an ocean view. Bedrooms are comfortable and we were able to spread out. Only thing to note is that you can’t walk into the neighborhood. You have to exit and enter the neighborhood through car. Getting a taxi or Uber can take a little longer than normal so just be aware and give your self a little extra time when trying to leave. Overall I would recommend the house and would stay again. This villa was INCREDIBLE! I hosted a bachelorette party with 10 women and we could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. This villa is very spacious with more than enough sleeping room for us with comfortable beds and several bathrooms to use. Amber helped me prior to our trip by answering any questions that I had, she answered all emails and phone calls promptly even giving excellent advice on places to go, things to do, etc. (and all of her advice was SO helpful!) When we arrived at the villa we were immediately put at ease when greeted by Ivan our amazing concierge!!! He was seriously a life saver on this trip. He told us we could call him for absolutely anything and he delivered. Anytime we needed a ride we called him and he had a van waiting for us every single time. One of the days he set us up with a table at Omnia dayclub and the price was an amazing deal compared to what I found online. The view from the villa was breathtaking!! We all loved sitting outside for sunset or hanging out outside in the morning when the sun was rising. Such a beautiful ocean view!! Also, this was the perfect location in a beautiful gated community (very safe), but close by to all the bars and medano beach. WE LOVED THIS VILLA! Villa Del Sol was even more beautiful than expected! The pictures look gorgeous but once you are there you really see all of the detail and space that this Villa has to offer! We worked with Kimberly before arriving and she was a pleasure to work with! Very quick to respond and was able to book all different trips to and from the airport and even made a stop at Costco to fill up on all the essentials for the weekend! We were greeted by Hector once we arrived to the house. As promised, chips and margaritas were ready for us as we piled in. We were a group of 10 girls, so as you can imagine had tons of last minute requests and needs and Hector did not disappoint! He was one of the best parts of the trip! We could ALWAYS count on him for a safe ride for all of us, dinner and lunch deliveries and more! I would go back to Villa Del Sol just to work with Hector again! I highly recommend staying here. It is just far enough from downtown to make you feel like you are in a hidden oasis surrounded by countless other beautiful homes and of course the view of the ocean but close enough to only have a 10 minute car ride! The rooms are nicely spaced out in case some part of your party wants to be a little bit separated and there is even a separate little casita that has a different entrance from the home. All in all we LOVED our stay here and cant wait to come back!!

Villa Del Sol was just absolutely beautiful. Leading up to the trip Nick was so helpful in getting all of our arrangements together. He assisted with travel, to transportation, to excursions. When we arrived we were greeted by Hector who took care of us for the duration of the trip. Hector had natural margaritas waiting for us when we arrived and was available any time of night for any one of our needs. We had 10 people who stayed in the Villa and everybody was very comfortable. Each room had a bathroom and an awesome view from the top of the hill. It was only a short 10 minute walk from the villa to the private beach. From the heated pool, to the cleaning staff we were very pleased.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon so the only downfall was that we were not able to get the housekeeping services since we left on Monday morning. Other than that everything was amazing and the house was beautiful! The view was spectacular

This villa is amazing. We had 11 women stay here for a bachelorette party and we could not have been happier. The villa itself offers a lot of privacy between bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom attached to it. We had lots of space to sleep and lots of bathrooms to get ready in. We had a blast by the pool, grilling, cooking in the kitchen, and hanging out around the giant dining room table. It had great gathering spaces and was overall in pretty good condition. The Pedregal location was very safe, absolutely gorgeous, and so much fun. We walked in to town, down to the beach, and spent a lot of time by the pool that was heated to perfection. It was an easy and affordable taxi ride in to town as well. I can't say enough good things about Cabo Villas and their customer service. We were picked up from the airport in a van and paid for a stop over at Costco on our way to the villa. It was seamless and easy to find all of our girls and our ride. The transportation was clean and very professional. We arrived to delicious chips and salsa and margaritas to kick off the weekend. We also had Cabo Villas book us a chef. This was one of the best nights of the trip. We had so much fun coming down to taco night after getting ready to go out. The food was delicious and the chef was awesome. Any time we needed a taxi, help, or had an issue Cabo Villas provided us with assistance right away. I can't wait to go back and bring my husband! We loved this trip and the bride was incredibly happy with the weekend.

Used the house for a bachelorette party. There were 11 of us and all the girls had plenty of access to bathrooms to get ready. The space fit all of us comfortably and it was a quick can ride to get around. The views are amazing and we spent a lot of time whale watching from the pool. Yes, you can see whales swimming in the ocean from the pool. Also, the pool is heated. It was bliss.

VRBO, pictures and listing matched the Villa exactly. Accommodation were great. The staff and the concierge service was extremely helpful from booking to leaving. We had a great time and will use this service again. Recommend stopping at Costco or Walmart which is right off the main highway from the airport to the Villa. Walking distance to the beach on the Pacific side which is very private and a $16 dollar taxi ride to downtown Los Cabo's. Great Location with awesome view.

Villa was more than accommodating. If the future, I'd maybe recommend tenants to purchase water prior to arrival, or have some waiting for them complimentary, because this created quite an inconvenience tracking some date with such a late check in. The daily house keeper was so polite and understanding, and she did a fantastic job.
