This lovely cabin is just perfect for our ski trip (3 adults and 4 kids). We rented it last year and will certainly do it again next year. The house is clean, cozy, you can find everything you need for cooking, and it's close to the resort.

The house is very nice and quiet. There are many games and dvd that good and fit with the kids. I stay during a Christmas time and their blanket is very nice and warm. This house is very good for big family. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and cooking equipment. I am very impressed. Lastly, communicate is very fast, fast reply never let me wait. We loved our stay at Peggy’s home! The house was very spacious for 3 families. There were plenty of things for the kids to play with. The house was fully equipped with cooking utensils, blankets and towels. The house had a nice backyard where the kids could play I. The snow. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a great time. The property was conveniently located, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house was very nice and clean, in a great neighborhood. We like to enjoy our morning coffee on the back deck facing the woods. Peggy is a great host. She communicated with us promptly and follow up on our check in. I would stay there again. We wanted somewhere to relax before our conference in Reno. We were not disappointed. This home was perfect. Close to shops/lake/restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better location! If we ever visit Lake Tahoe again we will definitely stay here. Terrie Price

Yes, this was truly the best home we have rented. Location perfect,close to recreation in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Movies,books,toys,games for all ages. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of nice tableware & cookware. All this & a great price too! We had a wonderful stay at your lovely home, thank you Peggy!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was very cleaned. I really liked how there were a variety of toys, games, books and movies. The kids enjoyed the toys very much. About everything that you could possibly need was provided.

We had a fantastic weekend at the cabin. It was perfect for our group (3 adults and 4 kids). The cabin is very close to North Star

The place is very spacious and tranquil. We were 3 adults and 3 kids, coming up to enjoy the ski season. It is convenient (1M) to closest Safeway and about a 15 min drive to Northstar skiing resort. The place itself is well stocked and rooms were very clean and well prepared. But you do need to bring a few amenities (if you’re use to staying at hotels, like coffee and toiletries). The upstairs lounge area has lots of toys that range from infant to 9 yo! The kids had so much fun just hanging out at the house they didn’t want to leave. We also got a chance to use the wood fireplace to warm up. The garage access is very nice during the winter months!

Great place for a ski weekend at northstar. Some of us were also able to snowshoe from the back to the regional park nearby which was amazing. Only suggestion would be, during snow season the driveway can really only fit one car instead of two as advertised. If you can fit two in the garage, you’re golden.

We really loved this house. We came up with another family so 4 adults and 3 boys ages 3, 4, and 5. I didn’t even know about the loft play area but it was beyond perfect. So many fun toys for them, all neatly organized. They spent hours upstairs playing and it it was so convenient because the adults could be nearby in the kitchen cooking or visiting. The TV is also set up with all the streaming services which was nice to have some down time for the boys. And they have an extensive movie collection. The kitchen was also extremely well-appointed and clean. The linens were nice and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The back deck was nice and the grill worked well. The location was great for access to Kings beach. The house doesn’t have ac and it did get a little stuffy during the day. But we did stay on the hottest weekend of the year and even then, it was still tolerable. We really enjoyed staying here and definitely want to stay here again.

The house was very clean and very spacious. Peggy, the host was very easy to communicate and get ahold of whenever I had a question. I'm very thankful for her hospitality. I wish all the hosts are like her. We would like to revisit again someday.

We love everything provided by the host, including beds, spices, movies (DVD + VHS), bath supplies, cooking supplies. It's a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Kings Beach and Tahoe Treetop was a key reason that we stayed here. Our family had a wonderful time!

This was one of our best VRBO stays. The kitchen was fantastically well equipped, the rooms were perfect for families, with parents bedroom downstairs and multiple well-designed other bedrooms upstairs. There were plenty of toys, DVDs, and plenty of toilet paper and soap. The location was fantastic, quiet and central. Communication with the host was impeccable. Would definitely come back.

The property was spotless and as nice of a cabin you could ask for. It has everything you need to be comfortable away from home! Peggy’s dvd and vhs library was a great array of old school classics! I and my family would definitely stay here again.

This home was well equipped for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. There is no A/C however a stand up fan is provided for each room. The location to the grocery store is ideal as is Kings Beach. We enjoyed paddle boating and kayaking just minutes from the home. The downstairs master bedroom is very roomy. Peggy was prompt with answering all my questions.

The home was perfect in every way. Totally as advertised. Close to all activity centers. Home was clean and fresh. Will come back any time we may return to Tahoe.

Our fourth or fifth time and hoping for many more. Great location with the backyard opening to woods and a short drive to the city. Good amenities, super clean, nice touches (heated before arrival, new firewood stocked).

Our group had a fantastic time at Peggy's cabin. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for our group of 7. Northstar ski resort is only a short drive away, and you avoid all the traffic coming from the Truckee direction.

We had a nice family trip amd the cabin was cozy and clean. Actually a bigger space kitchen and living room than it looked in photos. Master bedroom very roomy. Lots of movies and things to do in cabin. Neighbors houses look well maintained and a residential area. Would recommend for family trip and activities.
